Will never go back ever again takes over 30 minutes for one pizza happened more than one time they are not dominoes there a little Caesars. Terrible service.

Called in an order an hour ahead. When I went to go pick it up I was told by a rude gentlemen "I dont got nothin". I then told him I ordered on the phone to which he said rudely again " well I aint got nothin ". I told the gentlemen that I spoke to a female on the phone and he says "shes on break" and walks away. I then tell him well get her off break so we can figure this out and also i want to speak to a manager. He tells me she is the manager, which was a lie, and that she was coming back. She comes back and confirms that she took my order and that she put it in the system and the guy just shrugs and says the same thing, "well I aint got nothin". After waiting for them to make my earlier called in food I try to use the little Caesars gift card and their machines are not working. The female tries again and again like if it's going to magically work after 20 swipes. She then says she has to call the "manager". I thought she was it. The manager and her have a minute call to which they both don't resolve the issue and she tells me there is nothing she can do and that I would have to call little Caesars customer service. This does not solve the issue and I end up wasting 45 minutes of mine and my kids time and walked out with no food. Avoid this place like the plague if you want correct orders and a business who cares about their customers. Sad to see that there is no management at the location keeping track of their employees and making sure they are not rude to customers.

Not the 1st time this happens, but waited 20 mins for my order. When it was finally "ready" they forgot to give me a cheese pizza so had to wait 10 more mins on top of that for them to cook it. So 30 mins total for 2 pizzas and some breadsticks. Horrible communication between them.

Just left there a few minutes ago. Got there at 8:50, waited a couple minutes for someone to look around the corner and say, "Sorry we're closed" so I left, it was 8:53 pm when I got to my car so yeah. I know it probably sucks to have customers come in close to closing time but change your closing time if you don't like it. Maybe close at 8:45 or at least post that time for your customers so they don't drive to your establishment and get turned away. Anyway, the food there is fine, would be even better if I didn't have to go some place else now.

When did the hot and ready pizza become $10? I’d rather goto bambino’s pizza down the street. $10.50 for a pizza that’s dried out by the time I purchase and consume it. No thanks. I’ll be giving my money to the small business down the street.

Placed a delivery order and they missed my drinks and sauces and even the sauce that comes with the breadsticks and when the delivery guy drops the food off he says he didn’t see it on the order, no offer to go and bring it as part of the service. Called customer service and they offered refund but again no offer to just bring the missing items. Had to drive all the way down to receive missing items. Manager couldn’t care less and they didn’t even have all the sauces i ordered. Literally defeating the purpose of delivery. I’m not asking to go above and beyond but at the very least do your job and make sure all the items are there for an order. Very disappointed and dissatisfied

We used to beable to go here on a budget but that's not the case anymore. I ordered a veggie and got food poisoning too. I am still sick and it's day 2 since I ate there. Also they were chinsy on the sauce my kids even complained about it with their cheese pizza. We won't be coming back here anymore after I got sick.

Cashier was hanging out with her friend and not paying attention I waited 30 minutes then walked up to see if it was ready yea since she said 10 minutes and i still wasnt called up my pizza was done just sitting in the warmer and when she started to give it to me realized they didn't have bread sticks ready and I had to wait longed for them then was told for my inconvenience they would give me extra bread sticks never did. I will never come back to this poorly run store

Worst store ever. Tried to order stuffed crust with pepperoni for $13.... I added 1 topping for $2.50, he charged me $17.77..... said I customized it so it changed the price to $14. Than argues with me. Sat behind the counter flipping me off instead of going outside to talk about it lol so cussed and flipped me off because I caught them trying to scam me. They obviously don't have any math skills or are pocketting the money more than likely. This store has had issues for 8yrs. Rude employees who steal. Go figure. He also went strait from taking money working the register to grabbing cheese with his dirty hands to make a pizza.....
