This Subway is in my opinion the best in Lake County. They always have a friendly and fast staff that makes a great sandwich every time.

I really like this subway, even though it's in what I consider the most horrible and dangerous parking lots in my little town of Lakeport CA. They are always fast, nice and helpful on what their special for the day is.. what I also like about it is even though most places don't allow for in store seating anymore due to the covid-19. This perticaler Subway has out doors seating.

Great service the workers are respectful and kind. The food is great and you get what you ask for. Although sometimes they run out of steak and mozzarella cheese. Every thing taste delicious 🤤😋

The service was exceptional! Belinda was by herself serving a long line that I waited 20min in. She was very professional in apologizing and reassuring the costumers even though she was doing an outstanding job by herself multi-tasking from bread oven to online orders to walk-in costumers to working the cashier. Didn't know Subway allow 1hr long breaks but Belinda definitely held down the fort the entire time.

Went in for one sandwich and it was great. Came in another day ordered the same thing and got charged more for a mediocre sandwich. All depends on the hands making it I guess.

We ordered online for pick up and had someone go pick up our food. Once we got it our number #31 had no cheese sauce nor any other cheese at all and tasted blan. I ordered two cookies and received only one. Driver inform me the young guy working there was being really rude towards him. Not a good day

Subway in Lucerne has had some nasty looking workers. Sweat pouring off their foreheads wiped on their arms while they are making sandwiches. I have walked out a couple times due to the nasty staff.

It's subway. However the manager here is incredibly lazy. The team there (if that's what they identify as) is all to happy to share the horrible conditions the location manager will use to stock, prepare, maintain, and provide a happy working environment. In a 1-10 scale compared to other franchise locations this location is at its best a 3. Don't expect a+ quality here that's for sure

If I could give a zero rating I would. I attended a Corporate Event for approximately 160 people this weekend. We ordered Subway Catering to be delivered at 1pm which is what is printed on our receipt. We paid 2 to 3 weeks in advance. Subway no showed. When we called in a panic as our guests started to leave because they were starving, Subway said they hadn't even made the sandwiches yet, it would take another 30 minutes to deliver, and asked if we still wanted them. Some of our guests travelled over 3 hours on a bus and were scheduled to travel home at 4pm. They didnt have cars and couldn't leave to get food elsewhere. One and a half hours later Subway finally showed up. Half of our guests, the one with cars had left. I heard my husband demand to the person on the phone, and the person who delivered the Sandwiches that he wanted the Owner to call him. It's been a couple weeks and "no one" from Subway called. My husband got the owner's phone number and called him. The owner was busy when my huband called, and said he would call right back. That was 6 days ago! We are in process of figuring out what our next steps will be. This is inexcusable. What was supposed to have been the easiest and least stressful part of the Event turned into a complete nightmare!!! I help in planning a 420+ person Event for my own work place every year, and I think we will stick with using Blimpies for our group!

I've never seen a Subway so slow and inefficient. The three employees behind the counter were fighting over who could be cashier while trying (I think?) to train one or two employees. A fourth was hanging out in the refrigerator while we there. I saw people walk in, see one person who hadn't been helped yet and walk out because they just knew it would take a half an hour.

Used mobile app they messed up on our sandwiches put on there no mayo because we can't eat it she put mayo said we were lying was so rude hung up on us we kept calling she picked up the phone and was banging it against the desk she needs to be fired that's ridiculous we spend a lot of money there so probably lost alot of money and customers over that

Always an issue here. Overpaid for a delivery and received half of my order, prepared incorrectly, and no option for a refund etc. Came to pick up my order because you can't trust their delivery system, and the store is locked with a hand written sign on the door. Again with no way to get a refund for my food because I use the "convenient" mobile app. EDIT : years later and still having issues.
