This is the best boba place I have been to in a while. It was only around $9 for 4 drinks, two large, two small. Very cute and simplistic cups. We came during their ' happy hour' so I think we got one or two of them for free! The ones pictured are the rose oolong milk tea with tiramisu foam, it's super good and you can really taste the rose. It's also not too sweet which is really good! The other one is a green matcha milk tea with no sugar, as expected with no sugar it's still good but it's not as sweet or bold as the other drink. I 100% recommend coming here for a delicious treat

Genuinely the best boba I've had in Lancaster. I'm always a bit skeptical trying new places because I'm not fond of the artifical flavors, but Mr. Boba has genuinely tasty drinks and good quality boba. This is my repeat boba spot.

Their signature milk tea with boba is the best that I've tried by far. The workers were very nice, the shop is maintained well, very clean and overall a great place. I would recomend this place to anyone looking to get a boba drink. Have yet to try their other food assortments.

Such delicious drinks! Great customer service. Mr. BOBA is usually very festive and decorative for holidays. Clean dining area and kind workers.

I have to say the classic milk tea is perfect it’s not too sweet and I love that,especially the flavor is just there. hands down fav spot ❤️

Staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating. Love this new spot. They also have a rewards punch card. They even let us test out a rose milk tea which is not currently on their menu. The two teas we tried: rose and lavender milk tea were amazing 10/10. Also, their cups are very cute and durable.

The best Thai tea I've ever had! Took about 2 mins and they had it ready for me. We went to the new Mr. Fries man next door and got a quick drink while waiting for our order. I can't wait to go back and try their other items.

It’s a good place. Sometimes the drinks are too sweet but I love the interior. The downside is their pricing. I’m not mad at it but it’s a bit shocking when they have menus on the table with one price and then when you go up to pay, your total is a lot more than what you were expecting. They just need to update their menus so I won’t set my expectations high 😅

The menu isn’t very clear so if you have allergies like me it’s kind of hard to know what to avoid unless you ask the one employee there. Kiosk machine is used

I really loved this place when it was Mr. Boba, but I think it changed ownership when it became Mc Boba and it's just not as good. Drinks don't taste as good and the quality of them is pretty hit or miss now.

I've been to this location 3 different times, 2 of those times they where open but nothing was ready... I do know that when a store opens at, well say 10am the staff should be there early to have everything ready... Huh 3 try everything went great nice customer service and drink was good... But when it came to giving me the correct change they didn't have quarters... 1st ppl are saying pennies, now quarters... Huh

Had a poor experience here. Both drink orders were done wrong. One was supposed to have rainbow jelly, instead had popping boba. The other had regular boba instead of popping boba. The labels on the drinks were correct, the server just made them wrong. Also my guava smoothie barely tasted of guava, it looked and tasted like a generic vanilla shake. We rushed out to pick up another food order so we didn't notice the mistakes. The server was friendly enough, just incompetent.

Went in looking for a specific type of smoothie and the cashier -a younger guy with long hair looked at me like he was disgusted with my inquiry and gave me a hard “no”…. I felt like I made this young man upset by asking him a simple question about the menu.
