Came here in a Sunday night after hiking jn the Adirondacks. No food options between there and Albany. Thankfully they were open. The young workers were super friendly and helpful. Above and beyond. Polite and sweet. Food was great too. Manager: reward those kids on the 8/3/25 night shift

Fast service, nice outdoor seating, can't beat the convenience of being right next to several hotels and the Northway. Plus, they have an alcohol license and will make you a margarita from scratch! That's above and beyond, I love it. And, of course, the food is always fresh and yummy.

hipotle at 2 Wade Rd in Latham is always a great spot for a tasty meal. The food is fresh, flavorful, and consistently delicious — the burritos and bowls are packed with great ingredients and cooked just right. The staff here is friendly and quick, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. If I had one small wish, it would be for slightly bigger serving sizes — everything tastes so good that you just want a bit more of it! Still, the quality is excellent, and this location definitely delivers when you’re craving Chipotle.

This chipotle is a hit or miss. Sometimes it’ll be great. Sometimes they give a lot and sometimes not so much. Online orders are generally good and the quantities are usually decent. I had the included utensils and napkins option selected but they did not give me any forks and napkins. Someone the chicken will be undercooked. Other times it’s Good. Sometimes the rice is hard. Sometimes it’s not.

I usually order on the app and pick it up. I don’t think my order has ever been ready anywhere near the time the app suggests. I usually end up standing there waiting in the restaurant for an extra 10 min or more. Luckily the food is always good. The staff usually isn’t very friendly either. If the food wasn’t as good as it is and as fresh as it is I wouldn’t go here. No way I would ever eat in either. There’s no room and no privacy.

The bowl with honey chicken was good but I can't understand why every time I visit a Chipotle, the chips are stale - like eating cardboard. Gotta get it together Chipotle.

This is a nice franchise and is well kept for the most part. They get so busy here that they have trouble keeping the utensils, soda, and napkins stocked. Otherwise they do not make many mistakes and can get you in and out pretty quickly. Definitely a good place for a quick lunch.

We regularly door dash lunch from this location but, honestly food portions have really gotten sparse. For the price of the food; CMG has simply gotten too expensive! bowls and burritos that fetch $15-$20 per should be loaded. so many other places to get lunch with that kind of money

I've been here twice in the past two weeks and quite frankly it's disgusting. The trash is literally over flowing there is food all over the ground the counters are gross. The staff looks absolutely miserable minus the sweet people at the register. It feels like my order is an inconvenience. I worked here a few years ago and the standards clearly went down extremely far. The food was okay my order was right last time the salad was like soggy and weird and my daughter got a solid 3 chips in her bag. But that part is all around okay. But everything else is just plain dirty

Since I was in the latham area with my daughter, we decided to go to that Chipotle location and never been there. Lots of boisterous college kids. Before ordering a 🌯 with white 🍚, I noticed it was bottom of the barrel which the worker tried to put into my 🌯. I asked for fresh rice and she gave me an attitude with rolling 👀 SAYING " that is all we have until the other worker finishes cleaning." I gave in until the worker actually preparing my 🌯 put in all the stuff I didnt want because other workers were arguing, I told him I did not want it and he threw it away Fortunately for me when I ordered another 🌯 after the other 1⃣ was thrown in the garbage, I got fresh white 🍚 😊 but they were very cheap with the meat 😠 made very cheap! Plus some of the workera were arguing with profanity and a line of customers. Definitely will not go to this location again 👎and will stop eating at Chipotles because most of the workers are young, have no business and professional etiquette.

If you order vegan/vegetarian don’t be surprised if there is meat in your meal. I always order sofritas and have a vegan/vegetarian diet and I could count on 2 hands how many times I have pieces of steak or pork in my bowl. I’ve even seen steak in my side of guacamole. I haven’t been eating here as much. Would love to see the company increase their quality control and not work so fast to get orders out the door.

I enjoy Chipotle but this place has stupid parking!!! Major lunch rush! I couldn't even eat there after I was trying to turn myself around in the way one entrance, because I drove in by mistake, after that charade I couldn't walk in the place. Three State troopers took up the last few spots so I did that ish in front of them. I was just so hungry it made me angry. I ate at the sub place right next door instead.

I ordered a pick up meal for me and my girlfriend. I ordered a salad and literally got a tablespoon of dressing in the souffle cup that barely covered the bottom of said cup. I actual measured it to find out it was only a tablespoon. How is that acceptable for a salad? Will never get food from that location again. The food was good but the salad was dry.

Chips were stale, and prices were higher than anything I have ever seen. Payed 60 dollars for 3 salads and 1 burrito with minimal meat. 15 dollars for a salad is absurd. I only got lettuce, small portions of meat, rice, cheese and beans. At that point just buy all the ingredients for the same price and make 20 salads and 4 burritos. 2 foot tall mountain of trash at the doorway. The only good thing was the service. Do not recommend.

Chipotle, please putscales on your line instead of leaving the portion sizes up to the discretion of whoever is serving! A double portion should be the same across your chain of res! It is not fair to the customer to have to prompt/encourage your employees to put the proper amount of ingredients ft heir meals nor should the customer be cheated based on someone's opinion of single vs. double portions.

I understand Chipotle is a busy establishment but take some pride in the place! They almost NEVER have their tables wiped down here and their floors are always filthy! They have four handmade juice options and usually only have TWO working. Today there was ONE with a little bit in it. This place is absolutely trash. No cheese, no guacamole, no salsa... with 2 hours to go for service. I call bs.. They probably had it in the back and didn't want to open a new bag. Basic tenets of a burrito/Mexican food. Place is dirty and the staff is a bit rude. There are too many burrito type places to eat in Latham and in the surrounded area. Oh and $34 for 2 burritos and burrito bowl that were missing some core ingredients. They are a Hard pass. Go elsewhere.

This is an unfortunate event, I was highly dissatisfied with the quality of food we received for our office meeting. From the moment the delivery arrived, it was clear that things had gone horribly wrong. The DoorDash driver, Andrea, arrived with a sopping wet, ripped bag. She apologized but claiming it was Chipotle's fault for the spilled dressing. However, the state of the bag, with its gaping hole and the two crushed salads inside, was simply unacceptable. This situation was especially disheartening, given that it was intended for our office meeting. For the amount of money we spend on food for our office gatherings, the quality and presentation should reflect that investment. Instead, it felt like we received a hastily thrown-together meal that seemed as if it had just come out of a trash can, which reflects poorly. We expect a certain standard. To have the food arrive in such a state just isn’t acceptable.This experience has left a sour impression, reinforcing the need for better quality control

The service at the location has been terrible recently. There is either meat in the Veggie dishes, or half of the items are missing in the pickup orders. I ordered 2 burritos at the restaurant today, and while making the payment, the cashier put only 1 burrito in the bag. They also forgot to attach a receipt, so no way to ask for a refund...

This location used to be quite good. Hadn't been in a while until tonight. Miserable service from surly workers. The woman who gave me my bag just threw it on the counter. Got home less than 5 minutes later and the food is cold. Beware of food poisoning. Almost all of your recent reviews seem to be bad. Send management over there, asap. Now I'm aggravated. Reponse from the "owner" tells me to contact chipotle via their website. It requires me to include an email address which must be tied to an account. I don't have and never will have an account with a fast food retailer. Congrats, again, Chiptole. I'd now give you less than one star if I could.

Do not waste your time and order ahead! Even a 9pm order isn't ready upon arriving at 920. And then they're asking who was there. JUST MAKE THE ORDERS AS THEM COME IN! This is the whole reason people order ahead

Absolutely atrocious. Ordered my food. Arrived to this chipotle and the doors are locked 40 mins before closing. All the food is put away and my order is not being prepared. I did not receive my food and I was not the only customer who did not receive their food. The night workers were so rude and refused to make my order.

Forget about saying hi to customers they where talking to each other all the time grabeed bowl for burito then white rice for brown and so on , the girl was very rude and when i asked for nane refused. This location has consistently had terrible quality of service. My most recent order was missing almost all of the ingredients: missing guacamole, sour cream, lettuce, and corn salsa. Using the app is so frustrating, it's all automatic and gave me free guac on my next order then closed out. Once I can understand, but this happens every other time from this specific location.

Abysmal customer service!! I place an order shortly after opening hoping to run in on my way to work… I get there way past the promised time.. food is not ready and there’s no one to ask even though there’s at least 10 employees standing around idly (they all ignore me)… only one person in the online order is “working” i.e. barely moving… If there isn’t any customers in the store is it policy for those employees to just stand around and not help with mobile orders?????so I stand there for good 10 minutes then ask the girl if she can give me an update on my order or if there was a way to cancel the order… she just stares at me and says NOTHING! …. Needless to say I was late to work and I will not come back… the rude can stay rude and keep on bouncing from job to job… I don’t need that in my life… plenty other options

Service and quality left. Hard rice 1/2 the time now. You get 10 chips in a bag. Not enough rice given when u ask. Ask for 1/2 a scoop of guacamole got a heaving amount. Then pay a lot for ride service. Mobile orders aren’t ready on time no more or even on the shelf. Rude customer service experience multiple times.

Terrible food. Been to this place few times and they never got the order properly done. Either the food was over-salted or too spicy when we didn’t order it spicy. Their salads look like somebody threw stuff randomly, quite often they didn’t have the ingredients that we ordered but some other ones. This later problem is a serious safety issue. Every time we left a tip trying to be nice but the place got much worse for the past two years. Their service is no better than the food. One time they lost my order and tried to argue but I showed them the email receipt. The manager claimed they didn’t get the payment and would give me the food for “free”. However, my credit card was actually charged - this is the right thing, the food is paid but lying manager isn’t. Finally, after them regularly missing items I decided to avoid this place.

We visited Chipotle on Friday night around 7 PM. There were about twenty customers in the restaurant, but what really stood out was the lack of cleanliness. The counters in the dining area were very dirty, and I’ve never seen a Chipotle kitchen in such poor condition — the kitchen counters were visibly unclean as well. It was truly disappointing and not representative of the standards we’ve come to expect from the Chipotle brand. I hope the franchisor takes a closer look at the management of this location.

I visited Chipotle in the heart of Latham, and I have to say I was really disappointed by the state of the restaurant. The counters were dirty, the glass was smudged, and there was food scattered around the prep area. It didn’t feel like a place where fresh food should be served. To be clear, I don’t blame the workers. They seemed overwhelmed and doing their best. This points more to poor management and a lack of standards. For a restaurant that holds such a prominent spot in the community—and charges $13 for a burrito—customers should expect a clean and well-maintained environment. This location has the potential to do better, but it starts with management taking pride in the space and holding the team to higher cleanliness standards.

A recent visit to this Chipotle was a huge disappointment. We ordered a veggie bowl but it contained chicken. This was a frustrating and unacceptable error. Been pondering posting this as I’m not big on giving poor reviews but in the end had to for this location. My wife and I stopped in last week for a quick bite on a road trip through the area. Stopped in around 8PM. First off the line was super long and moved slow. So once we finally made it to the front to order, we were informed right away that they had no more steak or any cheese. Really? Not stocked on a Fri night? And it wasn’t really late. First strike. So we ordered and went to eat at the table. It was noisy all over (inside and out) with tons of teenagers. I took the first bite of my burrito and it was like they stuck an ice cube in the middle. It wasn’t cold inside….it was ice cold! Plus whatever they put in there that was that cold was melting and made the burrito soggy. Both of our meals were way too salty and my wife couldn’t even finish hers. It was so bad that we may not even eat at another Chipotle again. We thought about lodging a complaint with a manager but figured it would be to no avail as all we saw were kids working the line. Not an adult in site. Plus the line was even bigger by that time. So if you are in the area, you may want to try one of the other options that are available near by. Will not be going back to this one again.

PLEASE COOK YOUR RICE!! You always serve half cooked rice. Who eats half cooked rice??? You guys are degrading the food quality. We waited for 10 mins because you were cooking a new pot of rice and we still got this half cooked rice. This is the 4th time we have been getting this.

Worst chipotle I have ever been too. Walking in there is a sign written by a 5 year old that says “no chips”. They only had fountain soda at the drink counter ( no fruit punch drinks that my home chipotle has) The place was disgustingly dirty, spilled drink on the floor in a puddle nobody bothered to clean up. Plus garbage cans out with no bags inside. I had salad and they have no dressing. I will never go back.

Time after time this location is out of product. Again tonight they were out of both chicken and steak. Made announcement would take 45 minutes. ???? Why so long. Horrible preparation. This is not uncommon at all. If not they are out of Guac or something else. The line is gross and tables are a mess. When they do have product I find it is the worst quality of chipotles in our area. Clearly the manager/owner is over their head. Place is a total gong show. Truly is horrible last 5+ times. I will take my business elsewhere.

BONES IN CHICKEN MADE ME CHOKE!! I ordered a bowl with chicken as the protein. I was about 1/4 of the way through the bowl when I swallowed a piece of chicken and a bone got stuck in my throat. I was alone at the time and had to make myself throw up to get the bone out of my throat before I passed out from lack of oxygen. This was a terrifying experience. THEN as I continued to eat the bowl, looking cautiously at every bite, I found ANOTHER BONE!! I haven't had this experience from Chipotle before, so I never would have thought to check each bite for bones. CHECK YOUR CHICKEN, FOLKS! Or better yet, don't even order it. I know I won't be.

Horrid Service, short slim medium skin tone female was extremely rude, came in after paying $35 for a bowl and a burrito, to now find out there was no queso, didnt know how to go about a refund and we responded with nothing but kindness. Upon telling us about the queso, same named female was muttering obscenities under breath directed towards us coming in "too close to close" and ordering queso, mind you its 2 hours before close. After all this, was greeted by lettuce all over my seat when I attempted to sit down along with a strong odor of fermented drinks. This was possibly due to the soaked rug by the drink station, and the obvious lack of cleaning skills taught at the establishment. Lastly, girlfriends cup had both sour cream and oil smeared all over it, to wrap all this up, when we were leaving this pigsty, they had the audacity to laugh at us. 0 out of 5 stars if possible negative, DONT COME HERE, SAVE YOUR MONEY

Ordered on the app 30 mins prior, just to wait an additional 15 minutes because “the chicken is not ready, we gotta cook it”. On top of that, the bowl had 2 pieces of chicken. Mind you, I ordered a double portion and paid for a double portion. They are very inconsistent with their job.

Terrible customer service or even human decency. I am not a boomer or a Karen but the basic interaction I expect is a hello not a “bowl or burrito” cashier just tapped the total amount to pay and did not bother speaking or using words while the other staff were on their phones or using air pods. Over all very nasty attitude from staff that feel insulted for customers ordering or requesting to add items to their bowl! I get it can be overwhelming during this season but the arrogance and hate is shocking. This is coming from a guy in his late 20s that never writes reviews.

I would minus that one star off aswell. The service was slow. We ordered at 6pm to pick up at 7 and it was not ready we were left waiting until 8.00pm. The staff excuse was we're busy. Very very poor excuse if you are open for business you must be prepared to deal with busy periods without impacting customer experience! Will not recommend anyone visit here!

Went to Latham Chipotle tonight. One guy working the line. 8:30 pm - 3 guys around the grill....2 watching the one cook. I go to order 2 bowls. No steak, no lettuce, no corn, no peppers/onions. I ask the guy when these items would be replaced and the smart alec girl from the online section replies....tomorrow morning!! Are you serious? You have a line outside the door...employees standing around and you cant fill the empty containers? You're still open a couple more hours!!! BTW...the Restaurant is filthy! One guy grabs a broom and starts slinging trash around the open food lines. It's a hard pass for me!

Long wait for SUPER salty food. And by that i mean I was spitting out mouthfuls.. if I had high blood pressure prior there's no chance I could have ate it. I was lightheaded after eating some due to the amount of salt. Other comments on cleanliness are accurate, the rug alone in waiting area was caked.

Despite specifically ordering a veggie bowl, I was repeatedly served a meat-based dish at this branch. This unfortunate mistake has occurred on multiple occasions, leaving me without a proper dinner. One of the dirtiest places I have ever seen. Someone has to tell the employees once they touch there face, hair or clothing they have to put new gloves on. I watched every employee touch there face, hat, hair etc and they kept making food. Look at the glass in front of the food, nasty. I walked right out after observing all of this.

Pulled in, burrito ran over in the parking lot. Walk in, one poor soul doing the line, and 3 or 4 people standing by to go. Felt like a get together or a BBQ, jamz 96.3 pumping. There was a burrito squished on the floor noticeable from where you stand. Wish I could say this was an isolated incident, but it's not. Never seems like there's a manager there, like a free for all. People dont seem to want to work there. A door knob has more personality than the workers. Place needs to step up.

I ordered Sofritas veg. bowl and they added meat and ruin my food. I will not visit or order food from this place. I advised to all vegetarian people to avoid this place. If they are not respected your choice, culture and religion they are not deserving good customer.

Worst chipotle in the area. All of the staff are so rude and the food today was absolutely atrocious. Chicken was burnt and seemed to be from last night, they were out of hard taco shells and wouldn’t make a quesadilla in store even tho their online ordering was down. Additionally, the store was 15 minutes late to open up and the was a complete mess. Flies all over the place and swarming my food and a mildew like smell up by the counter. Super disappointed.

Place is a complete gong show. Always a mess and out of product on the line. No steak, chicken or rice on countless occasions. 8pm and same nonsense, not rush hour. Compete overhaul in order. Do better.

This is the grossest Chipotle we have ever been to! The food was subpar and made us sick afterwards. The entire place is dirty, trashy and disgusting. The bathrooms are cleaner at a truck stop. If it is this dirty I can’t imagine how gross the kitchen is. Don’t go here.

I NEVER write reviews but this chipotle is by far one of the worst I’ve been to.. so much so I even stopped coming for 4 months. I decided to come back after months of waiting to see if they got their act together and I was gravely disappointed. Even worse than before. I wish I could give this store no stars at all. This is the most convent chipotle near me that is why I have continuously tried coming back, each time I am disgusted and upset after leaving. The service and staff there are disrespectful and rude. I come around night time because of my work hours and I am hungry after my shift. I’m assuming the night shift is nothing but teenagers with how they present themselves and act. They talk about their customers and give out nasty looks and stare. They rush you when you are ordering when they are mad or upset (presumably “upset”). The tables and drink area is ALWAYS FILTHY!!!! And just tonight there was a worker who was sneezing near my food and sat on the counter where the food goes.. Absolutely disgusting. It seems to me there are no mangers around, because how are you letting your employees do this and slack off in a respectable company? Especially with FOOD!!!!

I’ve come here twice. The first time no chips. The second time there is a huge line, we finally get to order and there’s no protein at all. There’s no sign on the door at all. Waste of time

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I'm a long-time worker in food service, and every store I've worked at makes sure we treat every customer with respect. This Chipotle clearly does not care about that. I strongly suggest you check your security cameras or start monitoring your employees more closely. A short, slim Black female employee with a medium skin tone and braided hair was making my order at lightning speed while talking negatively under her breath about me. I could barely get a word in before she aggressively scooped ingredients into the bowl, without making sure I got everything I asked for. Because she was rushing so much, she missed half of what I said. When I kindly asked her to go back and add the items she missed, she responded with a lot of attitude, continued saying rude things under her breath, and then threw my bowl to the next employee. However rest of the employees were very kind. Shocking.

UPDATED: We ordered from this place and if you want hard food then this is the place!!!! HARD RICE AND HARD CHIPS!!!! Broke my tooth 🦷! Ordered from this place last month and the same thing. Probably the last time we order here. #shoplocal I did a pick up. Easy right? I didn't know they put drink orders in the bag so I didn't realize that until I got home so basically I didn't get my drink. I got a burrito bowl with steak. It was good except it was loaded with cheese. I try not to eat dairy but I do like a little from time to time.

Ordered a burrito bowl online with 2x chicken, white rice, corn salsa and guacamole. There was virtually no rice in the bowl and extremely little guacamole. Tried calling the store and wasn't able to get through. Seemed like they turned off their phones. I went through the online support and they would only offer a BOGO for my next order, to which they sent me an email with no QR or code that they said would be in the email. I spent $16 on this both to only have what looks to be $5 worth of food. Very disrespectful TICL that an employee would make a bowl with this little in it and feel fine sending it out to a customer.

I would like to fill a complaint against this store. The team member making the burritos were very unprofessional, very rude , throwing the burritos like he did not want to be there. My brother was defending my mother in the situation and the team member flipped him off and went to the back. The other team member's were making a mockery of it. I’m disgusted and appalled by this staff members actions and it needs to be addressed. If you don’t feel like working and you have an attitude problem just stay home , no one should have to deal with that type of treatment. Thank you very much.

This was the dirtiest Chipotle I have ever been in. The garbage was overflowing and the tables were gross. When I asked for a drink, they said they only had what was in the case of bottled drinks. This did not include WATER. The only beverage without sugar was an expensive nasty canned probiotic soda.

The last time I ate at Chipotle was 6 years ago and was not crazy about it my family and I decided to give it another try. Went to pick up food that we ordered online and when I entered the restaurant it was disgusting. The floors were filthy with food and napkins all over. It just had a dirty feeling. The food was also disgusting. The presentation was not appealing and the packaging was awful. Will never eat there again.

Place is always filthy and the staff is consistently rude. They never have food made and complain when you ask for it . Staff is hanging around talking while 1 person struggles on the line. Don’t waste your time with Chipotle anymore they are terrible. Same experience at North Greenbush location.

They were quite rude. Felt like everything was an inconvenience. We were there not even at an unusable time. It was only 6 PM. Over half our bowl was rice. Roll their eyes when I asked if they could take a little bit out. If I’m paying as much as I am for this food it absolutely should be fair. They hardly even did a full scoop of chicken.

Arrived around 10:30pm chicken was undercooked and mushy/slimy. And they gave extremely too much food, ignoring the required serving sizes. When I got home, I had to pick every single undercooked piece of chicken off of my bowl. Until l decided that I shouldn't eat it just in case, to avoid food poisoning.

Either the advertising on the door is false or the staff is unaware of when the business opens. After opening the doors 20 minutes after advertised time, it still took another 5 minutes for someone to get behind the counter to start doing orders. I understand there are opening tasks to do but customer service should always be priority #1. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I usually go to the Niskayuna location, no complaints. Second experience at Latham and not impressed. I thought I would eat healthier tonight, but half of the bowl was soggy rice with no cilantro flavor. Second they ran out of vegetables at 6pm, didn’t even offer to have me wait, just wanted me out the door. $36 wasted, quality was poor.

This is the second time we order exactly the same "make your own" menu and the items are completely different from the first time! We didn't get nearly as much food as the first time and got a lackluster tiny box (attached) of steak which costs an extra > 10$. You simply cannot be that inconsistent with your orders if you want to keep your clients.

After a horrible experience at the Clifton Park store thought I would give Latham a try...it was no better. Ordered a chicken bowl and chips and guacamole. The guacamole had a huge piece of avocado which took up half of the cup. Then went to eat my chicken bowl but it was clearly not chicken. Never again will I patronize a Chipotle.

Store was overly crowded, waited longer than my expected time for an online order which is fine they were super busy. Staff wasnt friendly what so ever ordered a carne asada bowl there was literally like 4 pieces of steak in it and when i asked for vinegrette dressing funny they didnt have any which seems to be the normal lie for chipotle. You sell salads how do you not have dressing. I will not be ordering from Chipotle ever agin!! I refuse to pay 20 dollars for a mediocre bowl of rice and veggies and not be able to enjoy it to my liking because they dont want to give out dressing. Your more than welcomed to go stand on line for 20 plus mins, pay for overly priced rice without a smile, this is just my opinion.

I placed catering order for delivery. When Door Dashed arrived they came with my pickup order which was a kids meal (and no drink). I had to call customer service once again to track the catering order. This is not the first time this location on Wade Rd. has messed up our catering orders but will be the last time. Additionally, the website failed to thoroughly describe the contents in the build your own burrito catering box. We received 10 normal size soft tortillas. I had assumed that each person would have at least 2 tortilla or 1 large tortilla. Additionally, $11.75 per person for 1 tiny taco NO DRINKS OR SIDE is not worth $166.65 for 10 tacos. This is highway robbery!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Word of mouth marketing is the oldest method and still works today! Good luck robbing people!

"I'm not sure if this manager or not, but she acted very rudely and showed bad behavior towards the customer. As you can see in the video, she was using her phone while working. She did the same thing when I asked for my order, telling me to wait because she was talking to her boyfriend or something. I think she's not suitable for this business. Chipotle needs to take action against her and hire someone who can provide better service. She's clearly not caring about the business or the customers, as evidenced by her phone use at work.

My Boyfriend and I order our bowls an hour in advance and got to the store and got to the store with a line of maybe 20 people waiting for their online order. There was 1 women who was working the online orders (BIG PROPS) and about 4 guys and 2 girls sitting on their phones watching her do it all. No exaggeration… watching her doing about 25 orders. The 20 people waiting were practically begging for someone to help this women. Eventually one girl came to help and things started to smoothen. About 45 mins after our order was supposed to be ready we got our food and drove home. Opened our food and his bowl had 0 protein in it when there was supposed to be double and all of my bowls toppings. Practically nothing but the rice was right. My bowl had protein but was missing all my toppings. Not to mention there was almost nothing in our bowls and what was left was ice cold. Worst chipotle either of us have ever had and have no one to contact about it and deserve a refund if not more for an almost $30 order.
