The restaurant is clean, the servers are nice, and they get your food out fast. They also have the coke machines that have a zillion choices. I was really pleased with this store, and it's go back the next time I want a Sourdough Jack.

Haven't been there in a long time, but one of the employees name Tomas and another lady were so nice, great customer service, I would come back just for them for a midnight snack run.

Very pleased with the service here! I even spilled my drink walking back to my car (I am pregnant and therefore, I tend to lose balance when my feet swell up) The kind young man in the front replaced it without blinking.
When I arrived at Jack in the Box late at night, I was feeling pretty hungry and tired. However, the girl who helped me was an absolute delight - she was so kind, cheerful, and helpful that she completely turned my mood around. I really appreciated her generous assistance and positive attitude, especially at such a late hour. It's amazing how a small act of kindness can make such a big difference, and she truly made my night better.
I've rediscovered the jumbo jack i guess because lately it's been mighty tasty. and the service has improved tremendously. for about 5 years, every single time i stopped by, my order was wrong and I needed to go back because something was always missing. now it's much better and the food tastes better as well
The young lady Robin helped us, she was so friendly, consistently smiling and her mannerisms were on par. Even though they were super busy we didn't wait long at all. The food was fresh and hot and correct. We had a great experience.
Food is good and hot. There are times of the day especially at night where it does get packed and it takes a while in the drive thru. Which if you're on a hurry might not be the best place to go. But other then that I always go there and early of course.
This rating is more about the service than the food. Everyone knows what the food is like here. Servers were friendly and kind. That's a rare thing in today's world. Managers, give your employees props for doing a job well done.
With fast food places changing recipies to improve sales, I'm so glad the taste of the Jack in the Box tacos has NEVER changed. Brings back childhood memories 😀. Thank you Jack!

The lobby was fairly clean. There was a man occupying a table that wasn't eating. He may have been homeless. There are often some homeless people nearby.
Came here at 11:20pm almost midnight on Wednesday June 19th, 2024 in the late night amd they had over 15 cars in the drive way and I was in and out of the line and in 10min Amazing! Great staff, working hard and filling orders fast! They all need a raise for this kind of late night rush or some compensation for their hard work. I left and the line had more cars and they got them thru the drive thru fast too, i wad parked and watching while I ate my hot food! Good job everyone! I had to leave a review!
Drive thru. Ordered breakfast. I really like the new breakfast taco. All so far have come out steaming hot. They are very good when hot. The sauce is needed for favor. Order the first one without sauce, and it was bland. I not a hot sauce guy as I order my regular taco without sauce.

Drive thru take forever
I don't like fast food much but, my husband and son are hooked on the mini tacos with guacamole not bad tho I just don't like the powder cheese they put on them
I love this place. I go all the time. They messed up my order once and fixed the issue. The only thing is I wish they wouldn't run out of salsa all the time. My breakfast burrito 🌯 be on hit with it.😂
Jack in the box has great fast food but,The drive thru is very slow we waited about 20 mins .Whenever I come to get food to eat with my husband the drive thru has a big line of cars waiting to get food.Also one day me and husband and my daughter when to get food because we were going to go to LA. And we went to the drive thru we order our food then we got our food. We got on the road and my daughter wanted her food and my husband. So I went in the bag to get the food But my husband didn't get his burger. So we had to turn back and to tell the supervisor to do better next time!
Good service and one of the few places you can get a diet Dr Pepper and grilled cheese. But much more expensive for a drink than McDonald's. Drinks are about the only thing I order from fast food because I'm vegetarian.
I usually come here because other places have gotten so bad that it makes this place look good, even though this place is just average. However, this place tends to get my order correct mostly all the time and the taste is consistent with other Jack In The Boxes, so it gets a thumbs up and an "I'll be back" recommendation.
Nice clean fast didn't have. To wait too long for my food. The only reason why they don't get 5 stars is because I felt I had to repeat my order mire than 3 times and I wasn't too happy about it.
There's just about always a line and a wait here. Once you get to order, the staff are friendly and the services is rather quick. The food is well, Jack in the Box. There's no surprises but the food is consistent. I haven't had any issues with the packaging or "condition" of the food. They don't just throw it around or over stuff the bags...and they are generous with the sauce.
Decent Jack In the Box. I don't think they've ever messed up my order. Sometimes the line can get really long here, but they aren't too slow.

I stop by this spot every now and then, even though it’s been a minute since my last visit. Came in for dine-in/to-go this time, and everything was smooth. No attitude, no hassle — the staff was chill and handled everything professionally. Store was clean and well kept, which I always appreciate. When I got home, the kids had zero complaints about the food, so that’s already a win. Overall, solid experience. I’d definitely swing back through whenever the craving hits.

I love their food the only problem is if you go to the drive-thru you must check your items to make sure you got everything you ordered . My friend and I placed our order of food and some churros that they had suggested,we got everything but the churros and they did not give me a receipt. We had ordered quite a bit of food so it was kind of difficult to check especially because we were in a hurry for our appointment

It's alright, it does take them a second to get your food out but when they do its nice and hot. Their customer service is average, they do get to you eventually and are helpful. Also I noticed they started taking orders on an iPad looking thing like Chik-Fil-A and/or In-N-Out which is nice and all but they need bigger signs because they are way too small to read.
I usually don’t complain, I am really upset that we ordered combos but did not get the fries or drink , the employees at the drive through did not pay attention of our order !
Sometimes they get it right, and when they do the food is cold or the fries are old. They they have an attitude cause you don't wanna pay for and eat old cold food from last night. When they recook the order magically it looks better, but remember that they have an attitude so your food is sloppy. But fresh.
The food was good here but the staff can be unfriendly depending on the time and day. There is one manager though that is very friendly every time I visit this place. If it wasn't for her, I would have left a 1 star review. The other managers are not that great and the staff is undertrained. In my opinion, staff and managers should be retrained to listen to customers. Final verdict: Good food, quick service, but undertrained staff and managers for the most part. I cannot recommend you not go here but I wouldn't go out of my way either.
My husband and my family we come here quite a bit good service and they are quick. It's good because it's in front of Walmart. We go there shopping afterwards.
Debt card machine not working cash only excepted always something at this location and had to pay for ranch when meal should have came with one and any extra I understand the charge. Wish the old manager was still there he was awesome
Went to the drive through and they had me wait before I pulled up to the window so the timer on their little clock was not going over I waited for 10 minutes for my order and then they had me pull up to park in the front no napkins no sauce no straws and I ask for it before they had me park
So we went last night with the kids in the drive threw we ordered 2 meals and 2 value fries apparently 4 pieces chicken nuggets when it was supposed to be 5 ...10 pieces chicken nuggets and two values fries and somehow. They messed that up it seem they are messing up our orders alot now
I hate this JnBox. Very slow, takes their time. Usually makes mistakes on food orders in drive thru and it's not rare to get a unpleasant, rude worker. Management is not good. All around horrible location. We don't even patronize this location any longer
I'm a loyal customer to Jack n the box. Stopped there this morning & ordered my food like I always do. My curly fries were cold & stale. I was very disappointed because they're usually fresh & hot. Will have to find somewhere else to go now to get my food served the way that I like.
They do have quick service, but they are very rude. The worker taking my order through the drive through was rude and wasn't getting my order right, and at the window I was handed a drink and then it was snatched from me because they realized it wasn't my order. I know that it wasn't mine, but are they seriously are going to take it away from me and probably give it to someone else especially during this time, I don't think that's right.

Ordered food on the app only to still wait about 30 min in the drive thru, food was good but luke warm. Line was almost to the entrance driveway for the whole lot. Should offer curbside too if you can’t handle a long drive thru line so you can get the food out faster for those that use the app. Also, app doesn’t offer Coke Zero, only diet.
This particular Box was slow to greet customers when approaching the order area, the front guy was unfriendly, lacking confidence & knowledge of the food menu. It took 13 - 16 minutes for each of the 5 orders in front of me and mine took 17 minutes from the time I ordered. My food was not hot not and barely warm with half of my ultimate breakfast sandwich ingredients in the bag. My soda didn't have enough ice in the cup to keep it cold til I got home where I sat down to eat and I only live 2.3 miles fro this particular Box. Maybe I should only give them 1 star but when I was leaving one of the employees came from behind the counter opened the door for me and said she was sorry for the bad service her team provided. Im 78 years old and I went thru drive thru all for a man named Marco to disrespect me. A lady took my order incorrectly and then I got to window and a guy in a gray shirt named tag looked like it said Mark was rude to me. I wish I had corporates number because now I have to get someone to contact BBB and health Dept during covid pandemic. Mark you need to learn some manners your customers help you keep your job during the pandemic yet your rude and insulting and antagonizing.

This is the worst I have been treated at a fast food spot. There manager Maria Victorio is a disrespectful person. Her crew was messing up on order left and right. I refuse to eat here. My family and I used to eat here for decades until we all wound up with food poisoning. Our Burgers- one was cold and raw the other burnt to a crisp. Our curly fries burnt to a crisp and cold. Our milkshakes run year than milk and not frozen at all. This trip resulted not only in food poisoning, but in a corporate management and corporate quality assurance review of the store and every Jack in the Box in the Antelope Valley. To make matters worse we waited 15 minutes for our order. During that time the kid who took our order carried on a conversation with his buddy at the counter. During his conversation he ignored our order, yet he slipped his friend several food items without paying. Needless to say this employee was terminated. Jack in the Box lost their vision and foresight, when it comes to delivering a top-quality meal. Now a burger taste like rancid grease and butter. I take no Delight in eating here, or writing these kind of reviews. I take you to unless delight and getting food poisoning from a Jack In The Box...
We just went through the drive through ordered our breakfast, when we arrived at the window we wanted to add some curly fries and the chick , rolled her eyes like she hated her job !! Rude employees should not be tolerated we left immediately!! Dont make excuses for this !
Still serving old food. I even told the manager that they always give me old nasty food. She was like sorry. Then gave me old nasty food to go. This location has been selling old nasty food for years. Please fix this issue Jack... Never have I ever not been served overcooked old burnt food at this location. The strange thing they only burn half the items in my last order. So maybe things are looking up lol. And your soda is off your fountains are dirty and soda taste contaminated. Everytime i go to jack in the box they have to mess up something. They gave me water instead of my soda drink. Other times i’ve had to go back because something from my order is missing. Wish i could have a fine experience but it seems like i can not. 👎🏽

I ordered the triple cheeseburger meal. I used the buttermilk dipping sauce for the fries. After consuming the meal and arriving home, I began having sharp pains in my abdomen. I went to the bathroom twice and then I experienced nausea. I proceeded to throw up three times. Once I did this I no longer had the pain. This was the only food I ate.
VERY RUDE MANAGEMENT! Went through the drive through, ordered tacos and burgers and the food was cold. The cheese on my burgers wasn't melted and my tacos had no cheese or sauce on them. When I requested a refund the manager Jessica didn't want to hear what I was saying and kept trying to close the window as I was talking. She was being rude and said she doesn't make the food. Another worker came over and slammed the window shut. The manager didn't even bother coming back to the window and had a regular employee give me the refund.
Went there and ordered 4 Jr bacon 10 tacos and 2 combos large with curly fries. As I arrived home there were no curly fries and all the drinks were small. Asked for ranch and napkins and that wasn't in the bag either. I drove back to get to show them the receipt and that I was charged correctly for the order I made (the large) my food was cold they refused to replace the sandwich and had very bad attitude for their mistake. Get it together jack.
Every night after work I try to come here to order and their system is either always down or updating and/or they will put cones up close the drive thru and say closed 4-5 am. Either the open 24 hours needs to be updated online or the employees like to get paid for doing nothing.
For a 24hr Jack in the Box, nearly Everytime I come to pick up my order, they say in the drive thru, "oh I'm sorry our system is down I can't take any orders". Between 4am - 5am. Coincidence I think not. How is your system down daily? I'd prolly get that fixed.
Really irritating when I’m trying to place an order the drive thru attendant is laughing constantly and repeatedly asking me to repeat myself. By the end of the order I didn’t even want it anymore. Also please update your menu pricing if you guys are charging for every single thing. You have grilled chicken salads listed but if chosen I have to pay extra why not just have the actual price listed?

Everytime I come my order is wrong then I get treated like I’m being difficult. lol ordered a large only to get a large order of fry crumbs, wrong drinks, and food not made with the extras I paid for then was told I can’t receive. Refund because it takes too long. My #13 grilled chicken wasn’t made complete and had bbq sauce added on it which is something I did not order and both my son and I received cold left over crumbs for our fries. I need a full refund. Not to mention you never answer or return phone calls
We just when there. We tried to place an order at the drive thru, we waited for several minutes and no one took my order. I drove to the window to ask if they where open, and saw that one employee was sitting at the counter, we heard them laughing and she tried to hide by putting her feet up on the counter, I was able to see everything . I think they forgot that there is a screen at the wall where I could see everything thru the window. You have to check this employes please. There was an other car leaving before me.

Shorted my order of 1 medium French fry. Drive thru asked me to park out front and wait which added to the traffic jam near the drive thro entrance. Spent over 100.oo on a delivery order, paid 7.99 delivery fees 2 times, did not get my shakes or soft drinks, thats the first thing I noticed, Called restaurant, she said to make a 3rd order so I can get my drinks.. pay another 7.99 and she will throw in a 🍪 for the inconvenience.. not lying.
About a week ago I requested a refund as the Server/Driver delivered 1/2 of my order. I have not heard back from the company/manager. It could have been a mistake, but I have not been compensated for by the company. This is a disservice.

I don't know what it is about this place or about the people that they hire. But they always get your food wrong. And then when you go back to tell them that they got it wrong, they either start yelling at you, or they just straight up, ignore you. it's always been an issue with these people. I don't understand why, and honestly, it's such a headache like I didn't order this. Can you please get me what I ordered.. I get that. People need to make a living, but at the same time give the people what they want. You can't be in a job where you have to give people what they want, and then just not give them what they want. That's not how it works. That's not what you're supposed to do. What you're supposed to do is give people what they ordered and what they paid for. But you did none of the above. Why do you guys keep hiring people like this?
Unfortunately, this establishment is unable to honor their posted hours. They are supposed to be open from 5am to 4am. However, they stop accepting orders at 3:30am. If the restaurant is not in service at 3:30am, why not change the posted hours. Instead of going somewhere open, I chose this restaurant only to be turned away, angry and hungry. For all you late night munchie lovers, I suggest finding a more accommodating establishment for your next midnight snack attack. I know I will.
