I love Jeremiah's ice cream. I've been hooked for about a year. I went there a year ago with a coupon and discovered they had coconut Italian ice, It brought me back to my childhood memories living in New York buying coconut Italian ice from the corner little cart every summer... I go to Jeremiah ice cream about twice a month to get my coconut italian ice. They carry alot of flavors, here are a few of my favorites: coconut (of course) cherry, bahama freeze, mango, blueberry, key west tropical, lemon and that's to name a few. They carry like 30 different flavors... if you haven't been there you have to go....you will definitely enjoy it!

I just had the most life altering experience at this place! I'm visiting from NJ and was told this place is similar to Rita's Water Ice which is what we have in NJ... Sorry Rita's bit Jeremiah's got y'all beat! I ordered a gelati with vanilla custard & piña colada water ice... 🤯!!! This was by far the most amazing gelati I have ever had! The piña colada water ice is a tropical vacation in your mouth! 🌴🏝️☀️It was so delicious, not overly sweet or syrupy tasting like others I've had and the custard was divine! I can't wait to return and get this again! 🍍🥥

This place is awesome, staff is always awesome and patient, I bring my little ones and they can be unsure of what they want that evening. Helps when you're able to taste something before buying it.

This place is so good! The staff is always friendly and they let you try samples of whatever you want to try. I've gotten different flavors like salted caramel, lime, watermelon and they're all so good. You can't go wrong with this place especially for a nice quick date for some ice cream and gelato.

I’m from Indianapolis and this was my first time here & I loved it! I had the sour green apple gelato and it tasted amazing! They have a variety of different flavors to chose from and I loved that as well. I will be coming back again once I come back to Florida!

The gelati was very nice, the Pina colada ice actually tasted like pineapple and coconut, not like sugar in other places! And by the time the ice had melted a little, the ice cream also tasted like coconut which was very pleasant. The seating was nice and they gave us our ice cream extremely fast!

I love this place. The sea salt caramel and chocolate gelato is my favorite. Passion fruit, coconut, and their batch flavors are great as well. P-nutty is vegan and it's one of their best flavors too. Go now!

I used to be scared to come here because I had passed by and the girls were just sitting on the counter, I found that gross. But I'm happy my sister introduced me to this place. Free samples. Jeremiah's has the best Italian ices in vanilla soft serve ice cream in all of Orlando! There's always a huge line waiting in front of this place. Be patient it's worth the wait. Jeremiah's also does a combo with a mix soft serve ice cream along with your choice of Italian ices which makes it a unique treat. We often get a quart of the soft serve ice cream to take home and it stays fresh and delicious in the freezer for several days.

Jeremiah's is the bomb diggity, I seriously am obsessed with their Italian Ice. It's so much better than the Italian ice you buy at grocery stores, this is the real deal. My favorite, by far, is their cookies and cream Italian Ice and ice cream mix ( It's honestly the best one). I also love the pumpkin pie flavor, but that's seasonal so i guess I''ll have to wait. The music they play there is super retro too. I mean i know it's not really retro (it's mostly from the 80's) but it's still pretty old music. Anyways highly recommend going here if your craving somethin' sweet. 5/5

Yummy-ness!!! Jeremiah's is better than Rita's hands down. I love the mango with vanilla. I tried the pnutty and the chocolate and that was awesome! I pretty stick to my fav flavors and nothing sour. I like the key West, mango Bahama breeze, peach, pine colada are good. The only thing I wish they had were slushy drinks like in Rita's.

I like that they provide free samples if you're not sure which one to get. They have a peanut butter ice cream here I cant remember the name of it, its phenomenal. Definitely recommend this place. Keep up the great work!

Love taking the kids here every so often. I highly recommend the mango/cherry vanilla gelati! I only wish they had cherry more often. It seems that I usually come when black cherry is available.

How is it possible I haven't visited Jeremiah's Italian Ice before? First time, but won't be the last. I tried the s'more jelati, but swapped about the chocolate ice for root beer. It was great. Their Italian Ice is flavorful and blends well with the ice cream. If you're a fan of other Italian Ice spots, I think you definitely have to give this place a try. This is one of my favorite dessert spots EVER! I wish there was a location in the Clermont/Kissimmee area, because I always find myself craving Jeremiah’s and I can’t always bring myself to make the 40 minute drive. The variety of flavors, product consistency and generous portions are unmatched compared to anywhere else. If you get it to go, they still fill past where the cup stops and put a dome lid on it, which is awesome. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

The gelati is amazing as always, but when we arrived the lights were off like it was closed. I went around and opened the employees only door and called out for the workers because a number of people were frustrated and ready to leave. Eventually two girls emerged from the back and turned on the lights and served us. They were rude about me trying to get their attention but we’d driven 20 minutes each way to be there.

There ices are delicious. They have fast and friendly service. I like the gelati. My favorite ice is mango, but all the flavors I've tried are good. I buy the quarts because you can get 4-5 servings from it for $6 compared to $2-3 per cup.

We have been going to Jeremiahs for about 3 years now and love it! The taste of the mixed shaved ice and ice cream is amazing. Decent prices for serving size and they also offer sugar free. Occasionally they offer buy one get one free which definitely makes it more affordable. My biggest issue is the distance from 34711 zip code! But maybe that's good or I would eat it too often and gain weight!

I always pass by this place and wondered why there was such a long line. Now I absolutely know why. My daughter and I tried Jeremiah's for the first time Sunday and it was absolutely delicious. Never would have thought of mixing Italian ice and ice cream together. We have found our new go to dessert spot. Also customer service was great as well. Very friendly and patient.

Jeremiah's is one of my favorite ice cream places. You can pick 3 of their many flavors for a small. And the small is quite big!! I think Jeremiah's is incredible because the flavors actually taste like the real thing. The root beer tastes just like root beer. And I definitely recommend cotton candy! It tastes even better than the real thing!

We ordered the large gelati in sea salt and p-nutty and soft serve swirl. The worker passed me both items in domed cups laying down in a to-go bag. I immediately set them up right. I guess it doesn’t matter as long as the customer gets the product. The ice cream and gelati were good.

Green apple all the way. Not exactly cheap, not expensive. Salted caramel is pretty good as well. The line system sucks. You never know if its one line or two. I wish staff would give some direction. The lines start to become little lakes of people whenever groups form. Winter Park location has a better system (and a drive thru).

I would never thought that italian ice and soft serve ice cream would blend so well together! Though it is the end of November and it is a little bit chilly out, it doesn't stop my friends and me to visiting Jeremiah's and from ordering something! It was in the mid afternoon on a Tuesday so there was not that many people around. Parking was plenty and line was short. We ordered the mango vanilla gelati, scoop froggy frog, and cookie butter. I got the mango vanilla gelati and such a perfect mix of smooth (from icecream), icy (from italian ice) and sweet! Though I was getting goosebumps from the outdoors and the treat, it was so delicious and a great snack to get after walking a trail!

This place has excellent Italian Ice! I got the passion fruit with vanilla ice cream. The flavor was good! Not too high in sugar. I ordered a "tiny", but they fill that cup! Great value!

I visited the Jeremiah's in Hunters Creek, and it was probay the best Italian ice I've ever had. The bahama freeze was my favorite ice, among other fruity flavors. My order was taken by this guy named Nate, who provided welcoming customer service. I'll definitely be visiting more often!

Ordered Chocolate soft serve in a waffle cone and was honestly surprised how good it tasted. Most chocolate soft serve tastes exactly the same but Jeremiah's definitely has a unique flavor. $5.45 for a Medium cone felt pricy (why I docked 1 star) but the portion was acceptable. Service was fast and friendly. I will definitely be back to try the gelato!

We always enjoy our treats from this place! There are times though that the music outside is simply too loud for this type of location. If I can't hear the person taking my order because the music is too loud, there's a problem. If the staff doesn't have speakers inside, then they shouldn't turn up the music louder so they can hear it inside - which is what I suspect is happening. Also, it seems they could use just one or two more people on those super busy days. Overall, this place is good and we'll be back - but please, keep the music down just a bit. It's called background music - we're not at a club.

Tried this location for the first time. Ordered an Italian ice and an Italian ice and gelato mix. They messed up the mix but made another and gave me both, which was fine, I guess, because they both tasted ok. Jeremiah's is certainly not my favorite frozen snack establishment because the flavors are kinda bland, but it's nice in a pinch.

We have always been a fan of Jeremiah's but this past experience was disappointing due to the cold and rude service of the person working the window. Really made us feel unwelcome. Will not return to this particular location again

We went both yesterday and the day before—review is based on both experiences. Day 1 - ordered a 'bullfrog' sized swirl with Oreo crumbles. Partner reported it's delicious. And a small Blue Razz Italian ice. I went for the watermelon flavor advertised on their website and in FB sponsored posts, however they didn't have it either day. The Italian ice is a BEVERAGE, not a solid food yet, it's served with a spoon and they have no straws. Day 1 I had a straw in my car, no problem. Day 2 they lost my business because I didn't and I am not about to consume a DRINK with a spoon, thanks anyway. Partner got his same treat and enjoyed it, HOWEVER - the employee really dumped it onto its side before handing it over to him so he had a bit of a mess to deal with. Really odd practice. The blue-razz slushie was great on the first day. Would get it again when I have a straw avail. This location is just a walk-up window so the treats do come out semi-melted already, with the lack of climate control. Seems to be manned exclusively by kids and they mostly do a good job.

Got just an ice cream (chocolate vanilla swirl) and one of their flavorites (create your own, chocolate vanilla swirl, hersheys chocolate chips, and their coffee gelato). Service was good. Friendly and fast, although we went on Monday and it was Labor Day, so there wasn't much of a crowd. Note to those with smaller kids, you might want to ask for the size you get and then request a second cup (empty) in a larger size because it melted way faster than my kid could eat it and half ended up on the table and him. It's outdoor seating so if it's hot and you eat there it is ice cream soup. It all tasted like froyo to me. Maybe I am picky and I grew up in upstate New York where we used to get real ice cream... so I thought it wasn't worth the hype. This is kind of out of my way and I don't think it was special enough for a return trip. It wasn't terrible... just not as extraordinary as it looks on their website.

I’ve been living in Florida for 10 years and tried Jeremiah since. But lately at least the last 4 times I’ve been there my favorite flavor that is coconut is just has gone bad Super frozen and not flavor at all, just taste ice. Honestly the quality for me isn’t there anymore.

I have been coming to this location for over 5 years and never had an issue but today I came for late snack. When arriving 3 young ladies where before me in one window and the other window another group of 3. Long story short the window to right the 3 female I guess friends is the employee just taking joking and never paid for the order and I am standing there like for 5 mins with no one taking my order. Come on ladies you on the clock and I am a paying customer.

I've visited this location many times and have always had good experiences. However, in the last three visits I've noticed that I always receive very little soft serve ice cream in the gelatis I've ordered. So little, in fact, that there's always open space left in the cup. I've gone to other locations to see if this is a new practice across all locations, but it seems like this location is the only one that is skimping on the soft serve ice cream. All other Jeremiah's I've visited have always been generous with the soft serve ice cream. I hope they fix this issue.

Insanely huge contrast from the Jeremiah’s in St. Cloud. We’re a big family that has recently started buying 2-3 pints of jelati biweekly after trying Jeremiah’s for the first time in St. Cloud. Disappointingly, very rude employees at this location. Went in for a pick up order, gave them my name, the male employee went to the back and retrieved my order that had my name on it, didn’t ask for any other information, was going to hand it to me, quickly pulled it back and asked to see a confirmation screen as if I were trying to steal or something????? Then a heavy set female employee came to the window and with a disgusting attitude said “you need to show us the screen for confirmation” as I was showing him the confirmation screen in the app. The screen they wanted to see doesn’t even have a name, just a long confirmation number that they didn’t even read. After reviewing the email when I got home, it says that I don’t even need that order number to pick up so I’m not sure why I was asked to provide it (I have attached a picture). No one wants to be met with such a horrible attitude and hostility while simply picking up ice cream. Disgusting service and needless to say, we won’t be spending another dime at this location.

I have been purchasing Jeremiah's for years now. We always order from here and love the Italian Ice. As I was eating my Gelati today, there was a used band-aid in the cup! Never ordering again. Very disappointed in Jeremiah's. The health department is being contacted!

I have been here multiple times with no issues until today. I ordered a chocolate ice cream and mango ice and the chocolate ice cream wasn't working so the girl went to check the machine. By putting her hands, forearm deep, into the chocolate ice cream mix then wiping ice cream back into machine. No hand washing took place. Then took our money for the kids', and without washing her hands she put them back into the machine. She never reached for gloves or soap for her hands! Absolutely disgusting and very unsanitary. I will never go there again!

I guess the blonde taking the orders was having a long day because it's my first time coming and she seemed so frustrated and and rushy. It's my first time though so I get your having a long day and it's busy but come on.

15 min waiting, asked for 3 flavors from menu they didn't have, one person running the place. Nasty experience...

This is literally my second time coming here in two days I came here yesterday to order around like 9pm. A young girl at the counter took our order then went to change the trash we sat there while people that ordered after us received their order. Then a person came and asked us if we needed help. So we were sitting there waiting and they didn’t receive the order. Then she asked us for a receipt and didn’t even apologize about having us waiting or anything. Then tonight I came again around 10:20 I ordered a cone and a small cup. The young girl that took the order literally made my icecream cone with no gloves. She took her bare hands no napkin and put her hand on the cone it’s disgusting do better. My money was wasted!

I think this company's lack of respect for its customers is nameless. I ordered an ice cream cake and paid for it in advance, and on the same day and at the time it was supposed to arrive, it never arrived. Door dash and Jeremiah is disrespectful.

Very disappointing in this location. The customer service is horrible the young lady that attended me and my family should not be there with the attitude she had. From opening the window not greeting us just what you want? I should have left but decided to give it a chance. The Italian ice was melting before they gave it to us that we literally had slushy. I know it’s hot outside but I have been to other Jeremiah’s on hotter days and never had this problem. Will never go back to this one do better with your employees!

I typically love Jeremiah’s in other locations but this one has always seemed challegned with consistancy with customer service. Today sadly was a very bad experience on 5/24 in the afternoon. Pardon my description but she didn’t introduce herself. The store was staffed with two young ladies one taller and a shorter young lady. The shorter young lady had a very unprofessional attitude and was extremely agitated. The impression i received was she didnt want to be there. When she brought out people’s orders, she dangled them said nothing as if we where supposed to run to her, handling a bag with no description very embarrassing. Several other families and I were confused because she didn’t announce what she was bringing out and then stormed back, slamming the glass sliding door. We were stunned; mind you, we all have kids and were bewildered. A taller young lady was kinder and informed the customers about the orders. The shorter lady was clearly making remarks behind the glass about the guests. It’s really sad to see needless negativity toward your brand when we’re all just trying to enjoy today. I hope the young lady realizes that kindness goes further than what behaviors she was displaying. Life is too short to treat people as if they owe you something. Nobody was rude to you, but to throw a clients order in freezer and talk behind a glass when your dangling peoples orders saying nothing is not cool at all. The bags are grey we cant see what's in them and you dangling them not even saying our names or orders is very unbecoming. Shout out to the taller young lady, i was very close to asking for a refund but she kept it cool. Simple acts of kindess and understanding would go further than tainting a well known brand and staple in the Hunters Creek Community. Multiple families where trying to figure out what was wrong with you out side when you went back in and all i can say is whatever your going through please understand with all due respect patrons buying ice cream dont know what your dealing with internally.
