Superb cheesesteak here, cooked right in front of you so the smell can tantalize you even more before you get it paired with some great fries. Add the seasoning they have to huge a flavor twist of your choosing. Do try their flavored lemonades, strawberry is the best in my opinion. You can't go wrong with Charlie's.

The sandwich was made fresh and was very good. The fries and cheese sauce were good as well. Friendly and prompt service, but do expect to wait because the meat for the sandwich is cooked after you order.

BEST PHILLIE STEAKS EVERRRRR! when it comes to mall food Charley's is the way to go. The staff is always friendly and genuinely care about you and your business, so much so, that they put chick-fil-a to shame! The food is always fresh and warm, and served with a smile. THE BACON 3 IS LEGENDARY AND THE CHEESE BACON FRIES ARE TO DIE FOR! its a shame that chick-fil-a tends to draw in more ppl, to be honest cfa is overrated anyway. Whenever I'm at the mall, and i want REAL food, i go to Charley's! Also unlike a certain neighboring restaurant, (cough cough chick-fil-a) Charley's gives unlimited re-fills. Thanks for nothing chick-fil-a, who are you to deny me carbonated nourishment?!? At least Charley's knows what's up, they keep it real! 😉

Hubby ordered the Philly Cheesesteak and cheese-bacon fries; I got the Chicken Cheesesteak. Relatively fast service. Fries were tasty but my chicken cheesesteak was a bit bland.

It was pretty good mostly, a little bit salty in my opinion, I got the chicken teriyaki sandwich with the gourmet fries (cheese & bacon), the staff was very kind and fast, the deserve the best

They don’t have CLEAN trays, I even showed to the guy that all trays were dirty and he did nothing, disgusting.

I ordered throw Uber eats someone had taken my order before the driver had gotten there. So they remade it I got my order and it was all messed up who put lettuce tomato and dill pickles on a cheese steak I had added extra cheese and mushroom. My cheese steak is falling apart it's soggy and not how I ordered it.

First and last time . They were out of just about everything including Customer service . The food I did receive was over cooked and was thrown together. I asked the lady if she would be ok with being served her food looking the way it did . She laughed at the food I was showing her and said no . We were hungry when we arrived and hungry when we left .

The meat was so thin a flat like paper it had absolutely no flavor whatsoever to it. The lemonade was extremely sour and over sugared syrup. Customer service was good, that I will give you. However the taste of this food was absolutely horrible with no flavor at all. I would never recommend this place at all whatsoever Subway is way better. I've been doing consumer reports with restaurants for 18 years now and this is one of the worst absolute flavored subs.

They were slow taking orders and serving them. The food was mediocre. But the worst thing is they gave my food to the customer after me. I watched him open it and tell them it was not his. I tried to get their attention that it was probably mine but they didn't see me. He returned just minutes later with the same food box and the rest of my order. I didn't complain because I seen that the other customer did not touch my food and I hate the thought of pissing off the cook and they spit in your food! I just felt it should have been remade without me asking for it. The employees were not rude but not really friendly so I didn't feel comfortable complaining.

If you're gonna put lettuce, tom, pickles, and mayo on a sandwich it would be nice if you wrote that on the menu. I hate pickles and mayo so my sandwich was ruined when I went to eat it
