Shout out to the A.M. crew! The most amazing people ever! They are always on time, doing what they can to help customers and getting the job done right! I would love to personally shout out the G.M. who is very patient, supportive, & positive manager! She knows how to run a business! Along side the A.M. manager who is very fast paced and hardworking! Doing whatever she can to help with the insiders and drivers! They are never rude to the customers or employees and always bring joy to the workplace! I met the A.M. drivers who are excellent with delivering on time with 100%! I always see them working hard to get the customers satisfaction! Thank you guys for what you do!

Food was great (always check the app for deals), parking lot is a tight fit. Area was kinda sketchy late night. Big pothole by the front. Hardly enough to stop me from getting some good pizza though!

Don’t order deliver just go get it yourself. Pizza never cut all the way through. Deliver takes a long time. They are over worked with are housing and dorms and lodging. Just go get it yourself if ya want it hot and fresh.

You can tell the team takes pride in what they do, both in the kitchen and in their customer service. It’s rare to find a location that nails both speed and quality, but this one does it every single time. Highly recommend if you want great pizza and genuinely friendly service.

I was not impressed while going thru the order process. I'm sure this is a part time job for guys needing some extra money but what an agonizing experience ! Do you have a combination pizza? I don't think we do but we have an ultimate pepperoni. Do you have any specials? No, but if you order on line for pick up then change it to delivery, you can get the specials. He asked , where is the delivery destination? We are located on the base at the Famcamp at the end of Luke Road. Where is that again? Straight in the Luke gate, it dead ends at the Famcamp and turns into Foster Rd. We are in Site # xx. Ok, hold on, let me talk to the delivery driver. Long pause........ he thinks he knows where it's at. Is there a street address? Yes 2800 Foster Rd. Ok, I think we've got it...... we should be there in about 25 to 45 minutes. Only time will tell if we get our pizza and if it is even remotely warm. Some additional employee training might not hurt.

I only like the pan pizza. The brownies are ok. I get really mad whenever people order the normal pizza. Its the most basic thing to get at a party and it is so bland. It shows that there is no effort and the same amount of money could go to a better pizza place or at least the pan pizza. Employees lack some customer service skills, but the food is quick and well made, so I guess I can't complain too much. Edit: Changing this from 4 to 2 stars. Employees have the professionalism and customer service skills of the Insane Clown Posse. Would recommend replacing them with highschool students, would improve service.

Ordered take out. The person helping me was extremely rude and discourteous. 1. Got the 2 pizzas off the rack.. when handing them to me, he didnt wait for me to get ahold of them before letting go.. almost dropped them. If he noticed, he didnt say anything like sorry, or my bad. 2. After getting the rest of my order ready.. I go to swipe my card and he snatches it from my hand. Doing the transaction from his side?.. ok, no problem. 3. Hands the card back to me and turns away. Says nothing.. I needed a receipt for work and I see it printing off down the counter. I look back at the man trying to get anybody's attention.. nothing. I took the receipt myself and walked out. 4. If I was an owner, this would be unacceptable to me.

This location has gotten my order wrong several times. If you go to their web sit for the specific location "Lackland", it shows the deals. But when you call, they say they don't honor those coupons. This Domino's receives a lot of business from the graduates of The Air Force and the other military member in tech school, so I cant see an issue that they don't make enough money. Also when you call, you are greeted with a nice recorded message saying "we honor our military". They really honor the military with the prices they charge. $11 for a medium, wail you can go off base and get them for the normal price of $6.99. This Domino's takes advantage of the military personal. Change your web sit, and get better management.

Slow and rude. Took 20 min for a sandwich and the place was dead. No apologies or caring even when I asked how long it would be. They're more concerned with their blaring music than the customer. The sandwich sucked too.

I Normally never leave comments behind but this was one of the worse dominos I ever ordered from. The website wasn’t working for me to place an order so I had to call them. I waited over an hour for the food so I decided to cancel the order. Along with them being rude over the phone. Honestly doesn’t make any sense

Didn't bring the dipping sauce I paid for and chicken Alfredo had zero chicken in it. Absolutely zero quality control and should probably remove that part from the domino's tracker.

Thieves. If you’re on base and order delivery, they’ll say what they need to say for your order, will charge your card, then won’t show up. Called, asked when the pizza will deliver, the guy literally says “I have no idea”. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Website doesn't work. I called and was on hold for 20+ minutes with no one answering. Went in two days later and the employees were two involved in their conversations and ear buds. Our pizza sat ready in the window getting cold for over 15 minutes while I waited behind the counter hoping to be helped

1 star because I ordered a pineapple and italian sausage pizza but they put pepperoni instead of pineapple.. then they made me a second one and that one was way undercooked so now im going to the bathroom all day… im so disappointed and upset. Never ordering from here again..

Consistently taking over an hour to 1 1/2 hours to go from Quality Check to Delivery. It shouldn't take this long, especially when it's estimated to take an hour for me to get the pizza from me making the order.

I used to love Dominos, but after todays product I'm done with it. I ordered at 830pm and received my order at 1130pm. When i got it, it was cold. Shouldn't have answered my door to accept this crap product

They are taking a $1.00 from all clients as a "St Jude Donation" without the clients permission. Its a fraud. Someone has to put a stop to that. I confronted the cashier about it, she made up excuses about not knowing that it was happening. Happened to the coworker that was at my table too.

Went online to get comtact information. On the lackland dominos site it showed a deal for 2 pizzas for 5.99 each. I called to make the order and was told that this particular location does not honor dominos coupons. When on hold the automated voice says they "honor their military". So, they honor their military by charging overpricing their pizza to them.

i placed an order an hour and a half ago for just a salad and sandwich they said would be here in 20 mins, two drivers showed up with other people's but not my food. ridiculous all i ordered was a sandwich and salad.

This Dominos delivery service is absolute garbage from both the drivers and the management side. After waiting for 30 minutes past when the delivery tracker said delivered and still not holding my order, I called the store and was given the notice that my order was still out with several others and was told to "just wait." After 20 more minutes of waiting I called back and was placed on hold for upwards of 10 minutes only to be told that they have no clue where the driver is and whether he has my order. I asked for a refund and was given one with attitude. The entire ordeal from placing the order to finally giving up hope was almost 2 hours with almost an hour of it waiting outside for the drive who never comes.This store has no clue how to manage deliveries and I wont be using them again. I highly recommend others dont as well

I ordered at 8:45 pm being told a reasonable estimate of 47-57 minutes for delivery. my order was shown to start quality check at 9:43 pm already at the hour timeline provided. it is now 11:30 pm and I have yet to receive my order. I was able to start and finish watching the 1997 Disney classic Hercules before my order arrived. This store should some priority in order before saying they can deliver in a certain time frame. I won't be using this Domino's again anytime soon. I also called the store directly at 11:30 pm and the man who answered the phone assured me my order was on its way, and it it still has not arrived at 12 am. I called again at 12 am and this time actually received the name of John who promised me that my order was actually out for delivery. It has taken over 4 hours to receive an order that i still have yet to receive.

As a huge fan of domino's pizza, i was disapointed with ny last order, which was approximately an hour ago. Despite the fact that my pizza took a lot of time to arrive, I received it cold, and even though i said extra cheese it barely had cheese on it, or meat. Hope my review can improve further orders.

It took them several minutes to determine that they only made two and the third was overlooked. They said they would fire it immediately, but it would still be about 15 minutes longer. When asked about the other two pizzas dying under the warmer, the crew said "don't worry,they will stay warm". No apology, no offer to correct their mistake apart from making the forgotten pie. This is the second troubled encounter from this store of only three total visits. Thankfully George (the GM) happened to overhear the conversation and stepped in immediately. He had the crew remake all three pies and he went above and beyond what I would have expected by comping the entire order and for that I am very grateful. Sadly, I made the mistake of not checking the pizzas received for accuracy. They still screwed up my order!! The only pizza they got correct was a cheese pizza. The other two, albeit hot, were not what we ordered. This is likely the last time I'm visiting this location. It's a good thing they have a captive audience in the trainees. Any other store off base wouldn't last long with the problems I've witnessed, nor seen in the other reviews.

Never had a problem here but a super cool unnamed employee recently somehow spent 2 hours preparing ingredients (according to the tracker). She went to the parade field, hijacked a plane, flew to Italy and got the mozzarella herself I imagine. But seriously it’s been two hours and I’ve called 8 times with no reply which is just ridiculous.

I know the bottom of the barrel is low but if it could get lower than that then there is where you would find this dominos. Where to begin? Let's see 7pm place an order for 3 bread bowls and a pizza, simple enough. 7:30, food is delivered and I notice one of my bread bowls is missing. This isn't an issue however because they could just bring it back out right? No, I have to drive and pick it up. Again, this isn't a big issue because I live on base and I have a car. So i pick up my 2nd bowl and go home. I notice when I get home my 3rd bowl is completely wrong and just a mess, so I call again and ask hey this is the situation, can you help out. Dominos says yeah sure, give us 30 and we will deliver. 1 hour and 30 minutes later, no bowl. So I call and relay the situation and only to be met with hostility, incompetence and overall rudeness. I drive back to dominos AGAIN, I explain the situation to someone named "silver" who is the alleged "district manager" whose not only rude but chewing a piece of gum loudly while speaking to me in person. She reverts the blame to me and says why didn't I check my food? Etc etc. So it boiled down to me having to essentially beg to get the correct food I order in the first place. If you could avoid, please do not come here. Take the extra drive and go to papa johns, shoot even little Caesar's would look like 5 star dining compared to this joke of an establishment. I will be contacting dominoes corporate and AAFES, because no one deserves this sort of treatment. "Silver" and another employee "destiny" ensured that this establishment will never see my patronage ever again. The only saving grace was a woman named "Naomi" who was literally an angel and so pleasant to deal with, she truly went above and beyond and I guarantee if this dominoes has more employees like her, they wouldn't have the woeful reviews they have. As mentioned previously, corporate will be contact as well as the gm "Eileen Flickenberg"
