Staff was very knowledgeable and attentive to their customers. Im not a huge breakfast person, but I like their lunch options. Today I went and tried the Wake and Steak and was very impressed. I always felt it was a little on the pricey side, but the food you get is well worth it. Will be trying again. Wife had the Benny Ham crasaunt. Photos attached of first opening.

My daughter and I ate here after having a long day of driving and a flat tire. While our tire was getting fixed we decided to eat at this Panera in St. Joseph’s. While I was inside ordering a lady named Alofa saw my daughter outside with her dog. Alofa went out of her way to say say Hi” to my daughter and was so kind to her, and even gave her dog some water. It really brightened our spirits after such a hard day! Thank you Alofa, your kindness is Amazing!!!😃 🫶

Always a very clean and serene atmosphere. Even to the point that the employees are cleaning, when things look cleaned. They work together like clockwork, and are very prompt and efficient, when getting your order to you. Both times I went, I was grabbing food for others, so I can't personally comment on the food. But, I didn't receive any complaints from my family and girlfriend, so I think it's safe to say the food was on point, too. Highly recommend this location!

great food as usual but for some reason this location doesnt have not one single electrical outlet in the entire dining area or anywhere else that I could see. I would think because panera is a common place to study/work/read that there would be charging outlets but there isn't.

Inattentive, slow service. Guess it depends on employee perception of your affluence. If I was wearing scrubs, I probably would've been treated better. Good coffee selections and pastries. Prices a bit high for serving sizes. Very small seating area.Soup and sand wasn't bad either.

Placed delivery order on line. Order arrived on time but items were missing. Lettuce was brown on salad. Called store multiple times and after ringing multiple times it would disconnect. Contacted delivery driver to see if a bag had been forgotten. She offered to go back to store and check on items as they only gave her one large bag. Staff stated they were out of 5 of items ordered and had replaced it. 6th item was put in bag. Staff were advised that the items were not in bag and refused to accept the reply. Delivery driver was thanked for her going above and beyond as she works for doordash. We will not be ordering from Panera for work lunch meetings going forward.
Horrible service this morning compared to yesterday. The young Lady made my coffee so bad it was unbearable to drink. They modified my order without informing me.
I recently ordered chocolate croissants, and I was very disappointed. They were not fresh and had a hard texture, making them unpleasant to eat. The staff replaced them without hesitation; however, the new croissants were equally bad, and they said they had no idea why it was so. Unfortunately, this has been happening a lot recently. I won’t be ordering these again.
This store has had an out of order restroom for almost a month. I like to wash my hands after I use a public kiosk. The manager on duty looked to be lying when I asked to use the restroom and he replied the restroom is out of order. This location is not clean and highly contagious being so close to the hospital and it has lots of un-housed patrons. Please open the restroom so I can wash my hands from all the germs on the door, kiosk, chairs, and counters.
First time in this Panera. I'm a Panera fan so I went to check it because it's new. I used the tablets to order coffee. Guess what? No coffee at 11:00 am. 6 cannisters of coffee, all empty. I asked the girl for coffee, she called somebody to fill the coffee, that person never arrived. I waited 10 minutes and left without coffee. The place is clearly under staff, and the kids don't know what to do. The only adult is the manager and he was busy preparing sandwiches.
DISAPPOINTED!!! THEY DIDNOT CARE CUSTOMERS AT ALL👎👎👎 I’ve been a regular at this Panera for nearly two years, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I paid extra to upgrade to a larger bagel sandwich, but what I received was half the size of the original—half the protein, half the cheese, and half the toppings. When I brought this up, the store manager was rude and dismissive, refusing to explain and simply telling me, “That’s it, take it or leave it.” No attempt was made to correct the issue or offer any resolution or even provide a clear sign to remind other customers like me. This is not the level of service I expect from Panera, and if this is their new standard, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Unprofessional. I walked in to pick up a to go order and my order was not on the pick up shelf. I sat and waited for about 10 minutes before asking a staff member (who was in the back eating) if the bag sitting behind their counter was mine. She said it was mine and had been sitting getting cold for the past 20-25 minutes. Multiple staff including the manager/supervisor had walked past me and that bag and not one cared to check until I asked. Would have been easier if they just put the back on the pick up shelf. Very unnecessary and kinda rude. And they messed up my coworkers salad smh
Absolutely horrible experience from a service perspective. Not only did it take several minutes for someone to acknowledge me and take my order, but I was charged for a bagel and cream cheese that I did not order and the person who waited on me had considerable difficulty getting the order straight as it was. I got what I ordered, but I did not get the bagel and cream cheese that I did not order. And for that privilege I was charged extra.
This place is comically bad at delivery. I’ve never not been missing an item, and I’m not sure I’ve ever received a drink. I hate it.
I had a pickup order the app shows ready but the store doesn’t even start my order when i am at store. Disappointed with the service and people.
Buyer beware. Arrived to pickup a prepaid $183 catering order and was told ‘my husband’ had already picked it up’. The manager did not apologize and told me I could be scamming them. I offered to show my ID. She said it was not their fault, ‘their job is only to make the food’. I had 65 people waiting on this order. I very upset. She would not do anything for me. It was a nightmare. I cater often for the large campus across the street, but I will not use them again.
Terrible place to eat. Never went to a Panera and been treated like this. Come to pick up my phone and was told that somebody took it instead of them refunding me or giving me the food the manager wanna argue and give me lip. What happen to the customer is right. Manager told me the order was ready a hour ago when it told me to arrive at 3:49 and it was 4:15. Just need to learn a better approach to a upset customer better
