Most workers are friendly and efficient but some are rude and mistaken cups of water as soda. Food is NOT hot or fresh unless you specifically ask for it cooked to order and it's on the receipt, some cashiers do not know what cooked to order means even though there's a button for it on the register. If your lucky enough to get a good cashier your food will be hot and fresh.

It could get very busy at times. So a lot of times the workers mess up your order. most likely because they're busy or lazy, who knows? A lot of times I will check the bag to see if you got everything you wanted. And then open up your sandwich make sure you got everything you wanted on it. Seriously one time they forgot to give me three items that was $11 together. They don't like me when I come around because they know that I'm taking everything apart..

I don't like McDonald's, only go for convenience when necessary to eat. My husband loves the steak and bagel breakfast and I get a chicken biscuit. Staffing is a problem. Like many places, not enough to work. Why? Young people just don't want to work any more.

This location is very dirty - lots of flies buzzing around the restaurant, bathrooms not kept up with, tables not clean, etc. The food took a long time to be prepared. Lots of employees standing around not doing much while the burger preparer was hustling to get the ordered out. Manager seemed unable to get things on track.

Service was at best decent. No one working registers. People had to either stand and wait multiple minutes before even being acknowledged. Or get tired of waiting and use the kiosk. Multiple tables were dirty. The beverage and condiment area was a disaster. No napkins are available unless you were able to get some employees' attention to get some.

The service was awful - I ordered online thinking it would speed the process along but it actually just complicated things. The poor girl at the register was clearly new and draining, and it looked like nobody really wanted to help her which was unfortunate, and unfortunately, the customers paid the price on that. The only upside was that our food was hot and good when we got it, even though there was some delay.

Don't expect a relaxing meal at this location. All you can hear even from the back of the dining room is the employees yelling and arguing with each other.

Went here for a bite to eat, when I ordered they told me it was to go only even tho the lobby was empty and looked clean plus there was places to sit everywhere, my order took forever to get, wasn’t even made right, my Big Mac had no Mac sauce on it or no lettuce, my fries were saltier then ever, went to sit down and was asked to eat my meal in my vehicle! Poorly managed by manager I’d definitely say!!!

This used to be a pretty good McDonald's. However within the last year it has gone downhill drastically. Wait times, especially at the drive thru often exceed 30 minutes. Waited at the counter for 20 minutes one Sunday before anyone even acknowledged I was there. When you do get your food, it's often wrong or there are items missing. Ordered a nugget happy meal for my grandson in the Drive Thru and when I got it home there were no nuggets in the box. On top of all that this McDonald's is more expensive than other ones in the area. Sometimes as much as $5 per order depending on time of day and items ordered. This McDonald's seems to get worse by the day. Wait times are horrible and orders are often either wrong or missing items.

As a small business owner, I once looked up to McDonald's as a model of excellence. Now, it feels like that customer-focused vision is lost. I’m not looking for refunds or freebies—I just want basic courtesy and kindness, even if I only visit once or twice a year.

Kitchen was dirty, the floor was full of old fries. It was loud, sounded like we were eating in an ICU ward.

Ordered 2 regular McChicken and a soda. Got in car and headed home. Took one bite and realized they had given us 2 of the spicy McChicken. My mouth BURNED for the next 15 miles! I have tried to call, but it is always busy or no answer.

Waited for over 20 minutes for food after placing order on kiosk. They were too busy taking care of the drive thru. Happened to run into the regional manager and aired my opinions on service. This McDonald's is by far the worst one I have ever been too. I have been going here since I was a child and it has only gotten worse not better with time. It is always understaffed so the employees are over worked and alot of times rude. I cant remember the last time I actually recieved hot food in my order. The fries are always cold and 9/10 times you will have to bring your sandwich back ro the cou ter to get it fixed, as they dont seem to pay attention to the changes you ask for, and they throw the sandwiches together so fast that when you unwrap it the burger is half on the bread or the cheese is covering only part of the burger, or they pump so much ketchup or mayo on it that it seeps out the sides and then gets spread all over the outside of the bun when they wrap the paper around it. I have recieved some very messy almost inedible sandwiched from this location alot. They also only give you 1 or 2 sauces for the nuggets even with a 20 peice and then charge uou 25 cents for an extra one. The hours fir this location also change randomly, so youll go to fet food at 8pm and find a sign on the druve thru speaker saying they are closed due to no staff. They rarely have milkshakes ad the machine is always "broken", or down for cleaning. The employees that work here have stated that they go 2 or 3 weeks at times without recieving their paychecks which is the main reason why this location is understaffed. McDonald's is really lacking on the customer and employee care as of recently, atleadt in this location. I didnt know the franchise location decides the level of care the owning company provides, but apparently in this case it seems to be that way. Hopefully McDonald's will put the time and attention into this restaurant to get it back on its feet and transform its reputation and ratings from 1-2 stars to the 4-5 stars it could be. This location has been open or over 30 years and has the potential to remain open for years to come if its properly managed, but if it continues like it has been then I honestly dont see it still being open 5 years from now.

This place closes early without notice- often which messes up online orders when using the app leaving one with a hold on their account and an order that's not going to be filled by a restaurant that can NOT seem to get it together in this town-very disappointing - when they are open make sure to check your order bc that's usually wrong too. The loogies spit on the side wall of the drive-thru are not very appetizing either. Not sure why they wouldnt clean that up. However they do actually serve the food when they are open and it's edible so ig 1 star.

Was there evening of 4/8/24. The blonde young girl working at the drive thru was extremely rude and unprofessional. When she handed change from the window, she dropped some of the coins and didn't even acknowledge it. When we got out from the car to pick up the change, she replied "It's not a big deal. It's only two pennies". It was actually a lot more money than that.

I normally would give this McDonald's a 5 star review, however when I ordered it was fast and there wasn't many people inside ordering. That's where everything slowed way down. We waited an half hour for our ordered, by the time we were on the road our ordered was completely wrong. I wasn't going back. I will most likely going to stop by again but not sure when. When it's busy it's right and fast.

I honestly go to McDonald's in Warrensburg often, as I live in town! The service is absolutely horrible, slow and super unwelcoming! Tried to eat breakfast there the other day and couldn't find one clean table! I asked to have it wiped and the MANAGER handed me napkins! That's it, dry napkins! The guy waiting ahead of us was missing food and chose not to say anything, his word were, I GIVE UP!! The whole restaurant is absolutely filthy!! Also, we got our food and it was thrown in the bag with sandwiches OPEN, NO SYRUP FOR PANCAKES AND THE HARDEST BISCUIT!! Oh, did I mention there were 4 other managers sitting in a booth! Even if they were having a meeting, not one of them moved to help or do anything!!! Everytime is a disappointment!!!

I feel for the staff, because they were clearly overwhelmed, however, I have never witnessed such ineptitude before and management really should do right by their staff (training, support, etc.) so what happened today won’t happen again. We used the app to order a curbside pickup and, at 30 minutes still waiting, I went inside to ask about my order. The worker looked at me exasperatedly and said “you’re next,” so I went outside to await the delivery. 15 minutes later I went back in and literally watched as the two staff members behind the counter stared at the order monitor for minutes, holding burgers in their hand, placing the burgers into and out of the same bag multiple times. They had no clue what was going on! I asked for a refund, which a very low key guy started to process for me (he was very good at de-escalating and I acknowledged that, because everybody around was losing their minds and asking for refunds after waiting similar amounts of time) and he told me he could give it to me via cashless app, like Apple Pay. I asked if I could go to my car to get my credit card to put it back on, which he said yes to, but when I went to go back in the store, they had locked the doors! Luckily, the staff member came to get me and finished my return. We had boat reservations to make it to, so we couldn’t wait any longer. I don’t blame the staff for this—it is improper training. Where is their support? Also, I noticed tons of black flies inside the store, which should be addressed by management. I would skip this McDonald’s.

Corporate intervention required here due to the disgraceful state of the restrooms: garbage cans overflowing, same in carpark and numerous items on menu not available. I give them the benefit of the doubt that this place was hammered by eclipse traffic yesterday, but the restaurant shouldn't operate until hygienic conditions are restored in the restroom. If this is a reflection on how the food side is run, I'm not eating here.

I didn't think it would be possible for a McDonald's to be absolutely awful. I went there twice, thinking the first visit was an aberration. The first visit was for lunch. My burger was barely warm and the prices were ridiculously high. The following morning I stopped for coffee and a hash brown - which was cold, probably because I waited 8 minutes for my coffee. So, if you want cold, over-priced food delivered to your car window at a snails pace this McDonald's is the place you want to be!

What a terrible experience, as someone who grew up here. This place took a landslide, what a joke of an establishment. I’ve gone many times but each time worsens, this time the kiosk had no paper so it didn’t spit me a ticket so I could pay. I go up to tell her, apparently my order got lost, the worst part is I used my code. Now they can’t find it, everyone is scrambling. This person clearly did not know what she was doing, She kept asking other people. Still had no idea. So I just looked at her and said I’m done and I left. I use my code, Got nothing for it. I don’t expect a lot from McDonald’s, but it was pretty bad. The restaurant was dirty, not a clean table, the bathrooms and floors were dirty. I wanted to dine in, ordered my food waited ten minutes for a cold quarter pounder that was cooked to death. It was also thrown together and had ridiculous amounts of ketchup on it. My fries were also cold. The only thing that wasn’t cold was my drink because there was no ice in the lobby. I ended up eating in my car because there were no clean tables. I will never eat here again.

We legit sitting in like for a half hour for breakfast this morning and got to make my order at 1031. These lay people told me I could no longer get breakfast even though because of them not working hard enough and even though I was there on time. Because they couldn't get people through the line fast enough I was unable to get breakfast. Then not only that was given terrible service when I asked about it.

35 minute wait for fast food. Restaurant was not clean. Bathroom was a mess. If it was the first time, I'd say nothing but this is now typical for this location. They did get my order right.

Ordered an orange juice and caramel frappe with breakfast. Orange juice was at least 50% water, if you’re out of OJ just say that. Cutting it with water is bizarre. Also no caramel in the frappe, just say you’re out and we’ll order something else. I’m sure they’re understaffed, but come on this is common sense stuff. I don’t even blame the workers on this, ownership is really dropping the ball. Train your workers and give them the tools to succeed. Also with the new menu prices I’m sure they can afford to pay the workers more and that would solve the staffing issues.

Did an app order. Was in spot 3 for 30 mins before one of us decided to go in and see if the place had burned down. Close. The average staff age looked about 12 years old. The self service kiosks weren't printing receipts and the kids behind the register couldn't figure out how to print them either. A confused child tried to deliver two different orders to spot 3 that mustve been from frustrated people who already got fed up and drove off. All told AN HOUR to get our order, 30 minutes after I had asked for a refund that no one in the store knew how to do. Save yourselves, drive on by this place. Have a nice sit down meal somewhere that's better quality and served much faster.

Payed cash got shorted but i got it, no sauce shorted a 4 piece nugget, then ordered a plain cheese burger and theres catch up and onions on it, on top of it the burger buns where flipped inside out. Waited 35 minutes for a drive thru order. If I wanted to spend that long on breakfast, I certainly would have gone somewhere better than McDonald’s! No one warned us when we ordered that it would be far from fast food.

STOP AT ANY PLACE OTHER THAN THIS LOCATION. Waited almost 30 minutes in the drive thru, with only 2 cars ahead of me, received incorrect item. Went into building for item to be corrected, waited another almost 30 minutes for said item. At this point I was so annoyed I only briefly examined the item, at the time it seemed corrected. Got the item home and realized the item was the EXACT SAME ITEM THEY TOOK FROM ME!!! So for almost 30 more minutes while I was inside the building listening to the staff members scream at eachother about being understaffed and them just handing people whatever items, because they kept losing the ticket slips. I get to receive the same exact item staff members took from me and held behind the counter for 30 minutes. Makes me wonder how many times other people have gotten food that was touched, picked at, coughed on, sniffed and other wise handled by the public. DO NOT TAKE THE RISK!!!

Usually don’t leave reviews but this one deserved it. Super long wait with no line inside or outside.. Rock hard stale buns and cold meat. I couldn’t eat it. Poor communications between staff could hear them yelling at eachother. Warrensburg McDonald’s is a clown show. Doesn’t live up to their high school mascot

Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Waited 30 minutes for a cheeseburger and fries while I watched 20+ people get their drive thru orders. Line was through the door. Floor was super slick because of snow. They did nothing about it. Food was awful to top it off.

This a copy of the letter I sent to the survey email at the bottom of my receipt. We haven’t been impressed with the chain for quite awhile. We had a very unpleasant experience at your store. We order our food via your kiosk at 12:37 on 12/22/2025. It was delivered incorrectly about 1:15 (missing coffee, missing burger, and wrong burger) I sent it back asking for the corrections. Those were delivered at 1:29. I told the girl in a sweatshirt, I assume manager, but no name tag that it took over 45 minutes to get our correct food. She replied with “ok” no apology, no offer of part return for meal nothing. I’ve not had such an unpleasant experience at a McDonalds.

It’s a hill billy show in here. Looking at the staff is entertainment at the finest McDonalds. Manager walking around in a denim outfit costume. Co manager walking around in crocs. It feels like you’ve entered the circus and enjoying the 30 minute wait with some free weird show.

Freezing place, we waited 30 min for our breakfast and we where the only ones in the place, we had to ask for everything separately because they don’t serve (ketchup, syrup, napkins).. and the food is made with rancid oil absolutely disgusting got sick to my stomach!

Go to this McDonald's quite often today. I'm leaving a review because I saw something as a food service employee myself. Should never be done... While waiting for my order in the drive through, I witnessed one of the employee's reached with their bare hand into the ice bin.And then proceed to throw ice cubes at another employee across the line... Now not to point out the obvious unprofessionalism, but this is also a major food safety hazard. Not only is all the ice now.Contaminated, in that ice chest, but wherever the ice cubes that he threw is now contaminated as well.Hopefully, that doesn't end up in someone's food and get them sick

My wife and I stopped today at the take out window for 1 chocolate shake, 1 hazelnut ice coffee, and 2 cheeseburgers. The person who took our order was very short and not at all friendly. He said the shake machine was broken and they were all out of hazelnut ice coffee. We waited much longer than we ever should have for the ice coffee without hazelnut and 2 cheeseburgers. The cheese burgers were cold. I have never gotten a cold cheeseburger from McDonald's before. I was hungry and ate my burger. My wife didn't eat hers. We will never stop at this McDonald's again.

The worse McDonald's in NY. 16 years old manager can't motivate staff's to work. Everyone stay and laugh ignored customers order. This McDonald's should be closed because it is not up to health code! People can be sick or poison getting food there where flies flying around and counter and place are very dirty! Also waiting more than 30 minutes for food and received cold and not correct order it's ridiculous!!! I think Department of Labor should go check how awful teenagers work there!!!!Place is dirty and food what received are thrown out by staff. I will recommended avoid this place!!!!

AWARD FOR THE WORST MCDONALDS IN THE WORLD. This place was in a vile state. Nothing was clean the kitchen was DISGUSTING. The tables greasy. Not one brain cell between the 9 staff that were working, no one was helpful. Staff were underage kids throwing salt sachets and condiments at each other instead of taking orders. 35 minutes it took to get one large fries and 2 mcflurries. Honestly didn’t even want to eat it after I saw the state of the place. Hands down the worst establishment I’ve ever stepped foot in in. if I could give this place minus stars I would.

Teen brat at the window handed me my food without saying a single word. Got all the way home and my burger didn't even have a bottom bun. HOW DO YOU MAKE A BURGER WITHOUT A BUN. Good lord, wake up people.

We waited 33 mins for our food. The floors are dirty one guy walked out and quit while we waited for our food. They dropped the tray of the sausage in the floor and picked it up and out right back into the food bin. All the prep counters are dirty someone needs to call the health inspector for this location. Then after waiting all this time for my food my eggs are colds. This place needs new management and an inspection ASAP.

We waited in the drive through for 40 minutes for cold old food. This place is disgusting trash was overfilled, mold on the soda machine, counters were dirty beyond disgusting. One kid was about to take the trash out and after put his hands in garbage can stopped and without washing his hands handed me an order which wasn't mine. When we finally got our food it was cold and old, my daughters apple slices were open and my sons happy meal was covered in dirt. Don't eat here, I paid 30 dollars for cold old food. If I could give no stars I would.

Plan to wait 40 mins or more on your order and has been like this since I moved here in 2015, I was excited when they put the curbside pickup in but now it’s just the same wait time as drive through and in the lobby ordering ! Fries are always 75% cold or old and the milkshake machine is never cleaned so always out of order ! I feel like this place could do a lot better especially with being so close to tourists attractions and lake George ! Most of the young employees are very sweet, respectful and accommodating to missing items and old fries but management needs to do better.

Absolutely disgusting. My burgers were covered in burnt pieces obviously from cleaning the grill. Went about 1 hour before closing guess they didn't want to wait to clean so they cleaned with my food cooking.

Dirty and disgusting. One review from 4 months ago mentions fresh flowers on every table... well, those are still there, dead and decaying. The floor is so greasy that you could easily slip and fall. The tables are all dirty with food. Chairs and floors are also filthy and have food and condiments on them. The drinks station looked like it had days of spilled soda all over it, and there was garbage and food waste all around it. The burgers were made sloppy with the cheese barely on the patties and the whole time we were there, the employees were standing around joking and laughing rather than doing their jobs! There were pick-up food orders that were left on the counter for over 30 minutes, garbages were overflowing and hanging open. Look at the pictures, the ground in front of the door OUTSIDE the store has a thick layer of grease black and tarry that leads out of the place. YUCK! You're risking your life by eating here!!

My co worker and I stopped for something quick and his spicy chicken deluxe was horrible. I got a mcchicken which was fine. However I asked multiple times if I could get a FULL cup of ice and the girl kept trying to give me ice water. My coworker ordered sprite with his spicy deluxe meal and the lady at the window tried giving him rootbeer and said he already paid for it. And if he still wanted the root beer . Don't do drugs!
