The best taco bell around!! When they were closed for renovation I really felt it. They're the only taco bell that consistently makes great food no matter the item. They get the orders right, they're fast even when crowded. Can't say enough nice things about this tbell. I go out of my way to go to this one because they always make the burritos fat, the cheese cups are filled. They don't skimp on the Fiesta potatoes. And on the rare occasion they do mess something up, they fix it without getting rude or accusing you of lying. Great job guys 👍

Marsha was working today, and she was so pleasant. She greeted you when you came in and said, "Have a nice day," when you left. She was extremely attentive to the dining room tables. As soon as customers left, she would be right over there cleaning the area. More Taco Bells should have people like Marsha. I walked out smiling!! Great Job!!!

This is the cleanest Taco Bell location in the area. The service is fast and friendly. Our food was hot and fresh! The only gripe would be that their co2 needed to be changed. Otherwise a great atmosphere and eating experience!

Update 05/08/2024 - I just went through the drive thru at this Taco Bell in Latham at 7:10pm - I ordered the Cantina Bowl with seasoned beef in place of the chicken, and it was fresh and delicious! I wasn't sure what to expect of the bowl because I'd never gotten one at a Taco Bell before, so I also ordered a Beef Supreme Chalupa - just in case I didn't like the bowl. Wow! The chalupa was done perfectly - the shell actually had a crispy crunch to it (the way it should) and all of the ingredients were spread through the chalupa so that every bite had every ingredient in it! I couldn't have made it better myself :) Thank you, Taco Bell of Latham, for exceeding my expectations tonight! I'm upgrading my stars on this place :) I ordered a Beef Supreme Burrito and a Beef Chalupa Supreme at 7:00 pm. The person who took our order was polite. The service was pretty quick today and I actually got beef in my Chalupa, so that was good. However, today also marks the 10th out of 20 orders of beef supreme burritos I’ve ordered that was not correct. All I got was a tortilla with beans, onions, and tomatoes wrapped in it. My receipt says “Beef Supreme Bur” so I know they didn’t misunderstand my order. They just failed to put in the beef, cheese, and the sour cream. This is a frequently repeated problem. Fortunately, my son talked me into going to another fast food joint to get burgers so we didn’t starve. I’m just disappointed that a simple burrito just can’t get handed over correctly. I’m so tired of paying for things that I don’t actually get.

As far as Taco Bells go this place is above average. Service and food are always about as expected. Taste is what is expected. One item is always crushed in the bag. The only weird part of the ordering experience is that I can't order more than $50 though their online menu. 4 adults and 3 kids need separate orders why?

Whoooboy, I am in Latham passing through between Boston and Rochester tonight. I was starving. I cannot begin to tell you how amazing this Taco Bell is. These magical people built me the very best Mexican Pizza I have ever had, and the custom burrito I ordered was not only nailed, it was stuffed fat and closed expertly, and like a miracle it handled like a dream eating it in my car. SO GOOD!! Thank you, Taco Bell! Hongry no más!

I personally dislike ordering from a screen. I only wanted the #2 combo. Something that an in-person teller could have handled in seconds. But no, I had to stand there pushing button after button asking if I wanted add-ons instead of letting me go directly to check out. One lady did come out to help me. She was very nice, but the electronic screen had already frustrated me. The food was good like usual, but I'm in no hurry to go back and repeat this process.

I was very happy to see the return of the nacho fries hopefully they will stop taking them away then bringing them back I was also happy when they were willing to substitute chicken for the beef in my taco The employees in the drive thru are always very pleasant and give great customer service

Ita always kind of hit and miss at this Taco Bell? The last time we went food, service and experience were great. Food was fresh, tasted good. Plenty of sauce. The time before the woman taking orders was.... not with it. Took her several minutes to figure out a 3 item order and it was still messed up when I got it, no sauces or napkins. I guess that's the fast food experience these days in general?

The employees are more interested in shouting slurs and curse words at each other than they are in getting orders correct. The manager on duty even attempted to get them to quiet down, they simply told him to shut up and went about their loud, disrespectful business. I don’t have a high bar of expectations for a Taco Bell, but this restaurant fails to reach even that. Do not recommend, especially for families.

we ordered inside at the kiosk and that was definitely a mistake. Taco Bell needs to either get rid of their dumb drive thru rule or hire more people to work the front. we waited literally 40 minutes for our orders and we were the only ones inside when we ordered. then a huge group formed behind us. people were going through the drive thru the whole time just fine though. food was great but it’s hard to enjoy when you’re a little bitter lol

worker we talked to was very nice. but obviously they just didn’t wanna work😭🤣 i worked at the wolf road location. and refuse to go there because of how bad its got. but we just pulled up to this location and literally 6 workers sitting out back smoking just staring at us pulling into the drive through. and again the worker on the headset was SO nice and respectful. but can blatantly hear the other workers still outside laughing as hes telling out they don’t have the product to make a soft taco part pack at the moment. the beef was just dropped into the drop. and the other workers talking about how they need to stop smoking so much weed on the clock. to each there own but like… that’s just lazy?

this location seems to have gone way downhill during the pandemic... the last two times I went, my crunch wrap was so sloppily thrown together, the flour tortilla so ripped up, that it was impossible to be eaten with one hand. see attached photo for one that came out of the bag looking like the millennium falcon, so I guess that was at least amusing??? absolutely love cheesy gordita crunches, and since they don't come in a meal anymore I ordered one by itself. 4 bucks for a taco shell that was broken in half due to lack of filling inside (very little ground beef, a tiny bit of lettuce, no cheese at all), and a supposed cheesy part that was one tiny sprinkling of cheese in the center of the gordita, completely unmelted. the only good thing I can say is I asked them to leave off the sauce and they got that part right. only adding a second star because most of the people that take orders there are super friendly and funny, and seem to enjoy their job way more than the quality of the food would suggest.

Has gone terribly downhill the last year or so. Orders are frequently wrong items, missing customizations, or straight missing items. My friends and I have been 3 times in the last 3 months and I can not think of a single one of our orders that didn't have an issue. There is an obvious gap in leadership from management, as these issues are present at any time of day, different days of the week. I've had fire rewards stacked up for years, and am so disappointed in this location that I've just uninstalled the app. 2 stars for forcing me to stop eating this crap.

Not sure if the lady manager told me her real name but she said her name was Jessica she was very rude and very aggressive I told her certain situations that could've happened if you didn't come across a person like me I'm not violent nor disrespectful and I'm not going to raise my voice but when I brokedown how someone else would've approached the situation the outcome would've been different I know she is new and she is still learning but the fact that her boss was in the back and never came out until I asked for a refund and I even said to him eventhough her and I had a disagreement maybe Jessica doesn't want to take on more pressure I don't want to intimidate her being that she said I was being disrespectful and rude ...I'm telling you when she said that that broke my heart I have never had anyone nor person ever say that to me a day in my 44 years on this earth but I didn't take it personal I just wanted her to explain how did she come to that conclusion but her attitude did change when I came back in to ask for a refund...I'm actually thinking about going back eventhough I said I will not go back to taco bell and pull her to the side and have a conversation with her to be honest

It appears that Taco Bell probably gave me food poisoning. On 4/30, close to midnight, I made an order, which included 1 chicken-crunchy-taco (receipt available upon request). For context: the order contained other food, not all of which was eaten by me, and the other individual did not get sick. I emphasize, however, that I was the only one who had a chicken-crunchy-taco. I also acknowledge that the Taco Bell wasn't the only thing in my stomach. I'd also eaten a "Met-Rx Big 100 Super Cookie Crunch" protein bar. However, I had no issues with other bars in that same package. The chicken-crunchy-taco in question tasted somewhat fowl, but I unfortunately just tried to ignore it. Severe and total stomach aggravation started about 2 hrs later. After another 5 hrs, I called an ambulance, and was taken to the ER at Samaritan Hospital (receipt available on request). I have not contacted Taco Bell directly. I was incapacitated for about 2 days, and I can't prove this, and don't have time to try. In closing, I do want to acknowledge that I do not have definitive proof; however, this does fit the available facts. I don't have any expectation of compensation; but on the off chance Taco Bell felt like paying for my ambulance ride, that would be appreciated. Thank you.

The place is total garbage. Every time I order there, I regret it. I literally just sat in the drive through for 15 minutes and was told they aren't taking cards, so I had to sit in line for another 20. Total garbage, and when I do get food it's the worst in the area. By far.

Whoever was working drive thru tonight should not be in customer service. We’re greeted with “ we’re short staffed no more than 5 items” so basically I can get 1 meal. Then we ask a question and the guy starts yelling “ I said 5 items bro” we proceed to ask who he’s talking to like that… response was “ bro I’m telling you because your acting stupid. Meanwhile we have kids in the backseat and your being rude to us for trying to give you business? Absolutely ridicules.

Ordered 2 grilled cheese burritos. One was burned black. When I told the girl at the intercom she said pull up please. Nothing else. I then showed it to the black girl at the window. She said that's fine handed me the new one and that's it. I had to drive back and wait in line behind 4 cars to get my non burned burrito. So no it's not fine. Never coming back here again

The service at this location is absolutely horrible! Nothing but young kids with ZERO work ethic. The customer service/ food will confirm this! They gave me such a hard time to just make food I paid for and DID NOT RECIVE!!!! I promise if you’re craving tacos theres an AMAZING taco restaurant (tipsy tacos) right down the road. Or a Taco Bell about 10 mins away. Don’t eat here.

They “close” the drive thru anywhere from 10-30mins prior to what their door and website says. This is the 4th time it’d happen. Will never return to this location again. Sorry other people work late too and just want a quick dinner at 1:30am. Maybe change the operation hours if it’s such an inconvenience for y’all to do your job. Super annoying.

Waited almost an hour to be told "it's going to be another 40 minutes or more" . They were only taking care of drive thru orders. The cashier was playing on her phone and not helping at all, the guy was wiping down tables with just a dry cloth . No cleaning products, not even water. Lobby was a mess. Ordered a lux cravings box, and it was very gross. Like, do not order here. I stupidly substituted steak, got charged extra to be treated with 3 or four tiny pieces of steak on a quarter of the shell; which was also broken. There were random orange fries in my 5 layer burrito, which is not an available ingredient, so I got weirded out and threw it away. Ordered guac and chips got 2 tbsp of guac and literally smashed chips. They probably also spit in my food. How dare I want to alter my order and have it delivered to me. Since I can not drive and was physically igured at the time. Not only will I not go to this Taco Bell again. I won't go to any from here on out. Thanks, Taco Bell, for making me want to boycott all chain restaurants forever.

MY EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE I ORDERED ON THE UBER APP AROUND 10:30, I GET THERE I WAIT 30 MINS IN LINE, I NOTICED THEY ARE PROBABLY OVERWHELMED WITH ALL THE CARS IN LINE AND JUST WANTS TO GO HOME, SO HE SAYS THEY STOPPED ALL UBER ORDERS WHEN CLEARLY UR STOPPING THE BUSINESS BETWEEN UBER AND TACO BELL BECAUSE OF YOUR OWN EMOTIONS AND WEAKNESSES TO WORK, I SHOWED IT TO HIM WE SPENT THE MONEY HE SAID TO "JUST REFUND IT " SO NOW WEE HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE MONEY TO COME BACK AND FIND SOMETHING ELSE TO EAT BECAUSE OF HOW YOUR FEELING ASIDE FROM HANDLING BUSINESS IS DISRESPECTFUL TO ME, WHOEVER RUNS OR OWNS THE LATHAM TACO BELL THERE NEEDS TO BE SOME CHANGES ITS OUTRAGEOUS THE THINGS PEOPLE DO TO OTHER PEOPLE BECAUSE OF THEIR EMOTIONS AND THEY JUST DIDN'T CARE SO IM WRITING THIS TO INFORM THEIR TEAM TO DO WAY BETTER 💯

Incredibly disappointed with the service here, I waited in line for about 5 minutes before I pulled up to the window to see if the place was open like it said online. I looked through the window to see all the employees on their phones doing absolutely nothing. It says this location is open until one and I see no reason your employees should be allowed to ignore people an hour and a half before the closing time. I hope in the future this issue will be resolved, it’s incredibly disrespectful to any of the customers that come through.

The food was terrible. I had 2 small pieces of chicken in a full 5 layer burrito, my cheez it crunch wrap supreme didn't have a cheez it and barely had any sauce and was barely filled. Needs more workers, the average wait time shouldn't be 30 minutes for some terrible food.

I’ve come here 3 times this month from 4-10pm and the wait is 40+ minutes and I wish I was exaggerating. For the sake of whoever is reading this please don’t place a mobile order here because you will have to sit in this awful line or leave empty handed. Just go to the one on wolf road

Easily the worst taco bell in the Capital Region. I made an order on DoorDash and after waiting over an hour and a half and also having 3 dashers fail to retrieve it, i eventually gave up. Horrific service. I find it sad that this is the closest one to me. Not even entirely about me but the people who go out an do the dashing for orders literally sit and waste valuable time that could be spent retrieving other orders and making money. Either hire better employees or just shut it down.

Order during the day only. If you order after ~11pm they will throw whatever they have left in the bag and call it a night. Also takes over 45 min. I order the same thing every time on the app and instead i'll end up with a crunch wrap with only cheese, cheesy gordita crunch with hard potatoes, and MAYBE my drink. My order was 7 items and I only got 3. Also why only cheese????😂 I swear they do it on purpose so you DONT order. This has happened so often I don't even bother getting taco bell anymore. Don't even bother with customer support on the app either because they never get back to you. You need to call instead. Still waiting for my money back after over a week. The people during the day are lovely and always get everything right.

Every time I come to this Taco Bell no matter what time of night the drive thru line is at least 30 minutes. No exaggeration. Complete standstill for at 10-15 minutes bettween cars. Tonight I sat at the window waiting for my food for 25 minutes after waiting in like for 30 as I watched the workers make 10 grubhub/doordash orders. No one once apologized or told me what the hold up was. If there are not enough staff to make DoorDash/grubhub orders on top of fulfilling what is currently at the restaurant then those services should be paused. On top of that, when I finally order and receive my food it is always thrown together so sloppily. The juice is never drained from the beef before being put on our food so our tacos, burritos, etc. are dripping wet through the bag almost inedible. The workers at this Loudon road location clearly do not care at all about what they’re doing and it is so so frustrating to experience this every time. Clearly more people agree, so management PLEASE get better employees or train current ones to do better..

I ordered here a while ago through the app. I picked up my order and got home to find out half of the items were missing and the other half were missing ingredients/had ingredients that I did not order on them. Not a single item was correct. I went through the process on the app to request a refund and I was told "upper management" would call me. They never did, so I called again. Same thing happened 4 times over. Today I called again and I was told my refund was denied, and management would not be contacting me. I used to come here 1-2x a week, but will never be coming here again unless I get my refund for the food I paid for but never received. I should be compensated additionally for the time I've spent on the phone with support. This is disappointing because this location is usually very good with order accuracy in comparison to the Troy locations, but the one time they mess up I am not granted a refund.

I've eaten here before and it's been fine. This time I think whoever made my food was having a stroke. I didn't get half my food and the food I did get had half the ingredients on it. Thank you. Probably the worst experience I've ever had with fast food. I did get it from Uber Eats so who knows what happened.

I had the beefy five layer burrito a few bites in I have a very strong feeling inside my stomach I run to the bathroom (full spirt) I spent like 15 minutes in there and when I came back, my burrito was gone

Whenever I want taco bell kn a Friday night in latham, I end upnregretting it. Severely understaffed shift and once you get to talk to a person, they show zero acknowledgement of the lack of service. Spent over 25 minutes stuck in the drive thru one Friday around 9:30pm. Tonight ordered food for delivery and was told by the driver that staff had to walk outside to wake a blackout individual, and then they were told they couldn't fulfill an order of a chicken quesadilla and hard tacos. What is going on. They need so much more help for such a popular shift

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Unprofessional Service and Misleading Hours (10/12/24) I arrived at your location around 1:30, expecting service based on the hours listed on your website, which state you’re open until 2:00. There was a car in front of me that waited at the speaker for nearly 10 minutes before leaving without receiving any assistance. I remained patient, waiting another 10 minutes, repeatedly asking if anyone was there through the speaker, but received no response. After 20 minutes of waiting with no communication, I finally got out of my car to check what was going on. When I approached the window, one staff member blatantly ignored me, while another casually informed me that the store was closed. By this time, it was 1:50, and there were four cars behind me, all waiting without any indication that the store had closed early. No signs, no communication, just silence. This experience was beyond frustrating. If your hours have changed, you need to update them on your website to avoid misleading customers. Closing 30 minutes early without notifying those who have been patiently waiting is not only unprofessional but downright disrespectful. A simple notice or a heads-up would have prevented this frustrating situation. I can understand if unforeseen circumstances arise, but leaving customers to sit in confusion for 20+ minutes without even a basic courtesy of acknowledging that you’ve closed early is unacceptable. This level of disregard for customer service is incredibly disappointing and needs to be addressed to avoid further frustration for others.

Hey "Hospitality Syracuse," owner of this Taco Bell location, do you care AT ALL how atrociously bad this location has become? Do you not see one-star after one-star after one-star review? I will tack on to those reviews... this is the worst fast-food location I have EVER been to. And I will NEVER return, until these reviews change. This WAS a decent T-bell but that seems like such a distant memory now. I'll only state briefly what has already been stated... longgggggg wait times, careless/indifferent staff, messed up orders, etc. To anyone reading this please don't waste your precious time, energy, or money. To "Hospitality Syracuse" maybe train the staff better here? Drive the few hours over here from Syracuse and fix what's broken? It can't be that complicated. This isn't even that busy of a location, this is Latham!!

Ngl I still ate it but what hell is this!!! It tasted I was eating the char off of a grill. I am so disappointed. How is it possible to burn it this badly. Absolutely unacceptable. If 0 stars was an option this is what I would do. Smh smh smh

Thanks for the reply. I didn't actually give a review with detail as I was busy but here's some more info. I went through the drive through and ordered 3 items. A steak chalupa, a spicy cantina chicken, and a small Baja blast zero sugar. I saw the order on the screen and it says beef chalupa which I kindly corrected the rep and he said he'll fix it. I got my food and there was hardly any food in it and both my items were literally crushed like if someone punched them. Not to mention the steak chalupa was still incorrect and was beef. Icing on the cake was i got a yellow drink which was definitely not a Baja blast. As a franchise owner you may want to take a closer look at your staff and quality control.

This taco bell use to be my favorite because of the freshness of the food and the friendliness of the employees. The food now looks like it was pulled out of the garbage can and employees are rude. They ask you for sauce then don't put in the bag. Won't be eating their any more.

Just curious as to why the store is closed at 8pm on a Sunday when it says you guys are open till 1am ? Changing the time online would save a lot of people from wasting their time and gas when trying to get food from here.

There were no lights on in the parking lot to start off with. Driving up to the speaker took forever with a long line, as there were only two people working. The employees were ignorant and rude, yelling in the background while I was attempting to order. It then took me another 10 minutes before I could get to the window to pay. ANOTHER ten minutes later I finally got my two tacos, which were incredibly skimpy. At least they tasted good. So sad to see a business genuinely struggling so much.

Completely unprofessional. I ordered food and paid an hour before closing, showed up half an hour before closing and still got denied service. They told me that the only DoorDash order they have left for the night was for Tyler because they are closing and when I asked them to double check the name because it’s similar to mine I got yelled at by the employee. I already paid, this is ridiculous if this is how you run a business.

Ordered thru the app to get it delivered with doordash half the items were missing and the other half was wrong they resent the order to the store just for it this time to have extra of what i did not want on it and the same items were missing and wrong never again i'll stick with mcdonalds

They take forever for pickup or drive thru! Especially in the evening, late night. Like 8-10 minutes per order, from ordering to paying to receiving order. So if there is 5 people in like you can bet you’ll be here for 40 minutes or more!!!!! Ugh!!!!

The service has gotten significantly worse in the last 6 months. This was my go-to Taco Bell that always served the best food in the area. I attempted to place an online order over the weekend and waited in the drive thru for 40+ minutes. After finally getting to the speaker (only three cars in front of us when we arrived) we waited another 10 minutes with no answer before pulling up to the window. The worker then informed us they weren’t taking online orders and I would have to pull around and wait in line again if I wanted to order. I really hope there is a change in management or staffing because it should be unacceptable to deny service to this many customers. I just wanted to live más.

As I ordered my food, I didn’t feel like anybody was really paying attention to my order as they took it and as I thought that I was right, I ordered a a beef Chalupa meal and still got chicken. All of my food was upside down in the bag and very messy as I tried to call the store. It keeps on going busy so I hope someone gets back to me as soon as possible

If you're going to ignore cars in the drive-through then just close an hour early and turn off the signs instead of lying that you're open. Second time in two weeks I was ignored for >30minutes.

Don't waste your money here. This taco bell should be closed down. I genuinely love taco bell, I grew up eating it, but every time I order from this one in particular, I have a negative experience. The food is sloppily thrown together. Tortillas are consistently half empty and uncut, and any sauce or drinks ordered are likely to never reach you.

This is a place you should definitely not go to, the staff is very problematic and changes frequently. The new one is even worse. The last time I went, I waited in line at the drive-thru for 40 minutes for the food I had ordered before. The guy rolled up the window and said they were closed... It was a joke, he didn't give me the package that was ready there and said they were closed. An incredibly disgraceful place. Never go... never...

I ordered from uber eats. My order was cancelled so i had to drive and pick it up. First of all they didn't cut my quesadilla. second they gave me 7 Cinnamon delights instead of 12. Taco bell Is horrible and I will not be supporting this business

Placed a mobile order and showed up to the drive thru to be told they were closed. When I asked about my order/payment I got told “I don’t know. We can’t fulfill that right now”. Requested support through the app so hope that fixes it but I won’t be using this location or the app again.

I'm not exaggerating when I say I have been coming here occasionally for 10+ years. This place was decent back in the 2010s but that's not now. I have been giving this location a chance every month or so but this place has been consistently the worst fast food establishment I have ever eaten at. I'm not trying to be rude, but the employees are always, always, always, rude. I don't get in any arguments but they are always so aggressive. They also get my order wrong 80% of the time in the past 5 years it's ridiculous. The foods been cold, the service is pathetic I don't know how this place has been open but I think it's safe for me to conclude I will never eat here again.

Ordered on the app an hr before they closed get to the store and they said the computer was down for that then why was it not taken offline. I order just a quesadilla and fries. I get stuck in the drive thru between cars for 20 min just 1 car infrount of me. Get my food almost right away after the car infrount of me drive away and its all not cooked fries still mostly frozen cheese not melted. Only 1 person cooking all the food and 1 guy playing with cup lids with 1 on the window.

I visited this Taco Bell last night. I pulled into the drive thru line at 6:49, ordered at 7:01, and drove out at 7:12. The food was cold (the cheese wasn’t even melted on the quesadilla), and my order wasn’t entirely correct. The photos say it all!

I don't see this Taco Bell being successful. The food was absolutely horrible. Eat there at your own risk. Slopped together mush. The food service workers there don't respect your food you are putting in your mouth. They got the order wrong. Twice. A waste of money and my time. Some people I guess will eat anything. OVERALL A DISGUSTING SLOPPED TOGETHER MUSH. GROSS

I had an unpleasant experience at this location. Waited an hour for my food. Then when I asked why it took so long the employee snapped at me. I understand they may be short staffed and I was polite when asking. There was no need for me to be snapped at. I do not recommend coming to this location until they get better staffing.

Tried going here tonight for dinner. Doors were locked HOURS before closing time. Only one employee inside and the other locked outside on her phonetrying to get in. 2 cars in the drive through. We ended up leaving and going elsewhere.

Unprofessional. Awful. Awful. We came here on a Monday at 6pm and only the driver through was open. We waited 20m in the drive through and when it was our turn the woman asked us to wait a moment. We waited for another 20m and we saw the person in front of us drive away. We wait another 10m, nothing. So we just drove away. Huge waste of time. We were also not the only people there and upset. We would have drove away earlier but we were stuck in a line up. And by the time it was our turn we thought “well we waited this long.” Please either hire more staff or reassess management.

Pulled up to the drive through last night at 10:55pm lights on someone was in there working and not once ever came to the headset or the service window! I waited 10 minuets before pulling up to the window and he never once come over to talk to me just say you can’t serve right now or turn the lights off outside! After working all day I wanted something quick to eat but apparently that was too hard for your employees with about 10 cars waiting to be served pitiful service owner needs to hire more employees

I've been right there for a long time, and when I came to the speaker, they told me to pull around or something. They were just kind of disgusting from the start. I told them I had a DoorDash order, and they said, "No, we just closed the DoorDash option." What the heck is this? You guys contracted with DoorDash, and now you're turning off the option when you're being lazy? This is so pathetic and unprofessional. It's disgusting, wasting people's time because you're lazy. It wasn't even that busy, and it was only 9 PM. They said they closed the DoorDash option, but why did you even give me the order if you're going to turn it off? This is so disgusting. The manager told me they'd talk to you, so please have the general manager take action regarding this store. This is really disgusting. And the store manager act more wired than employees and he gave me his name as Sean. If the general manager see my complain please take a action about this illegal behavior. I just place an order tonight at 9:25pm after a long day at work and they got my order wrong. We tried to call and they answrred and hung up on us. So my husband and i went back to get the correct food to be surprised when we sat in line from 9:57pm to 10:25pm to watch employees leave with food and watch another one close the door and then ignore the 6 cars in the drive thru. We drove to the window and everything and saw food by the window and cheese on the counter but noone inside. My husband will be going back with the incorrect food and our receipt to get our money back in the morning. This place was not only rude but inconsiderate of the customers and they don't close til 1am.

Didn't rate the food because we NEVER got any! We were never Acknowledging, no greeting, no "sorry it's taking awhile for your food, here is your drinks while you wait" nothing... 2 ppl making the food and 1 person for the drive thru. I purposely went here Because every time I went to the Troy location they would mess up my wife and I's order so... Lathem location it was. At least if I went to Troy I would of been served food at a reasonable time frame. I waited 15 minutes plus and customers that walked in after us got they're food before us. I ordered from the Kiosk just like everyone else that walked after me. Still no food. Granted they were busy at the drive thru (I worked in fast food way back in my younger days) so I get it and I generally have patience but 15 minutes and not even an acknowledgment, not even a smile lol anyway for the representative who will read this, I'm just expressing my disappointment (the rest of the customers in there were disappointed as well) my wife and I were the only ones to walk out! So, please I'm not looking for any gift cards for Taco Bell... My wife and I decided we're done with Taco Bell but those employees working at the Lathem location at around 7-7:15pm or so should absolutely have a talkin to!

We arrived around 745 pm and placed an order inside via a kiosk. After waiting 30 minutes, I requested to speak with manager to get a refund as no food was being passed out to those in the lobby. Drive thru orders were the only orders being completed. After waiting another 10 to 15 minutes, and no manager making themselves present, we left and went to another establishment to eat. We will never do business with another Taco Bell again.

I ordered 5 Cruncy Taco Supremes and a Crunchwrap Supreme. Not a single item came with lettuce, tomato, sour cream or cheese on them. Tried to contact Taco Bell and failed. *Update* I've tried reaching out to HR and haven't gotten a response in several days. I've put in a ticket online as well as tried calling the 1-800 number. As it stands now I will NOT be returning to this establishment in the future and will be informing friends and family to do the same.

This Taco Bell is truly impressive—in the worst way possible. Supposedly open late, but apparently “late night” here means waiting endlessly in line since 11:59 PM with nothing to show for it. I even ordered online and can’t get a refund, which really completes the experience. A big thank you to the unreliable and irresponsible late-night staff for proving just how little effort can go into customer service. Hopefully management considers hiring people who can at least pretend to care.

IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. Almost every order I have placed this year has had missing items or incorrect items. I used their app today for my order to be delivered. I ordered off of uber eats, Well where do I start first I ordered the taco and burrito cravings pack, and 2 5 layer burritos which I never got, I ordered no lettuce and no sour cream on everything I ordered I got both on everything i didn’t get the 2 soft tacos that come in the box nor did I get the 2 hard tacos that come in the box I got 2 random tacos again with lettuce on them and then I got a chalupa which I never even ordered the shells on the hard tacos are stale and none of it was even luke warm

Came here shortly before closing a few days ago via drive-thru. The guy taking my order was very nice although it was his first day and he was figuring out the buttons his personality made for a pleasant experience. When I received my bag of food the receipt on it looked correct. When I got to my hotel there was an item missing and a few of the items looked like they had been thrown together. The burritos were double wrapped with 2 tortillas which was odd but what was most disappointing was one of the Doritos Locos Tacos had only a small amount of meat in it and a few pieces of lettuce. The hard shell tacos were all mushy as well. One of the chips had hairs and crumbs in it like it had been on the floor. I tried calling the store that night but it went straight to busy assuming because it was close go their closing time. My fiancé called the store the next day, spoke to the manager and basically got called a liar and 'broke' calling to get free Taco Bell... the manager stated he was there and there's no way this happened even though he was able to give my name which was on my order! Unprofessional, rude and disgusting behavior. I was going to give them another shot to correct this as I understand things happen, but this wasn't handled at all. I recommend finding a new manager to handle things properly.. either way I won't be back 👎

I ordered via DoorDash and got the complete opposite of what I ordered I asked for loaded nachos, the new nuggets, and got a chicken quesadilla(which I don’t eat) and a bean burrito with some kind of chipotle sauce eww. And didn’t get the nuggets! this is beyond unreal! I understand maybe one or two mistakes but this is ridiculous! The only thing right were the drinks, and the Crunchwrap there barely even fried in my bag completely disappointed! 😡
