I recently visited this Taco Bell and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and orderliness of the place. The hot sauce packets were neatly arranged, not stuck together like in other locations. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, and it was evident that the employees cared about both their customers and the store. Kudos to the staff for maintaining such a well-kept Taco Bell! I've been to many Taco Bells all over the USA, and I have never been to one like this! The staff was exceedingly happy and helpful. Didn't see one person who wasn't smiling. I even needed help with my special order. The food was quicker than ever. I heard the cooks listening to my complicated order and repeating it to get it started before it was even in the computer. Everything was made right the first time! It was very clean & I've never been to a Taco Bell like this one!

This location is the most amazing Taco Bell I have ever visited. Super clean - even the restroom! It is the best restroom I have used in a restaurant. Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The manager and I spoke; they have won the "Golden Bell", and I totally see why - exceptionally clean, friendly, and fast! I have traveled all over the U.S.; this is the BEST! On my travels, I will purposely drive through Lamesa to stop here again! I ordered my usual Cheesey Gordita Crunch (supreme). It was as expected!

Each night that I drive through the pull-through, I am greeted by Rebecca, a warm friendly face after a long day of work. She is courteous, and respectful with a welcomed smile. Angel, who usually makes my order. Always gets it right, the food is fresh and fast. Regardless the limited night shift crew. Truly a formidable fast-food team.

Tacos had almost no meat. We were told to use the kiosk to order after several minutes of waiting while they counted money. I'd rather not so I didn't. A sweet young lady took our order using the drive thru register instead. Mexican pizza was all it should have been.

We stood there for a little while waiting for someone to acknowledge the fact that we were there. Then I was rudely reminded that I had to use the kiosk machine to place our order. Ordered the gorditas and was not cooked all the way or cooked properly. As we were cleaning off a table to sit down an older older female walked in with a large paper bag. Seemed to have a liquor bottle in it.

I was here for over 20 minutes to get three things. When she brought the food out, I told her it was supposed to be "to-go" and she ignored me. I find it ironic that there are two awards on the counter, a golden bell, and one for RGM of the year 2023. Hopefully I just caught them on an extremely bad night...

I ordered three items, only one was correct. They weren't small mistakes. I'm not walking back, nor will I ever go there again. The Big Spring Taco Bell isn't even this terrible.

staff would not take an order they want people to order on there own, I watch another family walk out. When I got my food they didn't include the cup like it was given to me when I ordered.

The app took the money off my card four times and the order was wrong the dining area was closed so forget about using a rest room and the food was not so great. But the unsweet tea was awesome that's how we got 2 stars!!!

While their customer service is better than most places, I went two separate times and both times the order was messed up. When I specify no chipotle and no sour cream on something i mean it. There is something in the chipotle that messes with me and I made her repeat the order twice and the quesaritos were drowning in both. The second time they still put sour cream.

May have been short staffed. Had to wait quite a while for counter service. Ordered & paid for supreme, but sour cream left off. Toilet in women's restroom very dirty. Base dirty and mold developing in toilet bowl. Toilet so loose it is probably a hazard. I always feel that the cleanliness of the public bathroom is indicative of the cleanliness of the kitchen in all restaurants.

Waited for food, they made us park on the side wings. They NEVER brought our food. We called asked for manager the lady is rude and very unprofessional. Never going there again.

I usually love going here because I know they wear gloves and the staff is always very nice and fun! But today when I came and ordered my food I got home and started eating and half way through it started tasting really gross and funky so when I looked at it there was mold. When I called them to tell them about the mold the “boss lady” was extremely rude and said everything they serve is “fresh”. Yeah sure. I can’t figure out how to post photos on here yet but on Yelp there are photos of the mold on my taco. I honestly don’t think I would be leaving this terrible review if the manger would’ve handled this respectfully, calmly and tried to fix the situation.

I understand mistakes happen, but this was absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had at any fast food place. Drive thru and walk up riding only for some reason, no problem. We place order, PT get an order and park in the lot to eat since we are in the road traveling. Open the “sealed” bag, nothing is what we ordered. Walk back to the window and tell them they have us hand the order we just opened to another customer since it’s his order (never mind we’ve unwrapped and touched some of the items). We wait about 10 min and they bring us another order…mostly right, but missing an item still. Then they tell us to go back through the drive thru - which puts us behind other customers - waiting again for the rest of our order (child’s taco). Get to the window and given another bag. Told husband to check it before driving away again - and it’s STILL WRONG. We remained calm throughout this, but really was no reason for things to be so messed up. Not that busy and had other orders messed up. Two of the tacos were not even edible. We just chunked them and left, wasn’t going to get any better at that point. Could have just been a bad day, but we won’t be back when we come back through again on our regular trips. Good luck to the locals.

I went through the drive through of course I am vegan, so with the dining area being closed. I could not really look at the menu, apparently the manager was working the drive through, she was rude when I ask questions about the menu, she seemed to be annoyed by me asking my questions and she rushed me. I went to place my order she really did give me the opportunity to order anything else, so I just said forget... At the window to pay the lady at the drive through stated that was not her when I stated I was not completely finished with my order and how rude the person was. She said it wasn't me it was my manager... I will probably not go to Taco Bell in Lamesa again, just because the manager was rude and impatient... I am glad I don't live there, I just do a lot of traveling through there... Beware of the rude manager and after all of that I did not get to eat my food due to it had sour cream on it... Als[ the lady in the drive through did apologies and advised that the dining room is open now...

Instead of a friendly greeting, I got some young girl yelling that they were already closed. There was a line of cars. The restaurant has a posted closing time of 10:00pm. Guess they don’t like customers.

This is a Taco Bell/Pizza Hut combo.. We went in to eat pizza, sat for 10-15min waiting on a server. We watched other patrons come in sit down get there drinks ordered and then as they were ordering their meals, two other staff members standing around chatting watched us get up an leave. I was furious.... not to mention my food from taco bell the night before was all wrong and the tortilla was hard. wont go back

When we walked into this particular Tacobell. We stood in line waiting to order. The lady came up and said “we had to do our order and the self serve order station.” I asked “if we had to or if she could take our order” and she said “no.” Then my friend payed with cash, so the cashier had to give him change…Kinda funny if you ask me. Once my order came out, it was wrong, and luke warm. Great Christian music playing. I guess next time I will just use the drive through and place my order there.

The sodas were horrible! It tasted like pure carbonated water. I ordered the crunchy chicken avocado ranch burrito. Never again! It tasted like old lettuce. The staff were not friendly at all. She pointed to the kiosk for us to order then immediately got on her phone. I’ll probably never go back.

I have never seen a corporation completely lose their customers basic needs like this location has. The whole point of this establishment is fast, and convenience. You get neither here. No cashiers make kiosk purchases long and confusing if you can even navigate thru there system. Customers are so confused with no help the food order process has almost come to a halt. I watched many walk out the door just simply given up as did I after 15 minutes of waiting for a kiosk. Never this store again.

Absolutely terrible! No one came to the counter to take our order but eventually when someone saw us, they pointed to the Kiosk and said, "order there". If I had been there alone, I would have turned around immediately and walked out! I don't DO Kiosks. My friend ordered for us and after a 20 minute wait and after a small reminder from us, our food finally came out. It was chintzy. The Chalupa wasn't even browned on the outside and barely filled. The taco was the same. The cheese sauce for our chips was hot though! I will never go there again. The service was terrible and about on par with the service we received at Wendy's a few weeks ago. It must be a "Lamesa thing" I guess. Just remember......... you've been warned! I'm sorry I have to give it one star when really it deserves a zero.

I came to this taco bell at 1130 pm , noone would answer drive thru, I knocked on window and nothing!!. Very frustrating considering the hours state they are open till 12. There was 1 white car in parking lot I saw the employee onside but he refused to answer. Just stood there and ignored me!!. If you are not open CHANGE YOUR HOURS ONLINE or hire a better night crew!

Then reported to the person above her and nothing was done it's like they don't care how customers are treated.
