My lunch was made perfect as I had mods to my sandwich, and it was perfect.

Had amazing lunch today from Panera. Tuna on ciabatta with a side of S&P kettle chips. The flavors complimented themselves and there was the right amount of mayo so you can taste the tuna. The freshness of the bread made it tasty rather than a workout. Fresh bread mouth feel and great aroma. Having worked in the service industry I can also comment on operations. The bathroom was clean and that is a good sign of what things look like behind the scenes. I watched as the manager Greg interacted with his team. Great leadership and respectful in speaking and complimenting others. Everyone was doing a great job and handling the rush. Great job and looking forward to next time. Sorry no pictures, was too hungry at the time : )

Great coffee and great freshly made breads. I love their baguettes, just right crusty outer and crunchy too. I like this location because it is cozy and has outdoor seating too. Prices are reasonable and service is outstanding. Easy access from the freeway right off Rockfield and Lake Forest Drive next to Starbucks.

My son used to work at a different Panera Bread so I am very familiar with the food. I love the mac and cheese and the soup. I got the two for lunch, french onion soup and the mac and cheese. The French onion soup had lots of onions and cheese, that's what makes it great. The girl behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. Good customer service is what makes a business successful. I was glad I stopped and had a wonderful lunch. When I'm back in this area I will stop in again. Highly recommend

Panera’s always fresh and has a ton of great, healthy options. I always get their dark roast coffee and I have the zip club membership so I get unlimited for one low price. The service is quick, and I love that they donate their leftover bagels at the end of the day—it’s a nice touch. If I could change one thing, I wish they opened earlier… 8 AM for most locations is kind of late for a coffee shop.

Came in one day and honestly the lady at the window was super nice came in early in the morning and she was super patient with us. We were at the window waiting for our order and she kept us entertained. I’m not a big fan of Panera but coming here made me want to eat here. Their summer salad was good and I love me some pizza. Can’t complain def worth the trip cause the service was great

I have been drinking Chai from Starbucks all the time, but now I know that Chai Latte in Panera is much better, less sweet as I ordered and so delicious 😋 Lovely taste and hot. The staffs are kind and attentive. The place is clean, a lot of seats. Only low point is that their wifi is slow. Restroom is clean and has good air flow.

Panera definitely impressed me as a first time dine-in guest. This location had a slow afternoon so when I showed up, I used the kiosk to order and the staff there were so helpful to find my order when I was confused where to find it and how to retrieve it. The staff even took my order to my table and I ordered a soup, sandwich, frozen beverage and a bakery item to get a good idea of what Panera had to offer. No downsides to the experience! It was such a classic meal, modest in flavor and pleasant to enjoy. I do lament a little the pricing but I can't complain too much since the meal was satisfying and the experience was positive. I first tried the classic chicken noodle soup and it was even better than those Campbell's options you find in a can without the saturation of sodium in them. Pleasant to eat and consume even the broth. I then began to eat my Turkey Sandwich (a basic order) which was also a lovely satisfying bite. I had to save the 2nd half for later since the first half with the soup already had me full (I hold less food in one sitting). I did also drink a frozen strawberry lemonade and I'm sorry @JambaJuice, but this is my new favorite thing. The smoothie like consistency of it at least made it worth it's price and I definitely tasted the fruit and it was ALIVE. (Jamba Juice lately has been lacking in flavor). Lastly the basic chocolate chip cookie was simply good. I wish it was a little softer but if it was I probably would have ate it so fast, it would have been too tempted to take my time with it. In total, I paid about $25 for the items (got a free apple with it too) and ate it in the space - it was a lovely inside set up. Well managed and free wifi available to do some work while you enjoy a meal. I will definitely be a Panera regular and while I'm not in the area often, I will be visiting my local Panera back at home more often.

It was such a delicious Sc Egg, Saus, Swich. And nice, beautiful ❤️ staff members. As a vegetarian, I love Panera Bread. The food is always healthy and yummy. A few days ago I had the onion soup with half a Mediteranian sandwich. Delicious! Though I would suggest that, as a restaurant featuring their fine breads, they offer a gluten-free option.

In this place there are delicious preparations of all kinds. I love the fish sandwich and the soups, for example. How it is well visited, the employees are always in a rush and don't care too much about the service.

I've had mixed feelings about Panera bread because I haven't had any consistently. This location is one of the best I've ever been at. Friendly staff, extremely fast with their service, the quality of food however makes it seem like an actual sit down in order restaurant. I love the outdoor seating and the overall vibe of the store. Would definitely suggest this be on your short list for a fast & fulfilling meal

This male crew member from the kitchen monitoring the kettles was really rude; when I brought up the empty kettles, he just walked away. The touch and feel of this place is really sketchy. I wouldn’t feel comfy having them filling up my cup inside the kitchen either; with their blatant indifference in the public eyes, wonder what kind of cocktail, they would concoct behind the scene.

I had a $3 gift card, so I ordered my large Madagascar cold brew coffee with light ice (because otherwise it's gone in 5 sips) online to be picked up inside. When I went inside it was a small, so I said "I ordered a large," as she walked away I said "You could just pour that into a large & add more coffee." Maybe she didn't hear me, but it came out unshaken, so I know they remade it, as you can see in the picture it's clearly not light ice. I'll give 3 stars because the flavor was good, the restaurant was clean, & they were nice. I could have asked them to fix it, again, but the sign says "If your order is wrong we'll give you a free treat." I don't want a free treat, I want my drink made the way I order it... not to feel like I'm complaining in order to get something for free. If you check my other reviews you'll see I usually say positive things. Thank you.

A bit over priced for basic sandwiches. I also felt like it was a little froo froo for me. Cesar salad was good. Sandwich was ok. My gf got the sandwich as well as the potato soup. That wasn't good. Its water down. Maybe they should go to chili's and try there potato soup..

Used to be a regular, however their prices are more than a sit down nice restaurant’s. Just got a half salad and half sandwich for $15. And the chips bag is 3 chips. Drinks cost more than a beer. The salads usually have rubbery chicken. Disappointed as I love Panera but their prices and food quality has severely declined.

Ordered drink through the app, when I arrived the restaurant I didn’t see any thing in the pick up area, stuff told me the cup is on the table, go get the drink by myself. All right that’s fine. But I found they only got small cup and no lids. Also their drink is almost running out. No one to refill them.

I order here very frequently. I like their food. The service needs a lot of improvement. I order a sandwich with no lettuce, a salad with extra dressing and also ask for utensils. This was a pickup order. They did not take out the lettuce, no utensils and no extra dressing for the salad. This is happening over and over....

$8 for half a sandwich, and the chicken salad didn't even cover all the bread. Most of it was lettuce and tomato. Complete rip off. The taste was good but definitely not worth it. I took one bite before taking photo.

I don't know about everyone's opinion but since they changed the icing on the sugar cookie? Changed flavor of broccoli 🥦 cheese soup? Service bad? No thanks, not again!

Horrible service, horrible sandwich and over priced for maybe a piece of beef and what looked like cheese but may have been mayo.. really couldn't tell you. Manager is rude. And really doesn't care about food quality, customer relations and the employee who decided to put her loud obnoxious opinion should be fired for over stepping her roll as a counter help. I order at the window she stepped up like she was going to be aggressive and the loud mouth was aggressive. Go to McDonald's at least you know what to except

Don't come here if you want to be solicited while you eat inside the restaurant, My husband and I where enjoying a Meal on Thursday december 23th, right before closing time and we noticed a homeless person inside the restaurant with white hair and wearing earmuffs, we didn't mind her but we notice her staring at the customers in a strange way. Then in the middle of our conversation while eating our dinner, this individual comes to our table and ask us for a ride, we told her that is something we can't do and she insisted again, she said that it will be just 5 minutes and that she really need it, and she just kept insisting until we handed her some cash, then she left and went to the next customer. The ambience and the staff are very friendly but we felt very uncomfortable after that experience, is okay if the restaurant wants to give food to a homeless person in need, but soliciting customers while they eat inside the establishment should not be tolerated or allowed. We report this next morning to the manager and hoped something will be done about it , but we went back a week later at a different time and we saw the same person in the same table she usually is. Sadly we had to u-turn and eat in another place since nothing was done about it, and this person seems to be there the whole day for several weeks bothering and soliciting customers who are dining inside.

Don’t order their iced coffee. It tastes like water and sugar (I got zero sugar in it). It is very cheap coffee and mostly water from a weak brew.

Their ordering tablets dont work, asked the the cashier to help. Her terrible attitude completely escalated the situation. From the very start her attitude was confrontational. SHE went and got the manager.. I followed her, and heard her say something about my daughter. The manager was more helpful, but seriously needs to think about training his staff properly or replacing them. I will absolutely not be returning here. (definitely, not the first time I had a bad experience here with the staff). Above all the food was prepared very poorly, and was horrible and was tiny portions. No value, at all.

The bread is different, the freshness isn’t there, and overall the quality feels like it’s gone downhill. I’m honestly disappointed because Panera used to be my go-to spot, and I really miss how it used to be.
