I ordered a Strawberry Shake, and it was the best Strawberry Shake I've ever had! Staff was friendly, and got our drinks to us fast. Definitely going back!

Sooo this place has gotten cuter and cuter every time! I hadn’t been here in a while but gladly they did not disappoint. Their ice cream is still as creamy and delicious as when I first tasted it! I really love the passionfruit chia! Idk it’s honestly my fave! 😻 if you haven’t been here, you definitely should try it out!! Their menu just got even cuter too!’ 🥹

Reasonable prices and really pretty place. Bubble tea was delicious and was a bit cheaper ($5.20 large) compared to other bubble tea stores in Laredo. Great costumer service. 5/5

Very good Ice Cream and Bubble Waffle. Not overly sweet but just right with freshness and flavor to soothe my sweet tooth. Will definitely visit again when back in the area!

Ordered the coconut guava tea & Oreo sheet ice cream. Both super delicious! The tea was very refreshing, not too sweet. Just perfect for hot weather. I liked the ambience the shop had, very photo ready for IG or FB. Large selection for tea and ice cream. Definitely will come back to try more!

I was in town from Dallas for work when I found this cute place, but really my favorite was the Banana Milk Boba I’ve never tried a flavor like that and enjoyed the aesthetics of it all, will definitely be going back when I visit again

Super nice staff. Tasty treats. Good place to hang out with friends or family. I got the watermelon milk tea and my friend got the banana milkshake and my sister got the banana rolled ice cream. 10/10

This place has the best bubble tea in Laredo. Their classic milk tea is super comparable to those at Kung Fu Tea and Gong Cha! The service was extremely friendly and the place has such a cute atmosphere. Also, their cups are adorable and are surprisingly good, sturdy quality! Definitely going to be coming back regularly!

5 out of 5, it’s by far the best ice cream I’ve ever had, in fact it’s addicting ❤️❤️ One suggestion is to please add your business to one of the delivery sites!

Really vibrant place. I loved the cup were they served the shake, the lid has cat ears. We ordered the "guava" and the "sakura". The only thing is that the servers were nice but according to the place full of colors and cute decoration you kind of expect them to be more welcoming or with more energy (maybe that day they were tired). But I don't let that be one reason to not go and try the matcha frappe next time!

My daughter's love this place, there's something for everyone in the family from young to old. Their ice creams and shaved ice creams are so unique oriental style. They also have plenty of drinks to choose from, starting from bobba teas, milk teas to other fresher drinks to cool down, from hot to iced. I totally recommend this snack place for uniqueness!

My first time here so I asked Adrian what he recommended and he said to go with Superfruit Fruit Tea and the Guava Coconut Water. Both were amazing and I will be back!

But this last time I went was about a week ago, two girls were making my ice cream and drinks in gym outfits, and I found it a bit off-putting since they used no gloves for my ice cream, as well as it did not feel clean for someone in gym wear to be making my orders. Since it's a restaurant and they are not outside or anything. Besides them, I enjoy this place and all the anime collection that they have

This place is great! It is very clean and the customer service is awesome. The employees are nice people. I bought the cookies and cream ice cream rolls. The presentation was excellent and the ice cream was creamy and not too sweet. The flavors were balanced. Also the portion was just right not too much not too little. You could probably share it with someone. If I come back to Laredo I will definitely come back here.

The pink hair girl and rainbow glasses girl are always rude so I avoid going every time I see them through the window, I made the mistake of going today with friends and the pink haired girl was high and looked like she didn't want to be there. Everyone else is wonderful but management should do something about those two.

Rating: ⭐ / ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I really wanted to enjoy this local spot, but my recent visit was a bit of a meltdown—literally. For a place named Snow Ice Cream and Tea, there was a surprising lack of both "snow" and efficiency. The Experience: * Menu Meltdown: Most of the menu was unavailable because their ice machines were down. It's hard to run a specialty cold-treat shop when you can't actually make the ice. * Waffle Wait: They were down to a single working waffle machine, which made the options feel extremely limited and the wait times longer than they should have been. * The "Strawberry Ice": Since most of the menu was offline, I settled for the strawberry ice that was actually available. Unfortunately, it was very unappetizing—lacking in flavor and texture. Final Verdict: It’s tough to recommend a place when the core equipment isn't functioning. I hope they can get their machines back up and running soon, but for now, it was a pretty disappointing visit.
