Pizza was delicious and delivered fast . Austin was answered my call and took care of business immediately and efficiently. Highly recommend this location and Austin takin charge and executing and making sure delivering was on time . The delivery drivers was on time as promised and was very respectful. Great customer service at Domino’s on Boat Club Road. There was an issue where the app missed my delivery address, and the order was delivered to the wrong location. I called the store, and the manager was very helpful and gave me the option of a refund or having the food resent. I chose to have it resent. I even called back to pay for the resend, but they still didn’t charge me. Surprisingly, we also received the original order that had been delivered to the wrong address. Thank you so much, guys—truly appreciated. Keep up the great work!
My family gets delivery from here about 3/4 times a week. It’s Friday night, we ordered right around 10:16pm on 12/19/25. I just got one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had in my 33 years of existence. Thank you to everyone who contributed to this amazing pie that I am enjoying on my couch after a long day. I hope you all have a great Christmas. Always drink water and wash your hands. Pizza was delicious, not one complaint there. However the staff was kinda rude. I picked up my order and I had to interrupt their conversation to ask if they had my sauces also. I'm pretty laid back so I don't typically leave negative reviews. I understand life happens. So I'm giving them 4 stars because the pizza WAS delicious and hopefully next time I'll have a better experience.
Order Thin and Cripsy. Received thin and doughy undercooked. Had better frozen pizzas. Train staff to do better! Quality control non existent.
The experience was unsatisfactory. I placed a pick order and received a message indicating that my order was ready. However, it took me approximately seven minutes to reach the store from the location where I received the message. Upon arriving at the store, I clicked “I’m here” and proceeded inside. Upon entering, I was informed that my order was not ready and that there were three orders ahead of mine. I observed that there were no other customers or vehicles in the store. The employee informed me that the order would be ready in approximately five minutes. The purpose of sending out order status notifications if the order is not yet prepared is unclear. I did not receive any apology or compensation for this inconvenience.
This dominos has the worst manager’s attitude I’ve ever dealt with. Takes no responsibility whatsoever! I DO NOT recommend this dominios!! The owners should be ashamed of themselves to have the kind of manager who does not fix issues!!!!
I usually have no problem with this location. But today the driver was pure evil!!! He cussed me out and I even offered to help him with his van (which broke down outside my apartment) and he still got loud and told me "how about you just have a good day" I'm honestly appalled right now. I won't be ordering from here if he is a driver. I would've helped him with repairs because it's so hot honestly... but nope don't be rude. Also my pizza was flipped upside down like he shook the boxes Idk but 🖕🖕🖕
This was the most disappointing pizza I have ever had and the manager should be HIGHLY ashamed that one of his team members put this product together. I ordered a 10 inch gluten free (medical, not trendy choice with four toppings, one being extra mushrooms that we paid for. It contained six mushroom pieces; one for each slice and we paid for extra mushrooms, which means it should almost be drowning in mushrooms. There was 8 pepperoni, FOUR pieces of pineapple and a few black olives. A few bites in we realized it had zero onions on it….a topping we paid for. Someone needs to own this poorly made, burned pizza that cost $15. It was so burnt and tough, that I had to scrape the toppings off and eat them. I know it’s tough to find good help, but the manager on duty should at least take a glance, and coach his team, on the expectations. Order date was January 28 and order time was 6 pm. Domino’s of Lake Worth, you are a 100% disappointment. UPDATE: the very same day I entered this review, I received a response to email for action. I did email and NOTHING, after several days of waiting. Again, the customer service is horrible. Below you can see the canned response I got and it’s also visible on other poor reviews. Anyone can copy and paste but a good Manager/Owner would actually reply. I am curious if anyone else got a sincere and responsible reply to their negative review.
I placed an order then was told their ovens were being "cleaned" tonight. When I ran a retail location anything I had to clean that affected the customer was done outside of business hours. Sounds like a ploy to just leave early. This is why I don't order dominoes. Big disappointment every time. Guess that's why they're doing the whole we offer local business gift cards yo order campaign. Which I was not offered for the inconvenience.
I will not ever give this place 1 star. The last 3 times I’ve ordered from this location it has taken 2 hrs each time! I live 2 miles from the store and just because I live across the bridge and not a lot of people on this side of the bridge orders there I have to wait. When I called to check on my order today they said it has already been made but they had to wait for a driver. So I asked how long and they said another 45 minutes. So I said so my pizza will sit there done for 45 minutes before you can send it out and they said yes. Then I asked so r u going to discount it and they said sorry we can’t do that so I canceled the order. The sad part is it’s the only pizza place that delivers to my house.
ordered at 6:40pm 7:50 came no pizza no call no expectations. i called told me he would give me extra food i didnt need. 8:32 rolled around driver knocked on the door .. tells me my price it 27 something when my original price on my app was 21. kids got pizza first told me it was hard to bite... because it was old .. reheated.. im extremely disappointed.
We ordered a sandwich at 7:00 pm, we waited 2 hours still no sandwich delivered to our house. I checked our online app order and said it was delivered, I called and spoke to an employee, they said that they accidentally clicked on that but our sandwich was on the way!! 45 minutes goes by, still no sandwich. I called again, spoke to a female manager (which was no help) and told me that they don't deliver to our address after dark. (they have multiple times before, and it is not a ghetto area so I'm confused) Then she went on to say that they tried to call my number and it was out of service (which isn't the case). So no sandwich, after 2 hours of waiting. My question is, if he was on the way to deliver my sandwich 45 minutes ago and we live 6 minutes away. Where is my sandwich!? Did he just turn around because it got dark outside? Ridiculous!! Staff needs to be better trained to speak to costumers and need to be informed if they can't deliver to certain places. Ridiculous! Very poor service.
