Was in town for a day, very nice girl working at the front although some customers were trying to give her a hard time. This has to be one of the cleanest KFCs I’ve seen, I knew it had to be a franchise bc of how clean & taken care of it was. Great experience!
The workers there were so nice, the food was good, they let us know that one of the items we’re going to take a little bit before it was ready, and fast.
The cashier was helpful and very kind. The dining room was clean. First time at a long John silvers it was soooo good. Honey on the hush puppies is bomb.
We stopped in on a whim for the fish and it was excellent. The lady at the counter - I think her name was Anna but if I am wrong I am sorry! - was friendly and professional. It didn’t look like a lot of staff working and to be able to cover both KFC and LJS with the staff they had is impressive. The meals were hot and fresh. Very pleased. Next time we will try the KFC! Wish it was closer to us because it would be a go-to place for us.

I mean I guess I can't complain. I thought I was gonna spend the evening with my toilet but the Lord came thru with a miracle and I survived somehow.

Arrived, had to wait 20 min to just order our food because they said they were backed up on orders, then after ordering had to wait another 30 min to get our food. After all said and done the food tasted good. Just the wait time to get to eating was upsetting. Seemed they were very short staffed.

The fried fish was saturated with deep fryer oil absolutely horrible, at least the hush puppies were good. I’m glad where I live we have the Keyport Fishery where they have excellent fried fish.

I don't know if Long John Silvers changed recipes or what, but i.just had the worst experience in years. Stopped here on a trip, and purchased an 8 PC family meal ($40/ $5 PC fish). These pieces were much smaller and had less than 1/2 the batter than just a few months ago. On top of this it took them 45 minutes to get food. I USED to love LJS, but this is my last trip.... I will find a recipe online and make the fish at home.
Tried stopping yesterday, sign stated they were open doors were already locked it wasn’t even 6pm. Went back again today this time did drive thru. Went to the speaker, waited 5 minutes to even be acknowledged. Tried ordering nuggets then tenders they were out of both. Finally ordered from the long john silvers side. We were told to park. Waited 10 minutes before going inside to find out where the food was. Just to go inside to find the staff eating and talking to each other. Was really looking forward to here to because we don’t have long John silvers close to home anymore. Very disappointed
I love Long John Silver fish, my husband and I stopped by to have dinner after visiting Sight & Sound. The service was not that great the lady working the register took her time acknowledging us and taking our order. When we received our food my fish was overcooked and dry, and my corn was dry with no flavor at all. I was very disappointed. I was going to get fish to go but I changed my mind. I live in Northern Virginia I will not visit this establishment again!
went a month ago said it closed at 10 online got there at 750 door said lobby closed at 7 drive thru open till 8 everything was closed. go back today and its 530 doors are locked girl says we close at 630 and closes and locks the door, says go to drive thru and eat in car.
Got there at 840pm and went to door was locked so went to drive through and no one said anything so we went to the window she said they where closed. We drove the hole way from Elizabethtown. NEVER AGAIN.

We are from the Philadelphia area and do not have any LJSs near us any longer so we decided to go here before we headed back home last September. There were only three guests in front of us when we walked in, but over half an hour later we still had one person in front of us who still needed to order and no one who had ordered received their food. The girl at the counter was very rude to everyone that she took an order from and pretty much stopped taking orders once she got to the guy in front of us so we left. Fast forward to today when we were back in the area and thought we would try again. Pulled into the drive thru since no one was there and the girl came on the speaker saying "What's your order?" in a very rude manner. I tried to order a Sea Share of chicken and Sea Share of fish but she told me that they "don't do that here." I asked if there was any way that I can order just chicken or just fish without any sides. She said that they "have what is on the menu outside" which had nothing with just chicken or fish. So once again, no good! I love LJSs food but I'm beginning to realize why so many of their locations are closing. Management and current ownership do not seem to be very interested in their customer service, cleanliness of restaurants, or loyalty to the brand. So sad and disappointing!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The employees are very rude and nasty to customers and have poor customer service skills. When I asked if they could give me a minute to read the menu, the lady screamed “WHAT!” very loud over the mic. Then they forgot to put my sauce in the bag. So I go inside to get the sauce, and the lady hands me 1 sauce, I asked if I can have more she was like 0.25. We spent over $50 on food at this restaurant and bought a lot of chicken tenders that required more than 2 packets of sauce. She acts like it’s coming out of her pocket or minimum wage paycheck.
Me and a few family members visited there last weekend and we were just going in to get something to eat before we parted ways. As soon as we got in there, we realized that all the tables in the restaurant were covered in crumbs and the floor was slippery. I ordered a chicken basket and my chicken was so dry. I only gave 1 star because of the bad cleaning crew they had, the fries weren't too terrible. The service was fast, but the cleaning crew needs to be updated.
Drove over an hour to get here because I'm used to Long John Silver's in Western Pennsylvania and it has always been great there. We got here at 6:25 PM and wanted to go in to order. On the door it said, lobby open till 7 PM. One employee turned us around and told us that the lobby was closed and only drive thru was available. I asked for the manager and she told me drive thru only. Back to the car, waiting in line for them to bring out the food which took them half an hour. Never coming back here. Wish I could give them no star.

As usual this location disappoints. We love LJS fish but the aggravation level of rude staff, old oil, never open when they advertise, slow service, and dirty bathrooms make this not worth it. We don't have LJS in our area so we have given them more chances an anyone should. The lobby was supposed to be open till 7 at 6 it was closed and we had through the drive thru and start our 20 + minute wait. We're still waiting.
