I feel horrible because I forget their names but my cashier was so nice and suggested the 6 cheese pizza! I asked for it to be crispy and it was done perfectly! Kisses for the Chef! The store was clean and my pizza was ready in no time! I definitely recommend this place!!

The employees were great my first pizza came out on the xtra crispy side they re made it. They didn't complain and they were nice about it. Turns out gluten pizzas are thin so they need to be pulled out a little sooner then the other pizzas.

It took over 2 hours to receive my order. 1st Driver took wrong order ahead of mine. I had to call the store to find out. My order sat under the warmer for an hour. I asked for them to make my order fresh before they attempted to deliver lukewarm food.... the manager said yes but, had a different driver who just started his shift bring it. I refused it and called again to have fresh food made, which they finally did. The "manager" I spoke to actually hung up on me 3 times when I called upset and complaining as the Pizza Tracker stated my driver was 1 minute away. I guess they don't care about actual customer service.

Seriously Domino's, this is BS. Almost didn't get the plain wings because they're now ($2 more) for some reason. And this is what I get! How can the person even boxing these think this is acceptable, could have at least thrown an extra in. This Domino's is always skimpy.

Update: I have had the worst experience with Domino's, this has happened to me 3 total times now, this is not acceptable!!!! I ordered my pizza and wings over an hour ago. It should on the app that it was ready and when I put on the app that I was there, for curve side pick up, it said it was going to take 2 minutes to come out. We'll before the 2 minutes were up some in the store must have put that they were on their way because it stopped showing the clock. I waited a good 7 to 10 min and still nothing. Then I went in to the store they said they still didn't have my pizza and wings ready. I was beyond upset. I just told them to give me my money back and I canceled my order. It completely ruined my weekend because I missed the game waiting like an idiot. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE OR THIS FRANCHISE!!!

I ordered my pizza 50 min ago, the app says my pizza hasn’t left the store yet, I call in and they say my pizza is out for delivery, checked on the tracker and all it does it add 10 mins everytime it gets to the delivery time!! 2 med pizzas was all we ordered, store is 5 min away from my house!! Just the worst service , I wish I could take my tip back based on how much I tipped with the order and this is the worst service ever Pizza showed up over an hour later and it was cold and nasty!!! Do not order from this place

Bone-In Parmesan Chicken Wings Were DISGUSTING!! There Was Literally NO Chicken On The Wings It Was All Breading And Fat (NO EXAGGERATION) And I Will NEVER Order Them Again! Pizza Was Ok Though Thanks I Guess.... Over $10 For These So Called Wings Which Was A Complete Waste Of Money! Should Have Just Ordered Boneless Because They Are Better! 💯 I Don't Even Know How They Could Give Those "Wings" To ANYBODY!! SMH! We Were SO DISGUSTED! Man, I Should Have Taken A Picture Before I Threw Them Out And Wrote This Review, But Since They Are In The Garbage Now Where They Belong, I'm NOT About To Dig Through My Trash To Do So! So I ordered through the web and the first red flag was they said they were out for delivery at 6:20pm but on the tracker the delivery car sat in one spot for 20 mins then finally made it to my unit by 7:05which is crazy because this location is literally only 7mins away from my apartment anyways when the food came one pizza was burnt and really dry we called the location we were told they never got a order from us so then I went up to the location the lady tried to say again the pizza didn’t come from there I then showed a online receipt with saying it came from that location now she saying for a refund she has to recharge my card in order to do a refund I then pull out my phone to record because I’m letting her know that makes no sense let me speak to the manager she says I am the manager and rolls her eyes I then tell her what u asking to do makes no sense why would u charge me again to give me a refund when you already got the first payment she then says we’ll come back tomorrow and I’ll give it back at this point I’m puzzled because that also makes no sense I ask why would I have to come back tomorrow when I paid today did y’all have to wait till tomorrow to receive the money ? After some back and forth and now she see I’m upset she says well I can cancel the order and that will give a refund back to your card …..idk why she didn’t just start off with that she was getting a thrill with playing mind games until I started to record (Elizabeth made the burnt pizza and Jose was on the late delivery) (10/29)

Going to check out Pizza Hut or Piara because Domino’s screwed with the wrong customer, who by the way ordered from Domino’s all the time. When someone calls you stating that there pizza did not arrive (oh and dinner didn’t happens for my family last night). Instead of having an answer to cover the employee think of a better answer that can remedy the situation for both the employee and the CUSTOMER! For someone like ME who prides themselves in having amazing customer service and is a problem solver this whole situation was BS and on so many levels an easy fix. But I’ve made my statement to corporate so they can sharpen their pencil and maybe fix future disasters that won’t involve me.
