Burgers were good but the two orders of fries were not so good. Two orders of fries felt like, they given us the left over small fries. Most of the fries were short and tasted stale.

Tonight I order two cheeseburgers and a large fry and the burgers where delish but my fries where definitely overcooked first time this has happened to me v sad must be a new or careless cook but make sure check your fries before leaving or you will end up like me

I had a good experience at Five Guys! The cleanliness and organization of this location are truly impressive. Krystal, the cashier, was incredibly friendly and helpful in taking our order. Despite the snowy weather and a full grill, our order was ready in just 5 minutes. It's evident that this team knows how to handle busy times efficiently. I would give 5 stars if they had hand sanitizer and gave that extra tray of fries like every other location.

This used to be a good place to go to — the employees were friendly and their uniforms were always clean. Not so much anymore. The staff is rude, their shirts are dirty, and honestly their appearance usually reflects how they prepare the food.

Prices went up, quality dropped all the way down like a dead bird to the ground.. burned fries, each one I bite into just crisps away in my mouth with a burned taste barely any soft potato. Gave me an outrageously priced $17 burger with Wilty lettuce turning brown and soggy pickles… I lost a little bit more faith in the world today. Edit: went back to complain about it After I got all the way home and they fixed it So thanks, but still come on now. I’ll be going to BK next time for a whopper instead after this experience

I ordered on Uber Eats from the Niskayuna location and it was great. Then I ordered from the Latham location and it seemed like my order was ready for about 45 minutes before an Uber Eats driver picked it up. The burgers were totally soggy and a big mess. The roll was all soggy. They should coordinate the time the food is ready with the location of the driver so the food isn’t just sitting there getting soggy.

Only consistent thing here is how few fries they give. Ordered 2 regular size fries, one Cajun and one regular, they put them upside down and in the same bag. On top of that, the two "regular size" barely made one. There are two other 5 guys nearby, you're better off going to one of them. They weren't even busy, so I don't know what the issue is with this place. I won't be back here.

Unlike other Five Guys locations, this one does not include the typical extra fries in the bottom of the bag. You only receive what fills the cup. At these prices, it feels stingy and not in line with the usual Five Guys experience.

Five Guys prices went up on the 🍔 and fries 🍟👎 They were infamous with their generous portions of 🍟 but not no more, they are now part of the Shrinkflation wave (You pay More for Less)🤬 Which means me and the 5 Guys are not Bros any more!

Service is extremely slow at all times and employees actively ignore customers and drivers. Expect to wait on every order upwards of 20 minutes past when it's marked as ready to pick up
