I've been a Wendy's fan ever since I first had a spicy chicken sandwich and a frosty. I've always lived near a location and eat it at least once a week. This location though, is something special. In the past 3 years I've been eating here I've never had a problem. It doesn't matter if you come first thing in the morning for breakfast or 10 minutes before closing, the friendly staff here will take care of you. I can't even count the amount of times this location has saved me with a late night meal. Keep up the great work and I'll keep coming!

On my fast food list this is a 5 star plus, I tried so far the double burger and spicy chicken! The french fries are so good especially with the ketchup, that tastes totally different than any other ketchup I’ve tried! Orders come fresh and warm to eat, I like it! For a European that found out about Wendy’s just a few months ago, really delicious!

Heads up both restrooms are closed* Otherwise our expectations were exceeded - Clean, great quality food, and nice fast service (here on a Friday evening, on way to Disney). We even sat in a cozy nook that felt semi private for our loud little kiddos. *located in a strip mall so there were other facilities

Ok it is just Wendy’s, but I want to congratulate the employees, they are so nice when I visit this store early in the morning, the drive through crew is efficient and polite. I sometimes get wrong orders but mistakes happens. Great to have a place o can get a quick bite to eat before work.

I do like this location. Not just because it's close to my home, but because I know they get it right. I've only had as couple of occasions where they didn't understand me, but I fault that on me not really knowing the app. Those times though, food was actually remade and mistakes corrected. I appreciate the service the have, and the ease of online ordering. Stay safe and happy eating-GSH (Sorry no pictures this time)

I don't know what the deal is these days, but you can't find a fast food drive thru without a long line no matter what time of day or night, Wendy's drive thru is no exception! Line moved fairly quick, Doubles were hot, fries were not, they were warm at best. Frosty was and is always refreshing; mmmmmmm; Chocolate Frosty!

I forget about Wendy's. I really don't know why I do. I find the employees kind and hard working. I love that they bake their bake potatoes. No microwave. It gives me a healthier option. Their salads are yummy. I tried the walnut apple. They have a chicken sandwich $2 for $5 right now. Pretty tasty. My only complaint is their ice tea, not brewed. I can tell. I have thrown out my last 2 drinks. A waste of almost $7. Give them a try and mix things up a bit.

Food was good but check your order as they might forget something or give you an incorrect item. When pointing out they were quick to replace and correct so overall pretty good. I find the chili as my staple and always get things without the bread and they accommodate it as it becomes more common.

DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY PLACE!!!!! Stay away from coming for dine in or even takeout ( you don’t even know what they do in the back with the food ). First restroom with broken wall. Ants on all tables. Disgusting tables with oil on them. As I’m writing this review, I’m about to throw up here. Just do not come here please. Health department needs to close this location immediately!

Employees no who I am and 5 out 5 times employees have intentionally left condiment out which give the company a negative vibe no sour cream makes a bake potato 🥔 not good no butter the potato also suppose have chives this was done to point someone has personal problem with along time customer is bad look to franchise.

This was going to be a review of the manager but now the employee that gathered my order. I asked for A iced tea unsweetened with my meal with a single sweetener on the side because the pre-sweetened tea is way too sugary. After asking for One at the ordering menu and twice at the window he finally acknowledged I wanted to sweetener. He asked manager and told him they didn’t have any. First complaint was not having sweetener. My second complaint after I go and find a sweetener and mixs it into my drink i find out on the first sip they gave me brisk heavily sweetened tea.... undrinkable now. Edit 2min later Just to top it all off went to go eat my sandwich now and it’s not the sandwich I ordered......

I ate at the restaurant and the fries and burger were not hot mild warm is an overstatement. I asked to get the food warmed up and they looked at me like I was crazy. I ordered a son of baconator combo small chili and 5 cookies. It was $26 But what came out was a burger chili and 4 cookies. I was charged another $7 for the drink and fries. So $33 for a meal chili and 4 cookies. The same meal by my house in Orange is $24 and it’s hot when I go through the drive through and take it home. I’ll never eat here again and will tell everyone I work with to avoid this place like the plague

I've been here three times and each time the food was subpar when compared with what I expect from Wendy's. Skip this one and go to the Wendy's on La Paz instead. The kicker was today we put in a drive thru for two orders of medium fries. That's it. Had to pull forward and wait five minutes, but it was tricky because the drive thru basically ends on Crown Valley. How can you not have fries ready to go? Update 5/25/25: gave in to convenience and laziness and now I regret it. The fries were rock hard and barely salted, and the soda was flat. This Wendy's location just can't figure it out. Go to the one over on La Paz instead.

Consistently wrong. My kid loves Wendy’s and unfortunately it’s the only one in this area. I always have issues with my order. They just don’t give me the right order. Do not order them on DoorDash. They won’t give you what you paid for. And if you do drive thru ALWAYS check your food before you leave. 95% of the time they won’t give you what you paid for. Idk what’s up with them but they literally cannot get it together.

We have been to this location several times. Somehow our order is wrong more often than it's correct. They forget food, or it's the wrong burger, or I'm overcharged. I would be sympathetic if it was once or twice but when it's consistently wrong it's frustrating. The food does taste good. That's why I keep trying. Today was my final straw tho.
