Chris was amazing! He is the only person to ask if we wanted our salads chopped! Anytime time we asked for it to be chopped we were told no or the staff would act like they didn’t hear us even when we repeat our question. Thank you Chris for your courtesy! You remembered that it’s the customers that keep a place in business! Your customer service is the only reason this place gets a 5 star rating! Plus the awesome salads! Also thank you for giving us a full bowl of salad!

The guy working tonight was the nicest gentleman ever. He was working all by himself because no one wants to work these days. He was super friendly and actually listened to exactly how I wanted my sub. I appreciate his attitude and helpfulnesses and I will start going to this location more now, because of him. Seemingly average Subway location, I live local so I’ve been here quite a lot, have never had issues with service (ladies working are always appropriately nice/polite). One thing to warn about, I’ve given the Krunch topping two tries and both times they were insanely stale, which ruined my sandwich, so I don’t get that topping anymore. Quality of food isn’t good enough to get on its own (this goes for any Subways, I’d rather have Jersey Mike’s), so I only buy when there’s a BOGO deal on the app

Sandwich artist lacked knowledge and wasn't educated on how to make a sandwich a soup + drink combo. And he decided to be rude about it rather than kindly tell us he didn't know how. We would have understood. He was also alone, so after he got more guests, he began to lack patience. Terrible.

No restrooms. Calling on all delivery brothers for NO GO here. As a UPS driver I won't come back here. Bought 2 sandwiches by app and requested them toasted, but got untoasted, I didn't complain. While eating, the guy came and warned that the ice was not FREE bc the owner said so. Ok then I am not going back for sure!!!

1st Visit: Thu 08/14/25 @ 5:15PM Clerk: Jasmin No bathroom facility. No handwash sink. Sanitizer dispenser without any sanitizer!! Extremely bad service. Negligence towards refilling the dispenser. Making the customer wait indefinitely until she's done with new incoming customers. Refusal to refund the money paid due to her terrible service!!! No apologies of any kind. No action to remedy the problems at hand. No courtesy of any kind. This person should be fired ASAP!!! She should never work in a food service environment of any type.

I’ve visited this Subway location several times, and each time I’ve encountered the same male employee who is consistently rude, unprofessional, and carries a terrible attitude. He clearly has no interest in providing good customer service and acts like serving customers is beneath him. It’s frustrating and disappointing to be treated so poorly when all you want is a quick, simple meal. Management seriously needs to address this, as it reflects very poorly on the entire store.

On multiple occasions now I have gone into this subway at 830am to get the breakfast sandwich I love for my wife and I. It is listed online and in the restaurant that they open at 8am so I figured giving the 30 minute buffer time before I go in should be good. Every time I have been told the food isn’t ready yet and they can’t serve me. Today I walked in and the girl said while pointing at the condiments “as you can see I’m not even close to being set up” so I asked what time they open she said “830-9am” I then said it was 830am currently and why they advertise they open at 9, to which she replied “sorry can’t help you”. I don’t understand why you would advertise an opening time at a business that serves food then turn customers away that come in after opening to get food. Extremely irritating, and I’ve only had this experience at this location.

Hispanic woman who says she is the manager is the most rude service employee I’ve encountered working customer service in a long time. Maybe she’s unhappy with her life, but there is no reason to argue with customers about sandwiches and act angry when we want to substitute something. Totally ridiculous.

The two guys working there look like they came out of 40 year old virgin with a game console controller glued to there hand, and the had the worst customers service I've ever experienced in a long time. Yea I admit this post is bias due to the service i received, but your business is only as good as it employees.My advice is to the owner. I think it's time to start interviewing .

Just ordered 4 large Subway sandwiches. Wow these were the worst Subway Sandwiches ever. Had the turkey and asked for avacodo to be added there must have been 2 teaspoons in a full sandwich. And you pay extra for it. All toppings very limited in amount. Sandwich was very dry. We asked for mayo and mustard and not there. No cheese as requested. To be honest it was more of a bread sandwich. What a waste of money. We only went there because our local one closes early on Sunday. From previous reviews appears management or owner really doesn't care if customers are satisfied. Highly recommend if you want a good sandwich don't go to this Subway. 6.27.21 5:00pm

Walked in , no good morning welcome to subway, was asked to wait while he takes his headphones off then told to wait until he's finished rotating cookies....then question why I want my sandwich like that with a face of discontent.. when I asked for coffe... I got a lecture for not asking for that fist... The manager.... wasn't very customer friendly. Will not go back to that subway .

Really bad service. Guy named Jeremy was really rude throwing food around as he was making what we ordered. This is unacceptable. I stopped the guy and asked him why the attitude, and why was he throwing the food around...his own partner noticed his attitude towards us. We walked away with nothing...bummer we were hungry. Thanks you Taco Bell for great Service.
