Music, drinks, & Liz was amazing!! Definitely would recommend!

Great hookah lounge with beautiful decor and an awesome vibe. The staff is very attentive and friendly, and worked with us when they mentioned the flavor we wanted was out. Amazing flavors that tasted amazing and they were on top with replacing our coal. The air wasn’t stale and stingy like a lot of places. Will definitely be returning soon with more friends!

We reserved a table last minute for an out-of-town friend’s birthday celebration and the process was fairly simple (note: they only accept CashApp for reservation deposits). We had a car issue that caused us to be late for our reservation and we understood that the lounge was busy with many people were in line waiting to get in. We thank the staff for accommodating us and loved the vibe/music. We will definitely return!

Really nice hookah spot! In town for vacation, and this was a great way to close out one of our evenings out on the town. Staff was super friendly. We went mid-week, so it was quiet and not many patrons, so it was nice. Will come here again next time we're in town.

Hands down the best hookah bar in Orlando, the music is on point, their dj was a vibe Variety in hookah and drinks that were affordable. Great environment to bring your friends. The bartenders Sabrina and Liz were phenomenal exceeding our expectations while enhancing the experience providing us VIP service to me and my friends! Definitely recommend for everyone wanting lit music and chill ambience to check this spot out. No regrets about my bringing my date here !

This was my first time going since the lounge was called Royal Hookah. The new owners not only changed the name but added a DJ and changed the decor. The music was on point and the vibe was chill. The staff is friendly and attentive, definitely a place to bring friends or a date.

Nice chill spot for hookah, the bar is pretty basic nothing special no frozen or special mixed drinks. They don't sell food they have highly a few highly overpriced chips. The music selection is good. The Dj Friday night was good. I would go back.

Visiting from New York and came upon this spot and for a Tuesday evening it was pretty packed and music was good(no DJ). Servers were decent but could of been better. Found ourselves going to buy drinks more then someone coming to take our order. 18% gratuity was already added to the bill so it's possible they knew they were getting money already. But overall cool spot to just vibe and smoke hookah.

Went spur of the moment and had a great time. It was late and were told there was no more general admission so we got a table. Other than having to be directly in another party's face or was a good time. I didn't like having to share a really small table. Music was good. Hookah was decent

This was definitely a vibe! Liz our waiter was on point and very nice. The ice hookah we got with sky fall flavor was BOMB!!!! Plays hip hop music just wish they turned the volume up higher. The decor in there is very nice.

DJ was great, service staff was OK, only because it was hard to identify if we had 1 assigned waitress or multiple. They tried to hustle our group to buy a bottle and then was advised after the fact that tables are only for 90 minutes after that they charge you a $150 fee. I did not see or we were not offer a food menu if they had any.

Lazy bartender, she spent all night out back and smoking hookah. It could be a nice place with the right staff.

The vibe is great. Had a good time. But 3 stars because the DJ acts like he has ADHD. It’s hard to get in a groove when he literally won’t let any of the songs play. He plays 22 seconds from each song. 😒😒😒.

The atmosphere is nice & everything I just didn’t like how they rush you out the door near closing time. They let you come in purchase a whole hookah minutes before they close then as soon as 1:53 am come around the DJ stops the music & they are giving you your ticket to cash out, won’t even let you finish your hookah, if the employees want to close at exactly 2am then you don’t need to let anyone purchase a hookah right before closing if you’re not going to let them even enjoy it. You guys have to do better!

The vibe is nice here and the place is large. The main issue is the managers and people working here are ridiculous. The entire place was empty at 9 and they wanted to force us into a small corner section because we had 4 and not 5 people for a bigger table. I understand if the place is busy, but no one is here. Let us be comfortable and spend our money. Instead we left as this place is clearly not in business to make money or have any type of customer service. 2 out of 5, potential to be 5 if the mgmt ever changes.

Came here looking for somewhere to smoke for my birthday. Nice looking venue on the inside, played good music. Hookah was good and smooth. Only thing I had an issue with was the service. We sat up by the front door and only got checked on once. Every other interaction was us waving them down. Ordered a couple shots and didn’t get them after sitting there for 30 mins. Finally, we decided to go because we realized they weren’t bringing those drinks and when going to pay the bill they sure did try to charge us for those shots. I might just be used to more hospitality because that’s what my city excels in, but that’s what knocked this potentially 5 star establishment down to a 2 for me.

It’s a club like atmosphere not really a traditional hookah place but that was cool. The vibe was Nice. Security was friendly. That’s where the good time stops . We were there 10-15 mins never seen our waitress and it wasn’t that busy yet. Finally someone realizing we hadn’t been helped tracks down another waitress and say she not your waitress but she gone take your order . This was a thicker girl who was very friendly. The order comes out we finally see our waitress . A skinnier girl. Sorry I didn’t get anyone’s name. This was the second to the last time we saw her. My coals were never changed or checked the whole time we were there. She never checked on us. Except once when she was changing the coals for the people by us. So at that point I ordered some shots. I wouldn’t ordered more drinks and Sooner but again she never checked on us .At one point The people at the table with us finally walked to the bar to order drinks. I’m like hey can I get the check. She’s like you have to pay at the bar. WTH . Ok They had a mandatory 18 percent gratuity which was crazy considering the service . The dj played all songs from either my clubbing days or JT and it was a younger crowd. he never let a whole song play. Not a half a song. Another review said he must have adhd or something I concur. I enjoyed the music but thought a younger crowd might appreciate some updated music. All in all the absolute trash service is enough to make me never wanna return.

Although a semi nice vibe, my cousin invited us here from NC, we pulled up and saw a parking spot no indication that it was "VIP" we were met with "that's $20 parking". Firstly how you charge to park in a open LOT that is not even yours. Secondly, it's sections and depending on your size you will be sat based on the size of your party. The servers have the ugliest attitudes. Anywhere that adds auto GRAT in turn gets met with lack of customer service, eye rolls, over charging, etc. Chairs need to be updated you sit down and sink into them. Very narrow walkway. The hookahs are mid. Roughly priced from $45-$65( specialty hookah ) Cocktails are $14 shots $8-$10 and bottles range from $100-$300 pretty pricey for a place with no room to move. The bathroom is one per person and was slightly messy but not disgusting. The DJ was ok but his transitions were all over. Overall, I'd not go again.

Came to this place at 11PM with 2 friends and was expecting 2 others. Planned on spending money and having a great night but the man at the bar said they are closing early. Even though the place closes at 2AM. I’d recommend changing the hours instead of deciding to close early when business is slow.

Today, is December 11 at 12:28AM. We just had a terrible experience with one of your managers working this shift. He required us to buy a bottle and did not give us the flexibility to get our own drinks. We would have spent more money on buying our own drinks. The service tonight was unacceptable. The manager was rude and disrespectful. Because of this experience, I sadly will not be returning and would recommend others not to attend. The rules are arbitrary and not clear. I would highly recommend for this manager to be disciplined and coached. Thank you.

0 stars if I could. Don’t believe the hype. This place is a joke. They stereotype you and give you inferior seating according to their own personal algorithm. What could have been a good night for us turned into a nightmare as we were the only ones seated on kitchen chairs while everyone else was on sofas and lounges.The whole time there was a sofa and loveseat empty next to us. I had one drink and they are lucky I paid for that. I feel very discriminated against all the while the front door security agreed with the bad treatment and said this is nothing new. Bypass this place cause it might not be your night.
