Good place to go to, and get away from city life.

Love coming here for the Sip Club. It reminds of of a Korean cafe because 90% of the customers are Korean. Pros 1. Opens early at 6 am 2. Always friendly staff 3. Clean and spacious interior with a big table (but it’s usually occupied by a group) 4. If you ask kindly, they always refill the coffee when it runs out Cons None

Great place to get good food and study if necessary. Working power outlets are in the corners by the front door and by the exit door on the soda fountain side. Also one lucky outlet in the middle of the room by the wall next to the parking lot. A little pricey for me but always getting offers of a $1 bagel or a $2 pastry with MyPaneraRewards.

I visit this place pretty often and staffs are always nice even when they are busy.

I had a fantastic experience at this Panera Bread location! The service was excellent, with friendly staff that were quick to assist me and made me feel welcome. I ordered the Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich and a cup of the creamy tomato soup, and both were absolutely delicious. The ambiance is calm and cozy, with plenty of seating and soft lighting that creates a relaxing vibe. It’s the perfect spot for a quiet meal or even to get some work done. I’ll definitely be coming back!

A great place to go for healthy fast foods

Friendly staff, very patient. They give good advice on food selection if your not sure on what you want. Delicious food especially soups and sourdough bread!

Has improved over the past couple years. I used to have issues with the coffee always being empty but they've really been on top of it lately. Portion size to price is still a little off balance, but the food tastes good and fresh.

The food here is really good. Having said that, I don't eat weed so I can only do the salads. It is a little bit frustrating as well to see all the ice tea full of sugar. There's only one option that had no sugar in it. Having said that, the food is good, it smells like heaven in there, and the staff are super friendly. This particular location was huge! I've never seen one so big before. But they do have a lot of variety and some good deals

My wife and I have been going to this Panera, since it opened. We have little to complain about, the workers are good, nice and thoughtful. The food, what my wife and I had is great. Sometimes that do not keep-up with refilling the coffee, and often they are low on bagels due to so many large to go bagel orders. I read that table are dirty. We are not in a full service restaurant. There are those you feel that clearing off one's table is beneath them yet very have worker come by to pick up are dishes. Its a good place to eat.

My sister, her boyfriend, and I had dinner here while we were in town visiting NYC. We stumbled upon this place because we wanted to go to another Italian restaurant 2 blocks away that had a really long wait. We are so glad we came here instead. The hostess was very friendly and welcoming. We didn't have a reservation so we had to wait for about 30 minutes which was not an issue.

The service is pretty good, they’re all really nice and respectful. It’s a little pricey but it’s a chain so they can’t really do anything about it.

I arrived before 6:30 am. There was 1 person tending the order counter. There was only 1 person in front of me. I waited about 2 minutes, a second person came and took my order at another register. She was very polite and thorough. I ordered the breakfast sandwich bacon eggs cheese. The bread it comes on is toasted and wonderful!! The cheese was flavorful. It was almost perfection. Yes "almost" the eggs are obviously precooked and are just warmed in the microwave/convection type oven they use. The eggs were tepid. So they were not cold, they were kind of a "room temperature ". I can only imagine how delicious this sandwich would be if the eggs were good and hot, and they caused the cheese to melt. The sandwich was good, but I think that is not what "Panera" was aiming for. The store looked clean and in good order. The nice lady that took my order was at the coffee station on my way out. She wished me a great day. That was a good touch. I think she was the person in charge. (Manager/lead/supervisor)

It's one of the cleanest Panera's I've been too. Turkey bravo and cheddar soup from pick 2, always good. Green tea taste was off. Not sure why. My partner also said it was not the same.

The folks who work at my local Panera are awesome...always cheerful and they get every oder right. When ordering take out, it's always on time. Food is consistently good

Good food. Just plan to wait at least an extra 5-10 minutes after they quote you about food being ready.

Came in for coffee, 2 carafes were empty and the third emptied with my cup 2/3rds full. My bagel was not toasted, which made spreading the butter awkward. At least they sliced it.

This Panera is always very busy. They frequently run out of coffee and it takes a long time for plates and tables to be cleaned. The check-in kiosks are not always working, and there are never pagers available. Many of the back tables are taken over by homeless men who sleep there. There are very few electrical outlets available for people who might need to use laptops.

It is not your fault but it is what it is. All food industry is falling apart. Not because of food or the venue but it's workers. We probably have the worst generation of privileged workers that are bringing this entire country down. Took 30 min to get espresso drinks.

They need to improve on two things! 1) Getting your cup for coffee from sip club on the kiosk order. 2) Checking for Coffee amount, lately I always have to let them know there is no coffee and have to wait.

Filthy! On arrival you walk past dirty dishes on outside patio. Go inside and trash all over carpets. Drink station nasty. Bathroom floor in womens room gross! No toilet paper in handicap stall, no paper towels at sink and floor wet. Makes one wonder if kitchen is the same? Unbelievable for a Panera! Food okay but ambiance dirty. Would have left but first place we tried after a sports event "closed" for staff to catch up!!🤔

Free cost more, Guys for the last 2 weeks your coffee "dark roast" is diluted taste like water with half and half. i know you have the promotion but I'm a regular customer. i would prefer no promotion and better coffee. today I had to stop at your neighbor coffee shop ordering my breakfast from them rather then having a bad coffee. fix it !! stop giving free and focus on quality

Food is prepared well. The cashier could careless to greet you. They don't prepare your order in the order placed. Somehow 3 orders at the bottom were FastTracked over a few of us that were waiting.

I received the wrong delivery order and missing item . Ordered BLT and got a completely different sandwich. Also, did not receive the cookie I ordered. A bit frustrating when I’m trying to call the cafe and they keep hanging up on me. I understand they might be busy but there isn’t even an option on the app to review the order…if you’re going to order from Panera..do it IN THE CAFE!

Not pleased. My husband and I both ordered the Duo (soup, 1/2 sandwich & chips.) I got bread instead of chips, soup was lukewarm, sandwich was dry (bread had very light coating of mayo and ONLY on 1/2 of sandwich.) I also had a caramel latte but all of the caramel sat on the bottom. Stirring didn't seem to help. My husband wanted water but he only got a cup the size of a Dixie cup (about 3 ounces.) Bill was OVER $30.00. Very disappointing.

Extremely slow to help customers, employees were goofing off, manipulative ad saying we would get a birthday freebie when in reality we had to make a purchase to get it, and no bagels. Bad experience today

I must say I'm very disappointed with my online order. I ordered bkfst and lunch foe myself this morning. My order was ready timely; My complaint is I ordered an extra side of dressing for my salad and the little cup wasn't even half way filled with dressing. Out of the 2 cups that were in my salad I didn't even get to make 1 whole when putting them together. My salad is dry and bland. While waiting to make my coffee, there were a few other customers waiting around, said they always have to wait for coffee, coffee is always out and will no longer be stopping here for coffee in the mornings as it makes them late for work. Just very disappointed👎

I really feel like the menu lacks a lot of variety I got a turkey bacon club and it was such a disappointing sandwich came with nothing on it I had to dress it myself mustard mayo etc. Not a huge deal but what I'm paying for a sandwich and I say I want everything I would like them to make it for me especially when it costs more than a Subway sandwich. It didn't taste very fresh and was really bland. Kids sandwiches were as bare-boned as possible, I tried them as my kids didn't eat them and was disappointed. Upon sitting down our table hadn't really been bussed. I found out how badly when my son sat on the ground in a pile of lemonade and napkins that I didn't notice initially. When we got our food it doesn't come to the table we had to go get it and I had to ask for help because I had too many plates. I won't be returning.

This location deserves negative stars due to the lack of professional services, costumer service, wrongful accusations, and disregard for customer empathy. This location does not know how to treat families. The manager disrespected me in front of my children and family, and seemed proud of it. You should go to the Starbucks next door instead.

This is a $10 plate, yet they barely even filled it. The plate itself only has chicken, rice, and broccoli, which are not expensive, so why have such a high price? This place is not worth your time and money. I recommend you go to another place where you’ll get more value for your buck and save you time.
