Store#13272 Me and my sister yesterday 3/11 walked in didn’t know they had a kiosk there and we have to order our food from there don’t really know how to do but I’m pretty sure he was the manager there came from behind the counter and help us very very patient thank you so much for a great customer service you definitely deserve a five Star

Had a terrible experience the day prior at the citrus location ceci and sonia need a little training on customer service. It just so happened that we walked into the la puente location and Amil the store manager was absolutely amazing!!!!!! He apologized for the customer service at another store and was sincere about it you can tell he’s a store manager who actually cares about his stores! Thank you Amil for your customer service you gained my staff’s and my business at your La puente location! We’ll be back soon. The restaurant is kept clean service was nice we actually felt welcomed

I had a really good experience with Delia who i believe was the manager there. She was such a sweetheart and I can tell she's a hard worker. She was short staff and I can tell she was stressed but she held herself together and got through it. She definitely went the extra mile for me and I appreciate her. Hope others are blessed by her like I was. Thank you Delia your the best =)

Delicious spicy chicken sandwich and Shrimp basket and really delicious Apple pie. The best I have tried. Nice and crispy and good flavor. Drive-thru window service. Service is a little slow, but well worth it. There is walk in service also. Handy capped parking and access. No restroom availability due to the virus.

I just bought a $2.99 Tuesday special for 2 pcs of chicken and thigh, although they charge me 3 $$$$ something for that special and you have to pay for the gravy too so ended up paying around $12-ish for 2 order and 1 small gravy. But anyways the service is fast and the staffs are nice.

Order done right; friendly service. As it is new at this location, they have spiraled the drive thru path to accommodate numerous cars without causing back up or main lanes of traffic. Never had it before, and I stayed mild on everything, so it was average fast-food. But compared to Carl's jr. or Arby's you do get a decent amount of food for 10-$12.

The option of walk in was available so I went in. There was no other customers inside so my order was taken quickly. I ordered 3 tenders and red beans and rice. It was good but my red beans had more rice than beans. I like the beans so I wish there were more. I also ordered a spicy sandwich with fries for my boyfriend that he loved.. Overall, I like this place. It's convenient in the shopping center and I hope people will patronize it more to ensure it stays open.

Our first time here for dinner. The chicken was juicy and good. The design of the building got my kids attention. They love it. The mash potatoes was very good. Enough flavor and hot the only thing we were not happy about was the fries, it was soft and barely warm. We will try again next time to see how the fries is because we love fries.

Usually a great experience. Occasionally they get very busy. Would recommend cycling customers more. 2 people lobby capacity with 5 people outside I recommend asking people to wait outside while orders are filled and more orders are taken but that’s a business decision. Good food. Eaten here several times. Never fails to please the taste buds :) Employees friendly as well.

Their new kiosk took a while to understand. You must use the kiosk to order. There doesn't seem to be anyone there to take your order. Food was good. Got a good deal and the food came out in good time.

This is the only location I know of (within a few miles) that sells the beignets. They're cheaper when you order through the app-- not worth the price if purchased in store. Normally there is not this much powdered sugar, lol. I feel like instead of coating them, they just dumped a legit 1/2 cup of powdered sugar in the bag. Also, when I first ordered them the previous weekend, they came in a BOX. This bag, is not ideal and definitely greases through-- so be careful where you place your bag. Theyre a chocolate stuffed fried donut bite (3 bites when they're hot). Worth a try either way, but I now have a mother who craves them all the time, so beware of that aftermath! *facepalm

If you dine in, they won’t even look at you unless they’re handing your food. You have to order at the kiosk-they won’t take your order so that’s kind of a pain. They don’t clean up the floors or tables regularly so if you dine in, you’re probably gonna get a dirty table with food or crumbs on the floor. The staff was pretty cool except when someone requested them to take his order at the counter and they refused. The tenders were kind of small, but they compensated by giving me a couple of extra. Its my go to since it’s close to me. Ill probably try and stick to drive through.

Delicious juicy chicken! Very expensive $30 dollars for an 8 piece chicken box with large mash potatoes and 4 biscuits. They didn't include any hot sauces in my order. I was upset! but also the place is understaffed and the workers are running around trying to keep up with all the customers demand, it's understandable they will rushing but I had a bad experience bc the hot sauce is the life of the chicken! Please train employees to throw in some hot sauces in the orders.

We came here after a softball game from the fields down the street. We went to the door but it was locked - it was 10:30pm I think. A guy inside motioned to go through the drive thru but I motioned that we needed to wash our hands and he opened the door and let us in -- super nice of him I thought. We then drove through and ordered our food. The woman at the window literally did not say a word to us, just took our credit card and handed us our food. The order was a little off - got spicy tenders when we ordered regular and my blackened sandwich was super dry. Overall it was OK - one employee was great and the other was not. BTW - I don't suggest the blackened sandwich...my daughter even told me that I should just throw it away!

Good food. Ordering via the app is pointless. The order isn't processed until you "check in". The worker's flow doesn't seem efficient. I had to wait for my order to be prepared even though I ordered half hour before, and was told in the app my order would be READY at 6:49pm. Did not leave the store with my food until 7pm. There was also another customer waiting for their food which was also ordered 30 minutes before, and was told there would be at least a 7 minute wait for more chicken.

Hit or miss is the deal here. Sometimes the wait is short, fries and sandwich is hot and crispy. Sometimes you wait an hour almost for soggy fries and ok sandwich or soggy sandwich and good fries. You just never know. Still keep coming but less so after the last couple times. It was just too long to wait for mediocre food. Right after work is a bad time. By 800pm it looks better but who wants to eat that late on a weekday when you got to get up at 5:45

The food is very good, it's the service that desperately needs someone of authority to come in and fix. Everytime I come to this Popeye's, it takes way to long to get your order whether it's ordered there or online. People waiting were very annoyed.

Drive thru took over 30 mins. Ordered the chicken spicy and when we finally got to the window, was advised they had no spicy and had to get mild and then worker at the window didn't close the soda properly and spilled as soon as we grabbed it.

The Chicken Sandwich is awesome, crispy, juicy and chewy with a tasty bun . Best sandwich I've ever had, compared to other places. However, there was no tartar sauce available here. The employees should tell the customers that they don't got it, instead of just switching it with another sauce. Edit: I will have to knock it down a star due to the fact that employees got my oder wrong and sauces at one point. They start messing up near closing time, especially when I'm the only one there. The food is still great, but the employees are not professional and are sloppy to the point that they're always running out of choices on the menu. I've lost trust in the employees, but I hate that the employees are ruining it for me.

What???? No more honey for those biscuits??? And no napkins when ordering takeout either??? Very friendly, and dedicated crew, but come on!!!.... Make sure you bring honey sauce back and napkins... You have a good customer base but don't push it.... Treat us consumers right.... Or we will go to the competition, and trust me, they are very close to your location.

Was asked to visit there by my father who wanted to try the new Blackened Chicken sandwich. My Dad is from the South. As I pulled up to drive thru I was met by a voice commercial for the Blackened Chicken sandwich and a posted menu banner touting this new sandwich. I was going to order 2 for my parents and after the pull up ad blitz, thought I'd get one for myself too. I placed my order and was met by a voice explaining to me that there were no Blackened Chicken sandwiches available. It was spoken as if the item had been discontinued. I asked if this meant just this location or all Popeye locations. The answer I received was, "I don't know." No elaboration or empathy. Bummer. I ordered 2 classic chicken sandwich combos and left a little disappointed. I can't leave a comment on the food quality as I did not order anything for myself. : (

The food is ok. Mashed potatoes smell like cumin. Thier service is subpar. Chicken is juicy and delicious. But the side need lots of work. And the hot sauce is nasty. The biscuits are always hard. The staff doesn't acknowledge customers when the Arrive. And if you deliver for them good luck getting your order. Will not be coming back.

Every time I come here w/my dad they don't have senior discount. They don't know what it is or they say the meal doesn't apply, we never use any coupons or any discounts. Sad since there are many seniors out there who are on fixed incomes.

Well. Where should I start, I went Into the dining area to order my food, a 12 piece family meal and a #2. 2 piece meal. As I walked in I was not greeted the girl at the front counter didn't even make eye contact with me always looking down. I waited about 4-5 min. So I walked out saying to myself maybe the drive thru is faster (I went to the drive thru because I noticed four different customers waiting for their food, the employee giving the food was in slow motion) well I ordered my food and when I finally get to the window I get charged $51 and some change then I'm told that they have ran out of chicken for my order and I have to wait 15 to 20 min. This is not acceptable. Meanwhile I see everyone else getting their food just fine... (a few minutes later update ) I received my 15 min later, I got home and the food was hot and well done I was afraid of the food being cold and burn like several other comments I read but it wasn't. With that being said I'm giving this a three stars, they just need to work on their customer service... Ps the chicken is delicious and crisp

The service was great! The food was hot, but I think Popeye's must have changed something in their recipe. Popeye's use to be the place to go, but something is off. I've tried different locations and each time the food is not good. The lemonade is still delicious. Great job to the staff. Very nice people.

Inattentive manager and server. - Dirty room and (all) tables -Server didn't ask or give sauces. We had to go back to order table to request them once somebody stopped ignoring myself and fellow waiting customers. Manager just looked at us when after our 4- 5th request for some help. -Requested the order "For here" Then received our order To Go (no trays, but a bunch of bags and trash WE had to throw away/waste)

Chicken is all right. The front staff (not the drive through window guys, they are experts) was slower than turtle. We were watching him spent 20 mins on the chicken rack but still could not figure out how to put up a 10 piece combo. I doubt him was high back then, but I have no evidence. Don't visit the in-store here, drive through is fine.

They got our order wrong. Poor attitudes from employees, they clearly don't want to be here. Most of the items are overpriced and underwhelming. The only thing I would eat again is the spicy chicken sandwich, and the fries. That's the only reason I gave this place a 2 star.

Ordered "for here" and got my order to go. Lack of communication! Didn't notify us about an item not being ready. Appreciate just made food, but let your customers know. Waiting 25 minutes for 3 kids meals.....to top it off no utensils or napkins on our to go order.

As big as this food chain is you would think they would train their employees better to keep them afloat. They don't know how to take care of the groups that do delivery for them. They made these people wait in the long drive thru line20 minutes or longer to deliver food they should have gotten ready prior to the timeline of the delivery. Communication and thanking those who help push out there product .

Literally went yesterday night after work to get Popeyes and we were ordering and some lady came in yelling about her stuff missing which makes sense. I use to work in fast food restaurants and sometimes yeah genuinely it’s the people who are suppose to make sure that orders get their complete stuff in the bag their fault if stuff is missing. Anyways after that whole ordeal we finally got our order and we went home, they never mark stuff which is 1. They were suppose to be doing 2. Making sure stuff is in the proper bag. I took a bite out of my sandwich and I can’t eat spicy stuff because of my gallstone surgery. They put this spicy ass sandwich in a bag that said regular. Me and my boyfriend noticed the other sandwiches were mixed up as well. One of these days those teens and managers will end up getting a lawsuit complain against them. Hopefully the day they do is when their customer service goes up and they can actually have some common sense. I understand lack of staff because they were telling the pissed off lady we are lacking in people. It’s still not an excuse when it comes to fast food restaurants. At my old fast food restaurant job we’d still communicate to each other and get by with little staff and barely ANY mistakes. If the people that are working there see this please be careful and do some proper labeling or you’ll end up sued by someone higher than the manager and the general manager I promise you that.

The food is good but they are almost always out of the sides I want. The people that work there are not polite, they all look and act like they hate their lives and the service there is SLOW. I waited 25 minutes in the drive way from the order board to the window, 3 cars ahead of me and no large orders. Once I got to the window it was another 10 minute wait for 5 chicken strips a mashed potato and a soda, they handed me my food first, my drink second and finally my card without the receipt. Now I remember why I never eat there.

was busy. when it was my turn i saw worker take orders grab money or card go make chicken sandwich touching the bun with same gloves. i thankfully didn’t get sick |: strawberry frozen lem was great3/5/21 edit3/11/21 from three stars to two.. the spoon package was open, some pieces missing. sure i’ll use my fingers. macaroni was good. got to the spicy chicken sandwich and noticed it looked very flat.. 😂was laughing when i saw what was inside. first time every getting a small chicken patty. the spicy sauce was very spicy more than usual was excited to eventually get to the chicken. first bite was all bread. got to the chicken and it was so nasty biting into it i felt the thing snapping as i’m biting into it.it was fiRM close to hard. regular frozen lemonade was great(:

Food was somewhat okay ig, I'm giving two stars due to the fact that they got my order wrong. They claimed we only gave them two orders; they gave us three sodas. Long story short the problem was solved so I guess it was okay. But please next time don't be gossiping around instead of getting orders right. I don't recommend this place. Also never coming back ^^

And I also ordered apple pie coupon for $1 more which I never received .. I never bothered going back because I live too far and I stop by every once in a while when I'm in the area.... I just left thisplace. The team leader was outside holding the door since 7:10pm to 730pm preventing customers from going in although it was still supposed to be open inside. Why isn't she in the back helping her crew push out orders. From the window outside you can see everyone talking laughing dancing which would be fine if they were doing their job. Last time we were stuck in the drive thru 1 hour 20 min. I really hope the manager of the store looks at her camaras and starts recruiting people who want to work and appreciate their jobs. (Definitely agree with other reviews, horrible customer service)

Man this popeyes really went downhill quick just like kfc next door. I went in on a Friday night to order a spicy chicken sandwich and a Buffalo ranch sandwich. The young gal I didn't get her name but her host # was 60199, tells me they discontinued the the Buffalo ranch chicken sandwich and I mentioned that it's clearly advertised on a big banner on the window and she tells me it's discontinued. As I reach the drive thru window I show her on the website that it is available and she still tells me it's discontinued and "idk". I was like ok whatever. The drive thru was slow too and I waited like 20 minutes to get my order which I can forgive because No one wants to work so I giver her credit for showing but u can hear all those young people laughing and giggling in the intercom when ordering. going there but forger that. This place just went to the level of kfc. Forget this place. This place is a joke and I wonder how they treat the food with all these ppl working there. My sandwich also didn't have pickles..... I recommend going to JOLLIBEE in west covina. You got hard working Filipinos who actually serve everything correct and they keep their strong work ethic.

I never leave google reviews but I was so unhappy with my experience. Ordered their promo 11pc chicken. The coat/skin was rock hard that we had to take them off (the best part!!!). Even their spicy chicken sandwiches were disappointing. I will never return to this location.

Waited 13 minutes to get my food that was already made, should have known better, went back for dessert to go, girl didn't tell me it was gonna take 20 minutes for two apple pies!!! Again pushing mobile orders first, instead of giving good service to the customers who come in!

I was in drive through and placed my order. After I waited 10 mins in line, I was at the window and they told me it would be another 8 mins for a chicken sandwich. I pulled to the side as instructed and after 10 mins I went inside. I had paid and had my receipt. They knew NOTHING about my order. The Manager told me it would be another 8 mins. In the meantime, they gave the exact order I placed to a white couple that had just walked in. I asked for my money back. I then placed a complaint with the Corporate Office and it has been 3 weeks with no response. Racial Bias is alive at Popeyes, La Puente, CA.

They got my order wrong. I asked for all thighs. They made me wait 10 minutes so they could cook my order... just to give me mixed pieces. Also, they had no sauces for the chicken, except for ketchup and sweet heat. When I got home, my order was wrong and the gravy was so spicy that I couldn't ear my mashed potatoes.

Manager and staff focused on drive thru customers only. The lames would make eye contact and ignore you while they waited for the yard bird to come out of the fryer. Extream inefficiency by everyone. Popeyes leadership must take notice of the inept management at this location. Poor customer service and I'm pretty sure the staff were not following company standards while attempting to run a chicken takeout stand. I dont usually take the time to write experiences like this one today... but this one is a doozie. Never returning to support this local business until I hear changes have been made.

I went inge in drive through and took for ever. I ordered chicken sandwich and my chicken was raw I couldn't eat it. I also got mashed potatoes and didn't receive a fork also couldn't eat. I ordered one chicken sandwich combo on the website: one sandwich, one fries, one drink. and I used one code to have another BOGO chicken sandwich combo for free: one sandwich, one potato mash, one drink. They always lie to me, the first time a lady told me i only have 5 items in my order, that is everything. I said I picked 6 items online, why short one fries? She said I only got one sandwich for free and showed me a copy computer printout. no fries in the copy. The second time she called the manager, the manager lady printed out another copy showing the fries being canceled and they said I canceled it by myself. I said "no, I never". the third time, they told me they were out of order fries, so the fries were being moved from order. I ask them: `Can I have another side instead of fries?" they said" no, if you want the other side, we should charge you" they always lie to me, and I order fries online they don't have, but I think I can have something instead. if I order another combo, not including fries, I should ok to have 6 items total, rights? They rule and lie to people.

I can’t believe how rude the service was! I don’t understand why these people work there if they don’t like their job! Find a career you enjoy don’t serve food that you yourself wouldn’t eat. I was served by 2 shift leads they were making the sandwiches and they even looked at my while they were making them. I knew something was up and sure enough the gave me an old piece of chicken in my sandwich! I went back saying this is old! He said what would you like I said a fresh meal he said I can only give u the sandwich. I was like I want my fries too he said no because they were fresh I’m like they are not fresh now like hello! Are you serious I just drove from another city 15 min here and back! Never again in La puente! U guys are bad customer service you should all be fired! No one wants food from people that are rude afraid they might spit in it. I would never bring my food back if they wasn’t a problem! Didn’t even eat it the guy was sketchy!

ALWAYS check your bag before leaving. Every single time we have gone something has been missing. This time was just too much. Missing all sauces, the pickles on the sandwiches, and two whole sides. By the time we got home and checked we were too tired to go back out and complain. Horrible horrible horrible. Didn't get the food we paid for and what we got was subpar. We will be picking a new location in the future.

The worst, horriblist customer service ever. I will never step foot inside Popeyes restaurant ever again. Order online went to pickup my order couldn't get inside. They had their doors locked. I was told I had to go through drive through which had like 10 cars waiting. While in drive through line they decided to open their doors. Couldn't find my order, than handed me an order unsatisfactory. Workers are very RUDE!!!

I waited 20 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me. You have 4 people moving so slow, one of them kept looking at me but walked to the back. They were talking out loud about going to the back to eat. Horrible service while I'm ordering one of the ladies started talking to the guy taking my order and completely ignored me halfway through my order

We spent almost an hour in the line after ordering. We get to the window and they say that nobody dropped the tenders and that they forgot, so we had to wait an additional 15 minutes. Every time we go there the drive through line time is ridiculous. I know places are short staffed so I try to be understanding, but when I pull up to the window there’s a lot of staff and most are standing around talking. They’re a mess.

The service at the drive thru is really bad. There is one time I was going to the pick up window and the person had asked me if they had already given my food when I just got there and she had to bring over the guy that charged me. Another incident that made me really despise this place was when I ordered two Flounder Sandwiches and 2 chicken sandwiches. I double checked the sandwich bags 2 green and 2 orange as the sandwiches were color coordinated. They were right, so drove home. I took one bite of what was supposedly the Flounder Sandwich but it was chicken instead. All of them were chicken sandwiches despite the bag they were in. To keep in short, if you are carving Popeyes, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

WARNING TO ANYONE THINKING OF ORDERING FOOD FROM HERE JUST DONT. As soon as I approched the screen to order my food the employee asked me to wait, and I waited at the drive thru for about 5 minutes. I asked about a deal they said they didn't have, but I was able to order it through their app? How is it that they tell me they don't have it but yet I'm able to order it online? Anyways I ordered it and tried to pick it up inside only to find their doors locked while having the employees at the front stared at me without telling me anything. I decided to wait their long drive thru just so pick upy food. Finally I had my food, and I was ready to enjoy this meal I haven't had in a long time.only to my dismay the food was cold and old. The bread to my sandwich was hard like rubber, breaded chicken was chewy and cold, fries were cold and stale. Overall experience was horrible. Avoid this place at all cost!

I pull up to the window two girls are messing with a glove with water in it. Messing around on the phone instead of working. My debit card was place on the counter didn’t understand why it was placed on the counter while the other girl is messing on her phone no need for my card to be placed on the counter you pull the card from the machine wait for the receipt n transaction is over. Left me unsettled. But one of the girls was Nancy n the other girl didn’t get her name. How unprofessional these two were not to mention they got my sons order wrong. This probably happened because instead of working they are messing around. I’m going to keep an eye on my card n my purchases best believe I will show back up in person if need be. Whoever is manager needs to do better training with employees very embarrassing for your establishment.

This Popeyes is rud everyone was working at the window and no one at this location served me at all and I can back to see if they would change but they still did the same thing by encoring me I rather got to churches chicken instead they have great customer service.

Experience rate is NOT based on quality of food, but service. I was in the drive thru for about 50 mins! Yes, 5-0! Not exactly sure what was going on inside, but I was told at the ordering speaker to 'hold for a sec' 3 different times within a span of about 15 mins before my order was even taken.

Waited for about an hour in drive thru... when I got to the speaker to place my order which was a 16 pc and two chicken sandwiches, I was asked if I wanted the family meal I then reply yes only to then tell me they were out of all sides 🤔 then why in the world would you offer a family meal if there’s no sides available. Ended up waiting another 20 min after placing order overall bad experience.... not worth the wait

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and this is the second time they give me the cold sandwich, I tell the manager that the sandwich is cold, that if they can heat it a little, after 5 minutes waiting they give me the cold sandwich again, very bad service, to do things quickly they give you cold food. Ive been eating here consistently since it’s opened a few years ago, I’ve seen it go through several changes of employees, managers, and even tech on how the orders are received, and somehow, it always fails. This is by far the worse service in any establishment I’ve ever made a purchase at in my life, not even talking about just Popeyes, I mean literally anywhere I’ve ever been a customer my whole life. How do you consistently make changes on how a place is ran and who runs it just to still consistently always make mistakes? This place should be in an instructional video for all locations on how to not run an establishment, it’s literally the perfect failure and it’s almost impressive in that regard, I’m surprised it could be so bad.

Placing an order at the drive though for take out I was informed that the 6$big box was no longer an option to place , as the cashier gave me a paper full of coupons she immediately took it back and kept it as I finished placing an order. I was asking for the coupons sheet but she kept it and told me I couldn’t keep it due to policy but I’ve been given the coupons before this was my first time experiencing this Overall bad experience

After waiting a long time for our food, our food was cold , cold fries , cold chicken, Cold and dry sandwich. Did not get a receipt so can’t even make a complaint. AI is taking over but I hope they can get some employees in that kitchen. Sucks to pay for cold food.

OMG this people are SUPER LAZY they are in the phone and they don’t help at all I was trying to place a big order for almos $300 worth and I ask one of the cashier / “manager” to take my order and the only answer I got is (sorry, I cannot help you. I’m by myself and I have to take care of my RESTAURANT.) There was no cars there was no customers at all so I tell her that I have a big order for my family worth of $300 or more and she said she didn’t care she has to take over the Restaurant. I asked for Manager. She says she was the manager and didn’t get any answers if you if one of the representatives from Popeye can answer this. I would really appreciate it this have been today. August 5 at 11:09 AM thank you. Hope you guys can resolve this matter otherwise I’m gonna report this to consumer affairs or the COO whatever I had to report this kind of incident.

Make sure you get what you order and PAID for. Ordered 3 apple pies and received 1. They put in 2 weird sweet biscuits and didn't bother to inform me it would take a little longer for the other pies to be ready. Not satisfactory to substitute items without notice. Also, their 8 piece chicken family meal had 4 wings.

The worst customer service!! I got to the counter and told me to use the kiosk! Which the special that had on the window didn't show up on the screen! I ask the manager and she came out really mad! When she try to use the screen she didn't even know hot to use it!!! Other people waiting told me the same thing about they getting mad for asking for service!! Never again will come here !!

Avoid this location at all costs! Worst experience ever. They told me they only had three wing flavors left, so I ordered those three. When I got home, I found they had packed only one flavor and didn’t include any sauces. When I called to ask, they casually said they had actually run out of the other two flavors and just gave me what they had. No apology, no communication. This should have been made clear when I placed my order or at least when they handed it to me. Completely misleading and unprofessional. Food also tasted stale.

This place is a joke! Manager is lacking management and service skills. I ordered through the drive through and I am attaching the photos of the coleslaw sides I received. It is a shame that when I went in the store to address the issue about the portion size I had received, the manager approached the counter. He did not say a word to me. He took them from me and came back with two additional pre-made sides with the exact same amount as the ones I received, and still did not open his mouth to address me and said nothing to me. He did not even say hello or how can I help you. And this is a manager. This incident happened on Saturday, January 27th at 12:02pm. I will never again give this Popeyes my patronage.

The food was absolutely terrible. The wraps were frozen cold. The cheese was still frozen. My fries were cold as if cooked an hour earlier. There is hardly any sauce on the wrap and burger. This is the worst place you can eat. This was actually my second time, I thought I will give it a second try but it was even worse this time. Please dont waste your time and money here.

This location in La Puente should be closed, never in my lifetime have I encountered such tasteless dry chicken as if it was a week old. Not to mentioned this potatoes no flavor and the coleslaw had the most awful taste, and up-set my tummy immediately the only thing in that entire family meal that had flavor was the biscuits and honey. A waste of money and my time. And what happened to placing an order at the counter. You have to use the kiosk, thanks to the gentleman working whom helped me place the order.

The service here was very horrible!!! I needed help with the kiosk I asked the manager on shift for help over 5 times and every time she just looked at me without one single acknowledgement! I've worked in food service for 6 years and its basic training to always acknowledge a waiting or confused customer. She either needs to be re-trained or replaced one or the other 11/26/25 5:20pm also there were no customers before me in store so there was no reason to be rude and ignore me probably treated me like that becuz im Black in a mostly Hispanic community idk but I didnt appreciate the treatment one bit, and i didnt appreciate the look of annoyance she had for having to help me when I was polite and very patient!
