Really impressed with how delicious the chicken strips are! The crew was very courteous, and even offered to make a fresh batch if I wanted, and didn't mind the wait. Everything was delicious. Best mac n Cheese I've had from a fat food chicken spot, and really enjoyed the mashed potatoes.

The chicken is delicious, and flavorful, especially the spicy chicken. Their fish is even better, but my favorite dishes from here are the sides. The okra is cooked to perfection, the mac and cheese is full flavored, and the corn nuggets have just a hint of sweetness that make them my favorite side! The value is outstanding, and the dining room is clean and inviting!

First time eating at the Lake Jackson Tx. Chicken Express. The staff were very polite and courteous. I ordered a Family Fried fish meal. Everything was delicious!! The fish was golden brown and crispy. The meal was prepared right, with no short cuts on any food items!! Thank you!

First time eating at chicken Express. We first walked in it didn't give you that fast food overpowering grease smell. So we were impressed. Super good experience, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had the 30 piece tenders, spicy and regular, and I have to say they were very crispy. We also had mashed potatoes, fried okra, and french fries, and they all came out piping hot. It made for a very pleasant experience.

Always great food Always great service …. Unfortunately seems that management is falling short. We’ll continue supporting of local businesses but please do better. It would be a shame to see this place close due to mismanagement. Not good when you continue to run out of food. Little food for thought from a customer. Thank you

The workers dont want to be there. The gravy is usually too liquidy. Add some damn thickener like flour or some cornstarch, this place would be 5 stars if it wasnt constantly half assed

I've been to several different chicken express locations and I've always raved about their quality of food and service. I have considered them the chick fil a of fried chicken but the service just didn't add up this visit. The food quality was as expected but I really put my trust in them due to past experiences and they kind of ruined the experience. We ordered a large family meal, extra corn on the cob, extra sides, hot sauce etc... I didn't check the order. We went down to the beach to eat and unfortunately found that they didn't give us any plastic ware, no napkins, no salt for the corn, and only 3 packets of hot sauce. Really disappointing because we ate bland corn with no salt, had to use other clothing in the truck to clean our hands and I just didn't expect this type of oversight from them based on the amazing experiences I've had with other locations. The staff here needs common sense training.

We ordered a 12 piece meal and out of the 12 pieces they gave us SIX wings. What a waste of money!!! This is the last time we go to this location. They have messed up 2 of our party orders and now this. I'm done with this location. The ladies that work here are ride anyways.
