This place didn't even have the decency to say they cancelled the order. They keep moving the time further and further away. Tried to cancel and it said i would be charged, called the store ofc no answer. Finally get an email saying they cancelled but we waited almost 2hrs for the food. We could've chose an alternative if we known sooner. Very inconsiderate, never again! Now everyone is still hungry..smh

Ordered several BEC bagels and received them with what seems to be half an egg in each, 1 bacon and cheese on a dry bagel baked days ago. Not worth the money or the wait for prepared foods. Will never order from here again.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I stood in line for 10 minutes with no one behind me, and the staff just ignored me completely. They walked back and forth behind the counter, making no effort to acknowledge my presence—just focusing on what looked like to-go orders or Uber Eats. As soon as a man joined the line, the guy behind the counter suddenly decides to ask what can I get for you. I was completely shocked and frustrated. I get that places can get busy, but it’s not hard to simply say, 'I’ll be with you in a moment.' The lack of basic respect for customers is why I no longer go there."

I went in, the guy asked me what I wanted, I told him what I wanted, he didn’t say nothing back, I assumed he heard me, I’m waiting around for 10 minutes before the cashier asked if i ordered, I told her yes I did order, and that I told the sandwich guy what I wanted, and it turns out, the guy who asked me, just ignored me on purpose, and wasn’t even making my sandwich, i didn’t get the guys name, but he may be a lunatic, because that’s psycho behavior, I just walked out, Because I don’t want to force anyone to make my sandwich that I’m going to be paying for, I feel so offended🤦🏻‍♂️

July 23 Still the same I would never eat from their bread here . The bread is throw in a box outside in the middle of the night for two three hours wide open . Others times the bag is left open never fully sealed at all.

Today I went in to get two items and one lady was before me . I got my money ready in my hand because I was next . I watch the older gentleman take care of a lady whose order wasn't ready . He then started taking care of other things while I am standing there smh . I then saw a girl come over didn't say anything I asked but no one acknowledged me . I had then left the items on the counter and walked out the store and went some place else . I never felt so disrespected and will never walk back in there again. Acknowledge every customer treat people with respect, I never felt so bad .

Since new ownership, everything is ok. They are more concerned watching soccer games than listening to their customers. Please do us a favor and get better napkins that are not hard as newspapers.

I try my best to give them the benefits of a doubt but it’s literal robbery. They’re skimping on eggs each order depending who makes the order. Yesterday I came in and a nice gentleman made my order perfectly. Today I come in and the guy who has to make my order I told him exactly how i ordered the day before and he messes up. I remind him please fried eggs not scrambled. He then continues to put one egg on the gril but they’re charging me for two on the order. I spoke to who looked like the manager and was told they’re making another egg to satisfy my request, just to stand there waiting for nothing. They both walked off and me aggravated walked out when one woman behind the counter asked what I was waiting for. Unprofessional and why give attitudes when I’m paying for everything I want I’m not asking for nothing free.

I just gave the my $25 for free basically in this state of inflation I ordered a combo and of course I didn’t get my side or soda and I also ordered iced coffee not only did they put my sandwich in the same bag my food was swimming in coffee and my sandwich chicken taste a week old , long story short, order from somewhere else.

I ordered a everything Bagel with 2 pieces of beacon, a slice of cheddar cheese and chicken salad in the bagel. Tell me why they charge me almost $15 dollars. The cashier must have charged me a pound of chicken salad at $9 dollars per serving. Ask the price before ordering. Highway robbery!! Never again 😒

On 6/27/24, I arrived at 6:45 to a locked door when their new hours are until 7pm, both employees (one female and one male) neglected to open and the female employee even did the kill sign saying it's closed. This is unprofessional. Update: came again on 6/29/24, at 6:54 this time and doors were locked again. A business should have their doors unlocked and open for business until their officially listed closing time, which is currently 7pm. This is a big pet peeve of mine for businesses who close their doors on the regular prior to closing time. I used to work in the industry and I totally understand doing pre-closing work so you can get out of there as soon as possible but service should always be available within any posted business hours
