Supposedly 24 hours open, but often the hours are whatever the employees on shift decide to be open. They also stop serving dinner at whatever time they feel. It was 3:15-3:30am yesterday they stopped serving dinner instead of 4am like it shows online and on the menu board in person. They said they already threw all the dinner away and don’t have anymore. I questioned this, asking “So you don’t have any food at all for tomorrow when lunch starts then? The employees just do whatever they want instead of completing the sales for the business. They left right in time at 4am when their shift was over though. Poor quality employees at this location the majority of the time at night. Let’s see who actually cares.

No onions definitely meant please put extra..your drive thru customer services skills are horrid I pulled in to the wrong lane obliviously the other cars that pulled up after me I watched as they go thru the other lane, there order took and counted 3 cars move thru the line that pulled up after me the young lady started to take my order then told me to hold on after she informed me they do not sell 40 piece chicken nuggets and continued to say is that it after every item I ordered I know nothing will change but yet here I am spending 50$ every couple of days to be angry every time I order 😔 sincerely a disappointed lifelong customer.

Chicken nuggets were cold, dry, and extremely thin. McChicken looked smashed, with the same quality of the nuggets. Overall, the interior was filthy and the wait time for three guests was horrible.

People are rude not paying attention to any customers only the drive through. Took 20 minutes for a single sausage biscuit meal will not be going here in the mornings.

Today I ordered 2 sausage egg McMuffins and 1 sausage McMuffin through the drive thru and it took going through the drive thru twice (not including the 1st time I ordered) for them to get my order correct. I had to repeat myself numerous times just for them to get it wrong. The 1st time I came back I was given 2 sausage McMuffins and 1 sausage egg McMuffins, which was incorrect. My 2nd time I came back they gave me 2 EGG MCMUFFINS and 1 sausage McMuffin. I was there for almost an hour just for them to get 3 sandwiches correct. Please listen to the customers and at least attempt to look at the receipt

My wife was on her way home from work and pulled up to the drive thru at around 3:20am Dec 11th 2025. She was turned away and told they were only doing delivery orders and not drive thru orders. The drive theu is supposed to be open 24 hours.

Waited 45 minutes inside!!!!! After taking my own order at the big tablet lol. There is NOTHING inside! No soda stations, napkins, condiments ect..Dirty. About 15 ppl stacked up waiting over 30 minutes. I overheard the manager (Jennifer? Same one photo mentioned in another bad review) say "none of these people better complain to me..not dealing with it ...whatever " BAD management. *The remodel looks like a Roblox game, it cost me $30 to feed a few people and the food was cold and rushed. McDonald's has completely given up caring about the customer or quality. **To the sweet girl behind the counter(a teenager by herself!) you need to move on and find a better job! You were so polite, poised and hustling, all while your manager acted like an immature brat. You'd be an asset to a better employer. Save yourself!

Horrible service this is the second time I’ve came to this location for a uber Oder they try to say there system is down but if that was so then my Oder would never even go thru uber Keith and the other guy manger is very bad so the brand im tired of missing out on my money because of “your system” being down if that the case change it on the website when yall “shutdown for breakfast switch over” action will need to be done I will be contacting who I need to very rude would not make my Oder lazy unprofessional not taking any oders at all is crazy this how over runs here? Crazy

The fries was so cold i thought i was eating sub zero. It should be illegal to make someone pay for priority on uber and it arrives with cold fries. This McDonald’s always have cold fries even when i get it myself. I tried to order from ft hood street instead and they’re closed.

When you order from here and they get it right it’s delicious. However almost every time we order something is wrong. Last time we ordered they forgot a 20 piece nugget I was told to call next time I place an order and they would replace it. That’s what I did tonight.. this girl answered and told me it would be best to come inside to resolve the issue. I walk in and this girl was talking trash about me and our conversation to a bunch of employees. It took everything in me not to make a scene. After a little hassle she did end up replacing the nuggets, however Jennifer has left a bad taste in my mouth and will be the reason my family and I go to a different location. She shouldn’t be bashing a customer at all let alone directly in front of the lobby! She might mess around and say something negative to the wrong person!!!

It seems like the overnight crew is having some issues. Three different day and times I have gone between 1am and 3am and was told their system was down or frozen. They definitely do not provide 24hr service.

I have always loved McDonalds…. But lately the quality or care they give to provide something as simple as clean condiment packets or fresh food is very poor or close to non existent. From hard, stale biscuits and hamburger buns and cold patties to dirty lids and filthy condiment packets I have lost trust or even hope for a good meal. I’m disgusted with the boldness to give this to customers. Do better, Mc Donald’s.

This place served me a ROTTEN EGG for breakfast, and it smelled unbelievable. Up until now, I had never had a negative experience in my life. I'm curious as to why I never eat at MCDONALD anymore. Serving all of your customers like that, really? To be honest, I would have been a RATE NO STAR. How are you all passing the DSHS or FDA-approved?

All of fries were undercooked and saturated with grease. This location is NOTORIOUS for its customer service and horrible quality of food. It was made evident with this order tonight. There are too many complaints about this location for something to have not been done yet about the issues with the quality of service and service. See to it that I won’t stop until something’s done about this. I’m sure or at least I hope that the management/ownership is different at this location than the others in town

I used the drive thru 15 minutes ago to get lunch on my way home...Sit down, took 1 bite and the Quarter Pounder didn't taste right so I opened it up ...looks absolutely disgusting!!!! What happened to the hamburger patty??? Where is the cheese???? The unsweet tea is a sweet Tea....ugh.... I'm so frustrated.... I waisted my money!!!! Will not be back !!
