Adobe Taco Grill Lakewood Reviews
Thanks to the guy running the bar for letting me use the bathroom urgently. I ended up staying for an order of sparkling water (with a complimentary snack) and decent calamares.
A very nice place for a drink and snack. I quite like to sit in a plaza and enjoy a beer and some patas bravas whilst people watching, Cervezaría la Plaza didn’t disappoint. We got some music, some very questionable singing from another and a view of the San Miguel market. The wait staff are quick and do their job well. They weren’t very jolly but they weren’t rude or anything either (I don’t expect jumpy happy people all the time). The food was actually very nice and didn’t expect it! Overall, a very nice experience on my holiday.
Honestly yummy with fast-service. Sangria was basic but did the job. Paella (mixto) was great and the mixed salad as well. Recommend for any hungry traveller, you'll satisfy yourself for not as much as the other spots around. Had some street entertainment come through at the end, too .
Great location for a drink or food right across from a main market area. Only had drinks it’s a bit pricey but the location is excellent
A bit small inside but there's a nice terrace to sit outside when weather allows. Good selection of different affordable dishes. I had the mixed paella which had a good taste and a nice variety of fish and meat. The red wine was also good, and they have a selection of 3 draught beers. Great for a quick bite or a drink.
We had a jamon iberito and mixed paella. Nothing to rave about. Nice and cool inside with piped music. Bar tender wasn't very happy when I asked for free tap water (as required by law). It did have ice in it though which was nice. And there's a toilet. Should have read the reviews before coming in.
Compared to the current prices in Mercado de San Miguel a bargain and at least comfortable to seat. Service quick, „Tapas“ (chips, pickles) for free, i feel kinda comfortable & welcome. Absolutely nit romantic et al, i highly appreciate that this awkward begging flower/lottary/kidney selling gipsys are expelled instant 👍🏻
Too much oil, ordered a tuna bocadillo and they did not drain the oil from the tuna. Poor work, they literally drenched the bread with the tuna oil. Not good at all.
We walked by and ate here as there was seating available, service staff was rude and annoyed, even though the place was empty, I can only assumed they had just come out of their busy time and was just annoyed, I ordered the paella mixta as it is their typical dish, it looked great but not at all impressed, rice was ok but flavor wasn’t not right, my wife order the meat ball with potatoes and said they tasted ok, bread was really hard and taste old even for Spanish standards, the waiter tricked us into paying for two bottles of water, I had to get up and approach the counter just to get the check. I wouldn’t recommend. I am sure there are better options nearby. I am only giving two starts because they had seating and restrooms available. That’s it
Very rude staff we sat down to have a drink and they asked us to leave in a very agressive way because i had an ice cream in my hand… they made a scene what a shame …
Very bad experience, don't recommend at all, we sat ourselves,no one welcomed us, and the table was dirty, the waitress was so rude when we tried to talked to him, all we wanted was water we were really thirsty, and he started yelling at us when we talked to him. And we left.
Service was very slow as it took a while until we could order our food and drinks and the bill. I ordered the sandwich mixto and was sick the rest of the day as well as the next day. The only positive was the good atmosphere in the sun sitting outside.
