My food is always fresh and the employees are great as soon as I walk in today they got my order out fast when i am driving the bus for my facility today and on a time frame great service all around and the only jack in the box around the area that always gets my order and food right they never have a attitude and I’m finding that rare in fast food nowadays great location
Great service and food when you go inside
I stop here before work every night for a sweet tea, normally very quick and staff polite. I also like their egg rolls! They're pretty good as are their loaded breakfast I believe is the one with the sourdough bread? Anywho it's always tasty. 👍 I will say I did try their teriyaki bowl and cannot say I was a huge fan it wasn't the worst I've had but definitely not something I'd order again probably.
They took forever, didn't give me my Receipt. My whole order was wrong and it was just me and another car. My chicken sandwhich is horrible and taste super bad. I ordered curly fries but got regular ones. It has been a while and I wanted some take out and it was just such a disappointment Update. They reached out and offered a solution
In love the mini tacos from Jack in the box but this place mostly very slow on getting the order and sometimes they even get you the wrong order with the longest waiting time for any fast food restaurants especially in the evening with one person doing everything.
Drive through. Didn't dine in. Tacos were greasy and crunchy. Not alot of meat.
I recently placed a mobile order for pickup at this jack in the box, I ordered the bacon croissant and in my order I had gotten the sausage croissant, I didn’t realize until I got back to my home. I cannot have sausage due to my dietary restrictions so I was lucked out about $6 AND breakfast!
The people were nice, and they got our food out quick enough, but the fries were not hot, and the burgers didn't come as ordered. The facility is mostly clean. The parking lot is small, but adequate. The drive through is navigable. The dining area is servicable, with wheel chair access tables. If you're hammered or stoned, in a hurry, and it's late at night, this place might satisfy your needs. If you're sober, manage your time well and are handy with a griddle or grill, a spatula and seasonings, hit the grocery store, grab what you need, and take the time to make it yourself. These days, with the prices of fast skyrocketing, it's MUCH cheaper and well worth the effort to make burgers at home. You can relax and talk with people while you're cooking...much better scenario. Just my two cents.
If they could just get the food right it would be great buuuuutt it never fails any time I go they mess up my order. This time luckily I checked the kids meal but not mine. They forgot my kids burger and as far as my meal goes they just got the burger completely wrong. I ordered a #3 bacon swiss burger-no sauce. What I got burger, no cheese, no bacon just lettuce and tomato🤮I don't eat these things. And they won't answer the phone!!!!
This morning, I went for breakfast. I never had an issue with breakfast, but today, the hashbrowns were by far too greasy they got stuck, as you can see in the pictures. It was a waist of hashbrown. I had to throw them away. I did notice they have younger people working probably not a good idea to hire young people if they are not going to do a good job
I came through the drive thru at this jack in the box on January 1st at 5:30 pm. I was very frustrated and upset with my visit due to an employee that works there that goes by the name Marilyn V. When I had started ordering she was very rude and disrespectful to the point that she wouldn’t let me finish ordering and would cut me off. It got to the point where she lied about having bacon, jalapeños, and ranch saying that they don’t give that at this location when I had asked to get them on the side. I had also ordered a #4 burger with no cheese and no mayo for my grandmother that is allergic to lactose and Marilyn still processed to put it on the burger after I had repeatedly told her to please make it without cheese and mayo. When we got to the window she refused to repeat my order and give me my receipt. When I had pulled over to park to check my food I had realized there was cheese and mayo on the burger I had ordered. Without being rude or disrespectful I got off to go inside the building to get my burger fixed. I expressed to her in a respectful tone that my burger was made wrong and she just gave me the nastiest look, rolled her eyes and walked away and started talking shit about me to her co-worker in Spanish not knowing that i understood what she was saying. When she had fixed my burger she just tossed the bag on the counter. Never returning to this location again. Very rude and disrespectful employees that this place had and don’t understand how they have jobs.
Went to the drive-through was told to hold on waited there for 10 minutes just for no one to respond and as I turned the corner, I seen two of the employees in a car smoking pot instead of taking my order I hope management can make this right be cause as a paying customer this is unacceptable just to have your employees outside smoking pot while you have a customer waiting in the drive-through

I placed a $55 online order but when I came to pick it up they said someone already had all ready picked it up. I asked how when I had my proof of my order. The man I spoke to named Angel, who I under stand was not trying to have conflict but was extremely stern and did not seem concerned with actually taking accountability and correcting the mistake told me they use an honor system and don’t ask for proof of order if someone comes in and says a name they give them the order. I asked if the person who received my food stood at the counter and looked at the screen for a bit and said a name since you can see all the orders with names and just say one? He didn’t answer me. He said there was nothing he could do, they couldn’t just make it again because it was a lot of food. (I know, I paid for it) all I could do was to cancel the order on the app (which there isn’t a way to) then reorder my order (Im sure Id probably have to pay for it again). When another team member tried to help because I was visibly upset, Angel told her to ignore me because he already told me what I needed to do and I either needed to do that or leave. This Jack in the Box was doing so well on customer service now it seems like they’ve gone back down hill. My daughter and nephew stoped by around 1:30 this morning on their way home from a family party and said when they got to the speaker of the drive through instead of asking for they’re order a women basically screamed at them they were closed. Which is funny when the one on Main St was open just super busy and the one down on Jacksboro was open.
They will take your money online then you get there and tell you no order. It was right store and paid, showed it to the untrained cashier and she agreed. I paid - not trying to get something for nothing like they treat you. Never back to this Jack in Box. They need a new manager and trainer.
Both doors were unlocked i walked inside they refused to offer service and then told me they would not take my order in the drive thru either because I went inside after the lobby was closed.
These people can literally never get anything right you say mayonnaise only and they give you ketchup only. It makes no sense do you just not want to work or what?
I forgot to get my receipt, so I called to find out what my total was. The dude who answered said he didn't have time for that and hung up on me. When I called back, they picked up the phone and hung up immediately. So I continued calling (about 12 times) and they continued to pick up and hang up without saying a word.
Did not get my food. Got threatened for asking for my online order and asked to fight in the parking lot. Then was told it isn’t his problem to refund me since I couldn’t get my food. He said they were closed at 12:29am when it clearly states they are open til 2am. If I can’t even get my money back at least give me my food? That’s called stealing. And then to be yelling and cussing and threatening just because I asked if I could have my online order is INSANE. Don’t come here if you want to have honest service. Come here if you enjoy giving people free money and starting fights over absolutely nothing.
This location in lake worth tx is one I will stay away from. We went in at 10:30 am the entire store was filthy with food and gressy floors. We had to ask to have a table cleaned which was done with a wet napkin.I did not venture to restrooms though by the dining area I can imagine. I will not return to this location in Lakeworth.
We went to try the new Loaded Nacho Tiny Tacos & get some curly fries. After we waited in the drive thru for 5+ minutes (there was only one person in front of us) we received our order. We checked before we left & they were the plain tiny tacos; not even at least the nacho shells. We told the woman in the window, said whoever made them was on the phone & it’d be fixed. The fix, however, was to simply throw a blob of cheese on our still wrong tacos. One of the “corrected” boxes had a little bacon, but there was none of the hot sauce on either. We checked & we definitely ordered the Loaded Nacho Tiny Tacos, & that’s what we were charged for, but we certainly didn’t get that. Even after the “correction”! On top of that, the curly fries we got were half empty when we received them & had quite a few regular fries mixed in. We’re definitely not going back!!
