Always fast through the drive through. I love that because I can pick up food before work without waiting in a God awful line! Get an extra sauce though because one just isn't enough for more than 2 strips...

Best chicken fingers and I love the sauce!! The fingers are at their best when served (don't let the sit for long). I recommend dining in and not to go because the chicken might get soggy in the box.

We hit the drive-thru on a Sunday after church. It was packed but it was so fast! Our food was amazing- hot and fresh. No complaints.

Took my kids to get dinner because I had worked a 12 hour shift. The line was pretty long. But the employees were fast and polite. The lemonade tasted off. Carbonation in the soda tasted as if it had just went flat. The chicken was hot. Orders were correct. Minor issues. I've been to a lot of different locations. They were one of the best so far.

We love this place. The chicken is fresh hot and not greasy. The drive thru always moves quickly even if it's backed up. We have ordered in the app a few times and the food is always ready at the pickup time. Highly recommend this place if you are looking to eat some chicken tenders.

I love this location. The restaurant is always clean and the staff are quick to wipe down tables and prepare them for incoming guest. The hostess/cashiers are always smiling and have always been polite and friendly. I appreciate that the chicken is always hot and fresh along with the fries, but there is no extended wait period.

Quality was excellent as usual. This location has the slowest service I have ever experienced at a Cane's location. Several other patrons complained in my hearing as well. Too much chit-chat behind the counter; people trying to trade shifts and flirting among staff. I stood several minutes at the counter waiting for 3 employees to finish their "can I trade shifts and what do I get if I do" conversations standing at the registers before they looked up and took my order. Not greeted here either...too busy talking. Manager needs to tighten the reins. Woman and teen female arrived as my food came out, not in Cane's attire, and with food from another restaurant, and walked directly behind the counter. Teen stopped behind counter and leaned down on counter and engaged a friend in the lobby in conversation. Woman took outside food to the kitchen through the counter area in front of a lobby full of waiting Cane's customers. Not impressed and will not return to this location. First and only poor experience at Cane's so far. Love the food and the chain; I went looking for a Cane's from my motel tonight and found this one as I am a regular wherever I travel...this location just needs some guidance on Customer Service!

So first let me applaud the awesome customer service we got yesterday... The dining room was closed and our passenger van couldn't be taken thru the drive thru. However, the manager was quick to take our order and bring it out! Six meals... complete with exactly what we asked for in condiments and drinks. My family very much appreciated the great customer service! Second, our food was hot, fresh and delicious! Thanks so much...

This location's Raising Cane's was absolutely delicious! The service was fairly quick, and the atmosphere there was good! It didn't feel too crowded or too hectic, and the employees there were pretty awesome - good customer service all around! The food is always delicious, as with any Raising Cane's, but no doubt, this is a good place to eat!

The best chicken strips around and the Cane's sauce is amazing. Their sweet tea and lemonade are also excellent. If you haven't tried it yet, it is absolutely a must-stop.

I usually do a mobile order on my phone and do a curb side pick up. They’re always quick and the food is fresh. A few weeks ago, we got there and “checked in” and it was taking forever. Then I noticed the manager (I’m assuming) look out at us and he immediately came out to talk to me. He brought the drinks and apologized. He said his staff didn’t know we were there so the food was cold and he was having them remake our order. I appreciated that way he handled it instead of giving us cold food that had been sitting there.

Always love Canes , They just need to be more precise on their sizing of their chicken when they cut it. Sometimes, you get normal sized chicken strips, and then othertimes you get chicken strips, where it look like they cut 1 regular piece into 2 pieces and when you're paying over $13. For a cainiac but really only getting the same amount of chicken as the box combo because the pieces are cut so much smaller gets a bit annoying 😔

We order at least once a month from this store. We usually order 50 or more tenders at a time. They are always so sweet and quick with our order. We live about 2 miles from this location and they are always ready to go with the tenders being hot and fresh with TONS of Cain's Sauce included!

First time here. I was expecting better food. It wasnt bad, just not as good as expected. Their dipping sauce is pretty good, but still prefer honey mustard

Service is fast and food always good and hot but they can't keep the tables clean they're always greasy. I can't really blame them given the amount of traffic in that lobby but maybe they should have someone who's main job it is to sanitize the tables and seats. Otherwise quite clean lobby just gotta grab a few extra napkins before ya sit down.

There is a simple reason I gave Raisin Canes a fourth star over three, the sweat tea! It is 'go out of your way to get it good!' Some may say it's too sweet, I say it can't be sweet enough. Plus you could always get half and half. The food is good also. I would give this place five stars except one incident when my wife was looking for sponsors for our daughter's all-star softball team, and she was asked "what do I get out of it" from the owner. That's not what sponsoring kids teams is about, although there are tax IDs where you can claim it, my wife left with no sponsor. I get that not everyone likes to give away their hard earned money, trust me that's the worst part to me, having to go out and ask for help from local business and the community. But this was a while back when they first opened, and who knows maybe now they've sponsored some local area kids out. Either way I'm over it, and still eat and get my sweet tea on here!

Food was good, service was good, but the dining area needed to be cleaned. A number of tables needed to be wiped down and floor looked like it had not been swept or mopped all day. So in conclusion, no matter how good the food is and no matter how good the service is, if the place is dirty, you just want to walk out. I might try it again in a month or so and see if it is a cleaner environment.

Need to do a case study on Chick-fil-A's drive-thru. Cane's drive-thru definitely takes the fast out of fast food.

Good food, friendly helpful staff. Was busy and it's for a good reason. Prices are a bit high for the amount of food you get, but it sure does taste good. Also not terribly healthy, but at least they post calorie counts.

This is the only canes that I visit that only gives 4 tenders when you order them naked being that they are so small. Every other facility will give you at least one extra. It's upsetting when I have to eat this way, it's not by choice. Also they don't filter their water so it tastes just like LJ sink water. I can't even get a soda that tastes normal. I feel like these are very easy issues to fix.

It was a typical busy evening at Raising Cane's in Lake Jackson. Service fairly prompt. Didn't hear my complete order. Wasn't enough to complain about, but probably cost the ticket $4 or $5. Not alot in the grand scheme of things, but will affect $-per-ticket averages. Chicken fingers were good, as usual. Restaurant was loud, as usual. A decent experience. I will return as a customer.

We came to Cane's for the Angleton High School Band Booster's fund raiser and greatly appreciate that we were allowed to do this here. The chicken strips were great the French fries so so. The garlic bread was crunchy on the outside but fluffy on the inside, really not bad. The dining area seemed clean considering the crowd that was coming thru. The staff were quick, helpful, and courteous.

I'm not a fan of their chicken, but my family loves it. They said it was amazing as always. And they're always fast and accurate when I pick it up. And there's nothing wrong with their chicken, it just tastes like everyone else's chicken, except more expensive.

There was a hair in my meal and the drinks didn't taste right. I was on my way out of town so I couldn't go back, but management did apologize over the phone and offer to replace my meal on my next visit. The other 2 meals were perfect and hot.

The restaurant was clean, still new as well. No paper towels in the men's room. Never having eaten here I had no idea what to order. Employee seemed a little put off when I answered her 'what would you like' with 'I don't know'. So I just ordered two different combos, which turned out to be the same thing, one was just in a basket and the other on a bun. Same sauce, fries. One with toast and coleslaw, and sauce on the side the other with out the side and sauce on the bun. Same thing and taste. I thought the taste was OK, 14 year old thought it was too peppery. She liked the real chicken, as I did, but she left half uneaten. Probably not going back.

First time coming here and the service was very kind and attentive. I don't get the hype about the food, it was pretty average.

We went to eat there today during lunch for a professional development we were having. I'm not a huge Raising Canes fan to begin with... it's chicken. Yes, it's good, but it's chicken. So I ordered my box meal (staff is super friendly, service is super quick), get my drink and then my name is called. I get my food and sit with my teacher colleagues. We are eating and talking and I get halfway done with my food and there's a short black hair right in the middle of my fries. Nope. I'm done. (I'm blonde headed and both my colleagues have long black hair). I took it back. I'm good. So I give five stars for customer service and five stars for atmosphere but food gets 3.

Just a suggestion change the Styrofoam containers to cardboard so the chicken and fries aren't soggy by the time you get home. 👍

I asked for a Caniac Combo with another piece of bread instead of fries. I had never asked for this before and the gentleman on the speaker said that I could remove the fries and add a piece of bread and an extra sauce. We were both clearly saying "fries" during the ordering part of the process. At the window when my order was ready to me, before handing my card over, the young woman said "bread instead of coleslaw" I corrected her and said it was supposed to be bread instead of fries" she said "ok, no fries add bread" and I said yes. We finished the transaction and once I got home to eat I had no Coleslaw or Fries. I know it is a minor not pick but it isn't the first time they have gotten my order wrong due to additional or changes I've asked for. Multiple times I'll ask for extra sauce or bread and not received it. Usually I dine in so I can just bring it up at the time but I shouldn't have to check my order every time I go through the drive thru. I should place an order and have it ready back to me and if they read back what I asked for then it should be in the bag.

It’s amazing to me that this establishment which has in this location been relegated to little more than a Chic-fil-A overflow charges for their Cane’s sauce. I tried their chicken for the first time today only ordering 3 strips and was astonished after paying $4 that I would be charged for their signature sauce. This sauce I assume is their major selling point but since I didn’t want to put a charge of .42 on my card I didn’t get to try it, why didn’t they inform me of this when I ordered or before I paid? I think I would be a little more accommodating to orders that are sampling your food for the first time just because your competitions line is very long and yours only has 1 car in it. One thing for certain is that my car will never clog your nonexistent line ever again. I have always said Chic-Fil-A chicken is proof of aliens because it’s so out of this world good but I think I’ll say Cane’s just sucks.

So, we walked into Raising Cane's for our first time ever. The menu was just so small. No gravy???? Hello, I'm a Texas girl and I love gravy with my chicken. The chicken was moist and juicy, but really, we were not that impressed. I think it was the lack of variety. The fries were okay. Our "Texas Toast" was only browned on one side. Really? We both thought it was rather bland. The good part...the place was named for a dog. We love dogs.

I ordered an hour and a half ahead of picking up my order and set it to get curbside. I arrived at the time I set and informed the app that I was there after 20 minutes of waiting I went inside and asked and it was on the pickup section getting cold because I didn't know it was ready.

Extremely overpriced for some extremely over-rated chicken tenders.. I was soooòoooo let down.. I have heard for years about how fantastic Canes is, and I finally went thru the drive and ordered the four piece strip basket.. the toast was great. The tenders I give a 4, on a scale from 1 to 10. The crinkle fries I give a 2 on the same scale from 1 to 10. I did not eat the cold slaw but I hear it is good, but then again I heard the chicken strip were bangers.... and they were NOT.. Perhaps I will give them another try this weekend..

It was AMAZING when the store first opened, but now its just sad. The food is always hard and semi-warm no matter what time of day you go, even during lunch time. I won't keep wasting my money here. Update: When I called up to the store, the employee that answered seemed genuinely concerned that I was unhappy with my order. After I speak with the GM, if this customer service is consistent, I will change my review to a 3 star.

Went there with my family to grab some food on my birthday. We went in and the floor had trash on the floor and a lot of the tables were dirty with food and drinks that was wasted. Had to look around for a descent spot to sit. One guy came and wiped the table next to us but nobody swept the floor. If the place is that dirty in the lobby then I wonder what the kitchen look like. Food was ok. Never going back to this location

I have loved Canes since first having it in Houma La. Since they have been in Lake Jackson we have ordered often. Tonight the Caniac was just under $17, previously just under $12. Quite a price hike. Got home and discovered no fries. I am not pleased.

I stopped by to eat today. Dining room locked. My truck don't fit in drive through. To scared to,walk through drive throu. Besides last I heard you can't order that way. So raising canes did you see Target in the same parking lot open? Oh they allow a lot more than you will ever fit through the door in a days time. "there is a government shortage on money" if this is truth why take a piece of plastic that has no value what so ever over cash in hand. Why can I not pay with cash! I've been to a few raising canes in Virginia and loved it. The one here in Lake Jackson is absolutely horrible fresh squeezed lemonade more like minute maid syrup water, disgusting chicken is dry the only good part was the cane sauce. I don't know what's going on here . employees are nice though.

Very disappointed! The quality of the food is not like it used to be! I stopped going about a year ago but decided to give it a try again. Wish I didn't! The chicken was small, not crispy at all but wet (and this is your specialty?). The portion of fries was 1/2 of what it used to be and we ended up with little end pieces of fries, very few full size fries and they were not fresh at all! Definitely my last visit! I will support other local businesses who have quality food!

Honest review from a big fan: I’m new to the area. This location is a big letdown compared to other Raising Cane’s. Definitely not the Cane’s I’ve come to love over the last few years. Like other reviewers have mentioned, my chicken tenders were about the size of a McDonald’s chicken nugget. About 1/3 the size they are from most other Cane’s. I have been to this location 3 times now and every time it was the same, so here I am leaving a review in hopes they get it together. Chicken:small, very small. Coca-cola: is definitely NOT coke, it’s actually a conglomerate of all the soda’s they have in their machine mixed with more carbonation. Gross. Also, room temperature food and subpar batter on the chicken. Wish I could give a better review for one of my absolute favorite fast food chains but I guess I’ll have to accept that this place just has lower standards than the rest.

We used to go 2-3 times a month because it was decent and fast but it has really gone down hill the past few months. Chicken is cold and fries have been cold and soggy even at noon. Not only that but just a year ago it was about $16 for both 3 finger combos but now it's just under $20.. prices haven't gone up that much they are just taking advantage of people.

I did go in to speak with the manager. He was still in back laughing about it.

I’ve visited this Cane’s location several times over the past few months, and unfortunately, the experience has consistently been disappointing. Management is unprofessional. One manager, Keith, often yells at employees in front of customers and has been rude to guests—including myself. It creates an uncomfortable and tense atmosphere. Cleanliness is seriously lacking. The bathrooms are usually dirty, the floors are messy, tables aren’t wiped down, and the self-serve area is often poorly stocked. It doesn’t feel like cleanliness is a priority here. Several staff members are rude or disengaged. An older employee—possibly named Missy or Miss C—has been unfriendly and unhelpful on multiple visits. In the drive-thru, Sarah was often rude, rolled her eyes, rushed through orders, and got them wrong more than once. It’s frustrating and unprofessional. The food quality is not up to Cane’s standards. The chicken is bland, the coleslaw has been stringy and slimy, and the fries are almost never salted. I’ve had Cane’s at other locations and this one doesn’t compare. That said, a few employees have stood out in a great way. Luke, a manager, is calm, respectful, and helps his team instead of yelling. Hiram is friendly, sweet, helpful, and always takes the time to interact with customers. Leah is kindhearted and caring; she always has a positive attitude and goes out of her way to help people—I even saw her bring food to a customer in a wheelchair. Taylor was also a great employee—very kind, considerate, and attentive every time I encountered her. There are also a few other staff members whose names I didn’t catch, but they were equally kind, respectful, and made the effort to create a welcoming environment. I truly appreciate those individuals. Overall, the negative experiences far outweigh the positive. I hope this location improves, because the good employees here deserve better—and so do the customers.

Coca-Cola and Sprite taste like they poured it from the toilet. The water that they dilute the soda with here doesn't taste fresh and isn't filtered through water filters. Buy your soda in the store, then you'll feel the difference.
