Lickety Split

I love this little shop in the FS. I took my son for gelato a few times during our stay and I got several espresso drinks (Disney necessity). The coffee was lovely as is their selection of quick bites. My son actually had his first date here. He met a fellow six year old at the pool and they decided to go on a date to Lickity Split (which my son was able to “pay for” with his scavenger hunt token—he was quite proud). It was the sweetest little thing.

Love this place. They have everything you need - coffee of course, but also breakfast pastries, ice cream, drinks. And you just have to go downstairs!

The customer service at Lickety split exceeds expectations. The staff if super friendly, especially the manager, Jordyn who went above and beyond to ensure their customers were well taken care of. The morning date smoothie is my absolute favourite and I highly recommend it. Thank me later.

Located inside of the Four Seasons Orlando at Disney. Staff was super nice. There were lots of treat options, including macarons and gelato. A few quick snack to go options also available in the cooler. Alternative milk options for made to order drinks, including oat, soy and almond. I paid almost $8 for a small iced coffee. I didn't think that the price for the value and taste was worth it. You are at the Four Seasons though, so it's to be expected. They had quite a bit of seating/workspaces, indoor and outdoor.

Pretty disappointed with my experience here. Looked super cute in the pictures and was located in Four Seasons. I was pretty optimistic when we first walked it but really didn’t live up to the hype. It’s okay that it was busy and we had to wait, but definitely didn’t appreciate the barista saying the order was being made when it was forgotten. We could see that they had to pull the ticket from somewhere else so it really doesn’t make sense to make up a reason when we can easily see otherwise. I understand mistakes happen or things can be forgotten during a busy time but frustrating to see someone be dishonest on what actually is happening and I won’t be returning here.

Unable to rate higher due to poor experience. Organization needs work. Stopped by here with my sisters to have ice cream with a cappuccino and a latte. After waiting 15 minutes and seeing everyone else gone, we asked about the long wait. We were told the coffee was still in progress. One minute later, we received the coffees but the latte was cold. By then, the ice cream had melted so I just drank it. Advice to management: Don't lie when the order was obviously forgotten. Acknowledge the mistake and indicate it will be ready shortly or offer a refund.
