The Hispanic man taking orders is so rude, he lacks good customer service. To top it off they can never get an order right and tend to short us frequently. The food they do give us is freezing cold and stale old. If I could give zero stars I would.

There should be a negative star section! Last I checked double means 2!!! So a double cheeseburger should have 2 patties right? And having to wait 15+ mins in the drive thru only for your order to be incomplete and wrong 😑 Not satisfied

How come I can't rate zero stars? For starters I was left hanging at the take out box to simply pull up, not knowing if I was recognized just to be scolded by child because I was supposed to wait. Then told TOLD to order now. After placing my order I went to move to the next window to be TOLD again to stay at that window. So the window I wasn't supposed to be at was the only window I used. Then, as the bag wash pushed in my direction I offered a thank you to get nothing in return. Help me understand how this is service of any kind

The manager had a terrible attitude. Although she did try to fix the problem afterwards she had an attitude with me and my family asking for a refill and didn’t even respond and just started flicking her finger for me to take off the lid. The whole order was wrong and the cashier doesn’t even know how to properly work his station as he flipped the screen and asked if it was correct rather than repeating or asking me to repeat it

Again, a horrible experience, you are stealing my money, I ordered a bbq hamburger, the big one, without pickles, with barbacoe sauce, onion rings and this dirty place sent me a mini burger, with only tomatoe a lettuce, no onions, no bacon , no onions rings, YOU ARE STEALING MY MONEY.

We just ordered 2 breakfast burrito meals and we get back home and there are no meat on them and they were made the in 4 small pieces. The inside of the Burger King smells really really bad. We will not be back this is ridiculous I do not recommend.

Tonight, this Bk had the worst service, no one was taking orders and we waited in line for 15+ minutes until we could pull up to the window to order up there instead. In the process of taking our order we mentioned one thing and they responded with the total immediately after but i still had other things to add and again she stated the total after everything i added, until i was done with my order. She even rolled her eyes and mouthed something under her breath!! This is unprofessional and unreasonable to do this since she had me and every other customer in line(8+cars) waiting outside and once we pulled up it took five minutes for her to come to the window with her headphones in her hand and she tossed them on the desk, ignoring everyone in the drive thru. Yes,she probably wasn't in the mood but still she has the responsibility to accommodate and communicate with people in the drive thru or have someone else taking orders if she needs a minute to herself but she should not be rolling eyes and giving attitude when I was nice to her and even saying "please" and 'thank you." I've had good experiences here in the passed but tonight really disappointed my view of Burger King because of it's customer service along with it being short staffed and it being disorganized.
