Luis the manager there is very rude and speaks to his staff very disrespectfully. He needs to be removed. Not a very good look for the franchise. There is another female manager believe hername is Rosie she is a sweetheart. She took my order and was very friendly.

Attention and be careful. The food is ok But the Casher her name is Diamond or Jhostino Perry on ( cash app ) !! Young black 22 years old girl was nice to me and give me her number on little paper!! I asked her to go out but she said next week then she asked me for 20$ as a gas money ! Then she never responded! Im just wondering if im the first man she do that with or she keep doing that under the umbrella of Wendy ! This massage is for the the management and for all gentlemen who have a good heart like me 😄!

I ordered a biggie bag meal. My fries & nuggets were cold. I asked for fresh food and was given old fries. I went inside to have my order fixed and was told that everything was fresh. I continued to ask for my order to be remade and still received food that was not fresh. They pre-cooked everything and it was not hot due to them rushing. I was very disappointed. Will not be returning.

I received the wrong condiments for my Ceasar Salad. The crazy part is, I ordered it through the app giving them enough time to make sure my order was correct. I tried calling the store and there's nothing but a busy signal, DO BETTER! There also wasn't enough chicken on the salad. They were broken into itty bitty pieces. For $10, this is unacceptable. Moving forward, I will stick to Chick-fil-A.

From the manager to the employees they have very bad attitude, I’m a truck driver I had my drinking cup tried to get ICE some lady yelled at me with very bad tone then the manager came out his name is LOIUS I GUESS he was worse then that employee very poor customer service I had to leave the ICE there then asked him store number and his name then he tried to make me pay the ice I got it and damped there he called security and called the police for just a cup of ice in my own cup , the young black security guy was very nice guy talked to me nice and he shocked too about how the rude manager acting up over ICE . Shame on you Wendy’s to have a person like this as a store manager, insulting customers he called me a thief, he called security and cops on me he put my life in danger , GOERGE FLOYD DIED OVER $20 fraudulent check

Ordered on uber eats, got nuggets, fries, chili, a potato. Not one bit of sauce. No hot sauce, ranch, sour cream. Nothing! Should be automatic, chili, crackers and hot sauce! Come on. Really ruined my meal tonight, had to review

Boyfriend got me a salad from this location. Lettuce still had dirt as if unwashed. Do not recommend getting a salad at this location.

As soon as I walked in, I overheard employees discussing the fryers and how to clean them. One says he was told to use the chemicals and scrub them clean. Another says, "Man, fu©k that! Just let it burn off the s#!+ stuck in there" With a mouthful of food. They noticed me and instead of saying hello or welcome in, they called another employee out of the back to help me, while they relaxed and continued their conversation. The soda dispenser was out of over 75% of product. Leaving only diet sodas available. The burger was bland and flavorless. The chili cheese fries were all beans, no meat, no cheese. They failed to even provide an eating utensil. I've been here before when the manager was working and he always made sure the food was fresh and well prepared. Today it seems like children without parental supervision were running the store. It's obvious that they don't care about food safety or the people who spend their money here. Do they not know that customers are the one paying their checks? Do they not appreciate having a job? Apparently not.
