Oasis Pizza & Gyro Lakewood Reviews
Excellent quality food. Was super busy on eid so had to wait. But was worth it. Hardworking family making quality products. Sojouk , kefta an zaatar with cheese was awesome.
A fantastic Arabic restaurant that truly feels like home.
Went here for the meat pie as someone told me it was amazing and I was not disappointed. It was absolutely amazing. A very simple dish that I will now go back for a lot. Also, a very reasonable price.
Best man2ouche ever had in my life. Can’t say more than that
I always order in-person it comes out quick and fresh.
Lebanese style Spinach Pie was a real treat. Warm soft bread, savory slightly tart comfort food. Will go back to try variations at this great bakery. My only complaint was no signage visible from the street, found it by walking and smelling the bread next to a neon open sign.
Abu hussein is the owner. He is very friendly and an excellent cook. Authentic Lebanese cuisine. Great food at a reasonable price. It truly is a fun place to meet with family and friends and share an amazing dining 🍽 experience.
This place is amazing I'm so sad it took me so long to try it. We went crazy with what we ordered excited to try everything. It was amazing the Pies the Hummus falafel all bought back childhood memories. We were greated and love the genuine arab hospitality reminded me of my mom and aunts. An amazing place!
The food tastes generally good and fresh. I'm giving it two stars because they are very stingy on the cheese filling. My manousheh was more crust than filling and it was super thin--not what you would expect with the high prices.
I drove 90 minutes from Youngstown** specifically to try this place, based on the reviews and posted hours. I arrived at **4:15 PM**, and Google clearly states the restaurant **closes at 5:00 PM**. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the place was already closed. The man who spoke to us (who said his name was **Abu Husain**) was **extremely disrespectful**, showed no courtesy, and **did not apologize at all**. He simply said, *“We are out of dough,”* with no explanation or concern for customers who traveled a long distance. If you are out of dough before closing time, update your hours or communicate properly. Poor customer service and lack of basic respect completely ruined the experience. Very disappointing.
⭐ Very disappointed. We trusted this restaurant for a family meal, and unfortunately the whole family ended up with stomach pain afterward. Definitely not coming back.
You have to be Muslim ☪️ to be treated with respect This is the worst experience you get As soon as we walked in they were rude especially the owner on the till. My overall comment: people like this should learn how to be polite. We asked for take out then my wife said we will sit for 10 min we eat then we take the rest if the order with us. The owner said you should've said that you're eating here .... So basically he kicked out ( 4 people with 120.00 order. ) What an ignorant owner ....
I don't know where to start. My friend and I were looking for some Mediterranean food in Lakewood, and this place came across. We stopped by because of their good reviews. When we walked in, the older guy (probably the owner) asked us right away what we wanted to order. We didn't know what to order since it was our first time visiting. Then he went to the back and didn't come out again. A young lady came out, and she was very nice (compared to the guy). We wanted to eat the grape leaves and a gyro. They didn't have it because of the Ramadan. So we respect that. So we decided to order something else. We ordered a chicken sharwama, beef sharwama, French fries, and a tea (which I thought that it was going to be "homemade" like other small places). The place was dirty, but we wanted to give them the business since it looked like they do not get busy. Plus, the kitchen was in the front. It took almost half an hour for our lunch. We were the only ones there. When I got up to check our meal, it looked like it was sitting for a good couple of minutes. They probably were watching TV, and that's probably why it took so long. After we got our meal, it was the worst thing ever. My meal smells like spoiling meat and my friends. We tried a little piece of the meal and tasted like sour and spoiled. Our stomach was hurting after trying one piece of meat. We left everything on the table the way that they gave it to us and went somewhere else. We felt bad not eating the food because there's people out there who do not have anything to eat. We are greatfull that we have food. I don't normally leave bad reviews, but I couldn't let this one pass out.
