Clarissa helped me out this evening…I had already placed my order thru the app and then realized I needed to make changes to a couple of the items…she was very accommodating with my issue and made the changes even though it was my fault I messed it up!! Thanks
Went last night and was helped by Diamond and manager Cindy. They were both very polite and helpful. I got my order fast. I asked for there names because this was the first time I had good service at this location.
McDonald's been around a long time. When I go to McDonald's I think about back in the days when my kids was younger they love Happy Meals. Now they got $5 meals you can't resist that and the ice cream cone or apple pie either one is satisfied for us after our food for dessert.
***Update: upper management reached out which i appreciated but it should have never gotten to this point. I changed my score to a 2 to 4, for the worker trying and upper management reaching out.*** My curbside was left on the counter and I had to go inside. I tried to talk to the manager and worker, manager walked away. Worker was confused in what to do, looked at me and said there it is. She explained why I called to the manager and he turned his back and went to the drive thru window. He never acknowledged me. My breakfast sandwich was cold by the time I got it.

This is my usual McDonald's and I do appreciate the workers at this time coming in with weather like this it was greatly appreciated. But, as soon as I ate and drunk my beverage my stomach started to rumble. Please check lettuce, chicken, and buns. Also make sure the soda machines are up to part constantly so that the drinks can be replace when need be and cleaned out. Thanks Rhonda Brackens
I recently picked up DoorDash and Uber Eats orders from this location. Overall, the staff were quick and respectful, especially considering how busy it gets. I’m giving 3 stars because the doors were being locked very early, around 9 PM, even though the signage says they close at 11 PM. A few customers were sometimes still inside, and the team was still making delivery orders, so most of the time I could get someone to let me in. However, on one visit I went to the door near the delivery area and knocked, and an employee ignored me completely. I ended up having to cancel the order. Overall, it’s a decent McDonald’s with respectful staff and a good play place, but I would not expect top notch service late at night.
Didn’t ring my order up correctly. Went to the pick up windowI ask for jelly, the cashier said there isn’t any jelly.. ok cool! I leave to eat my sandwich I notice it had the wrong egg on there.. Went back to get sandwich fixed.. The lady served me a round egg in a McNugget box. Round egg was stuck to the box cheese came off sandwich stuck to the folded egg. Right before I received it I overheard a couple of associates laugh. Like they knew thats the improper move to make working but joking out loud in a trillion dollar corporation. I Didn’t make a fuss, I just rode off to write this review. They charge for .50 cents for caramel and chocolate a piece $1.00 for the expresso shot and .59 for the crushed Oreo. Being honest this isn’t my first time having a negative experience at this particular restaurant. Great location. Horrible work practices. Sub par etiquette. Burger might have too much sauce on it ,it might not even missing something sometimes. It’s always something with this particular location my experience..I think it’s best that I stay far away from this location for a long time.
There Tea is always spoiled, there is nothing worse then wanting some sweet tea and getting a cup full of spoiled, nasty tasting tea . . If you didn't know brewed tea can spoil or sour over time if it is not refrigerated. I go to McDonald's because they always had good tea . Most other places it's a toss up it may be good , or it may be bad. But McDonald's always had good tea ,except this one I got spoiled tea 4 time in a row. Do Not get tea here...
At the store located in Dallas... near Lancaster street there were only 3 workers serving... the cashier was overwhelmed due to there were at least 10-15 customers waiting to order, no one was there to help with fulfilling any of the orders. A customer spoke to the cashier asking why she wasn't stopping and filling the orders. Cashier finally stopped and tried to quickly fill the orders. However, she left off the cheese on the 2 egg, cheese, and sausage mcmuffins. We were trying to not be late for a medical appointment.
This is the 2nd time that I have bought a holiday pie in the evening/night time from this location, and it's very evident that it is old because the custard inside is discolored (a dark yellow color), and I'm not able to bite into the pie because it is so hard. I have not had this experience when purchasing pies earlier in the day at this location, so now I know not to purchase one beyond the morning shift. If pies cannot be baked fresh to order or kept fresh for the later shifts then this might be an item to be considered unavailable after a certain time of the day. Because it is very unfortunate to have to literally throw money away because the quality of the item you purchased was terrible!
I get your short staffed, but closing the lobby while your app still takes counter and table service mobile orders is unacceptable. Especially when I’m then told I have to go through drive through. At this point I just wanted a refund. They told me to cancel on the app, I tried but they already started the order because I was already there. They then told me I had to ask for a refund on the app, but the app specifically says otherwise. Last time I’ll order from this McDonalds at night. Edit: returned the next day for a refund, in the end it was easier for them to just remake the food.

Always gets orders wrong, rude staff, long wait times. Every single time I go I experience this. Shameful.
Open 24 hours, but employees state they are only able to do Uber eats, deliveries and mobile orders. So they lost like 50 cars in an hour that went to whataburger instead. At 1 a.m. on a Saturday night/Sunday morning.
I went to the drive through after a really long day. There were two cars ahead of me in the other line and I don’t mind waiting my turn but was a little annoyed when I wasn’t greeted next but the car that came after me got their order taken first. That was whatever. When the girl finally started taking my order, she asked if the order was medium or large. I told her just a regular meal because that’s just how it naturally came out and she just kept asking. I let her know several times I had answered her question, and then clarified that a regular meal is a medium meal and she took that to be “attitude” and then said she refused to take my order. I asked what she meant that I just wanted to complete my order and she just kept saying no we have the right to refuse service. I just pulled up next in line and decided to either finish it with her at the window or if she wouldn’t help I would go to the second window. When I got to the window I told her I wanted to finish my order because I don’t understand what happened. She was so combative and said that I was giving her attitude. I again explained I was clarifying because we weren’t understanding and I just wanted to place my order and move on with my day. I was ordering for my daughter and myself and so I had to clarify the order with her in the car and the lady just kept hassling us about what we wanted. My daughter is 14 so like sorry she was figuring it out, yikes. Anyway, she was very unpleasant so when I got to the second window I asked for her name to leave feedback. The guy brought another woman to the window (who was very nice and helpful), she apologized for her terrible customer service and I could tell this wasn’t a one off experience. She gave me the woman’s name who gave bad service (Cindy) and my experience with those two people at the second window was fine. My food was correct and hot and fresh. This girl doesn’t need to be talking to customers at all if this is a common occurrence. Maybe she needs another role. 🫤 I otherwise generally have a good experience at this location
I ordered online, pull up, the lady tells me “computers are down”, I explained that I already paid and before I could even ask about getting a refund, she says “we cannot make your order because our computers are down”. Like if I’m stupid and don’t understand what she’s saying. I then tell her that I understand and I’m just inquiring about a refund. She ultimately tells me I can wait if I want or return later for a refund. Why could she not tell me that when I initially told her I already PAID for my order. Also, i saw them give food to someone right after I left, when supposedly the computers were down. Do better. We already pay way too much just to be treated like a damn burden for wanting something I paid for.
Have a tetanus shot on standby. The tea is always spoiled. The fries are always undercooked and very old. The patties are old and dry. They never get the order right. Drinks taste sour. Where is the health department??? Matter of fact, I will be making a complaint. It should be illegal for them to remain open.
It’s advertised as 24hrs, but after showing up at 4am, and having to go to their window since no one wanted to respond to the drive through, I was told they are closed and not accepting orders because they’re waiting to change shifts. Which makes it not 24hrs lol, all they have to do is change the store hours to reflect closed times for shift change. Also, I highly doubt they close the store at noon or at any other time they change shifts.
I would strongly advise against visiting this McDonald's. The burger I received had a strong, unpleasant, almost fishy smell, which may indicate spoilage or contamination. This could be a sign of bacterial growth, possibly Lactobacillus spp. Extremely disappointed with the quality and concerned about food safety.
On 04/21/24, 11:51pm placed an online order. There was an incident where vehicle tried to cut us off but we were able to get in front the driver.The driver and lady at the second window resembled. This matters bc we didn’t allow them to get in front of the whole line they put something in my smoothie. What a waste of time. Looks so disgusting not to mention they didn’t even fill it. This isn’t how people should be treated if you’re family or not get in line and don’t destroy food by putting stuff in it. Pathetic human beings. Has these small bubbles that look like saliva. Very disturbing.
