The meats are high quality!!! I'm particular about how food makes me feel and I felt like a million bucks after eating this bbq. I did not feel sluggish and I was so satisfied. Make the detour and stop by here. The people who run this are as sweet as can be. Be sure to check their Facebook to see where they're at. That's the only issue I had when trying to locate this gem. I wasn't sure which location they were at because google states they're located in Lakeland but they were in plant city.

Best Ribs I have ever had!They have it down to perfection! Best potato salad and baked beans to! The guys that run Uncle Bucky's BBQ were awesome!! I will be going back on Wednesdays to airport road in Lakeland Florida to try out the rest of their awesome food! Shout out to my son Chad for telling me about these guys!!

This is barbecue that is clearly made with love, conviction and dynamite recipes. The sauce on the ribs is sweet with a little kick, leaving you wanting more, and the chicken sandwich (full meaty chunks of juicy chicken) was one of the best I have ever eaten. This guy and his business are the REAL DEAL. Give him a shot—your taste buds will thank you!

Planning a surprise birthday for my husband I knew I wanted to serve bbq but had no idea who would cater it. After hitting dead ends I found Uncle Buckey's via Google- after the first interaction with the owner I immediately knew I found my caterer. Customer service was exceptional and the ribs were out of this world! Highly recommend and I'm looking forward to eating UB again.

When I say Uncle Bucky's Southern BBQ has thee ANOINTING!!! Food truck at my job today. I walked away with a pulled pork sandwich and a Turkey leg. This is BEYOND the best BBQ I’ve tasted in my good ole life. This food was so delicious- I can’t even put it into words completely. Just know, there wasn’t anything left on my plate except the bone!! The meat was so tender or held it’s own flavor WITHOUT the sauce. It was perfect! Follow their website/Facebook page to know the next stop, because y’all need to try this.

Anyone who knows me, know I'm NOT a BBQ loving person like most of my family. However, I had to try my friend's BBQ. I must say, "It was goodt goodt!!! I loved every spoonful of those baked beans with brisket and every bite of my pulled pork sandwich!! My husband had the turkey leg and he couldn't stop talking about how good it was! He said it was seasoned to perfection and was very tender and falling off the bone just like he like it! I promise you, you will see us again for some more of Uncle Bucky's Southern BBQ!!!

Uncle Bucky’s is a must try experience. Locally owned and operated by a stand up guy. Do yourself a favor and give them a shot.

We first had Uncle Bucky’s at a neighborhood food truck event and we were hooked! My husband (a native Texan) usually goes for brisket or ribs, but when he finally got to the event after work the options were limited because the food was so amazing and we were there at the end of the event. He got the chopped chicken sandwich and I got the pulled pork sandwich; both were amazing, however my husband developed an obsession over his chopped chicken sandwich. The next time we did the chopped chicken sandwich again but added in potato salad and ribs. The flavor was so good and we can’t wait for our next visit! The guys behind the counter were so friendly too!

First time trying at Bless This Mess Dundee. Everything we ordered was amazing! The most tender bbq chicken sandwich I've ever had! You now have a repeat customer. Thanks for the ribs...my Italian mom loved everything ❤️

What a delicious meal! Their barbecue sauce is the best I’ve ever had, all of the meat was tender, and the beans were the perfect combo of sweet and spicy. I have never been a huge barbecue fan but now I am a big fan of Uncle Bucky’s.
