I came in yesterday, November 4, 2025, to grab some lunch and two of the cutest sweetest girls greeted me and over exceeded my expectations. I can’t remember both of their names, but one of the girls I believe her name was Bella. I am a vegetarian and they made me the best sandwich I think I’ve ever had from Subway. Not to mention, so fun to talk to and they had some pretty good music playing too, the place was clean and it was a very inviting atmosphere. I don’t normally write Google reviews, but these girls deserve a huge shout out….and a raise!!!! I will definitely be back! Please share my review with them as they deserve the recognition. Thank you girls!!!! ♥️♥️♥️

Stopped by today on my break to grab some lunch and was pleasantly surprised. I was enthusiastically welcomed by the kind man with tattoos behind the counter as soon as I walked in. I can’t even remember the last time I’ve entered a place of business and felt genuinely welcomed by the staff. Now days the greeting you’re given, at most places, is a monotone “welcome in” by someone who doesn’t even bother to glance in your direction. The awesome service and experience at this Subway didn’t just end at the greeting. The same man who greeted me also made me an awesome sandwich that looked beautiful AND tasted amazing, all in a surprisingly short amount of time! I will definitely be back, to this location specifically, after today’s experience.

Recently, I stepped into this subway to fulfill my sandwich cravings of the day. However, I was pleasantly surprised. When I walked into this establishment, I was greeted by Ava with a lovely smile. I then ordered an Italian sandwich from the line. Clair was very attentive and listened to every request I had thrown at her. The sandwich was delectable, and crafted with care. These two girls really know the definition of customer service. I will be returning soon!

The sandwich was interesting……the quality of the food was good but what truly made it stand out was what I believe to be their secret ingredient; kindness. The two girls that served me were exceptionally helpful and provided great service. One of them had crazy pink hair and the other was blonde. Both were very helpful and helped to truly make my day (and my sandwich 😉). A+ subway experience thanks to these girls!

I went to Subway and received excellent service! Natalie made my sandwich perfectly and handled everything with great care. Bell rang up my order and provided amazing service as well both of them did a fantastic job! 10/10 experience overall. I will be coming back!

While this location appears to be short staffed, the workers still provide us with as best service as possible. I came in around 10-ish in the morning and there was only one worker to handle my very large order. He handled it quickly and professionally while maintaining a positive attitude regardless of the fact he was the only worker at the time. I appreciate his patience and friendly attitude during the whole order.

So I went in and ordered a foot long tuna sandwich, and it was probably the most disgusting "tuna" I've ever ordered at any Subway. It was LITERALLY 80% mayo and 20% tuna. It was just a mouth full of mayo. I had to go get a can of straight tuna and add it to the sandwich, which you will see on the top portion of the sandwich. The white, shiny bit was their version of tuna. SO gross.

I ordered two foot-longs and one six-inch sandwich through the app, with no drinks or chips, and it came to nearly $40! What I received was two six-inch sandwiches and one foot-long, and out of all of them, only one six-inch was actually what I ordered. Seriously, even Jared would be embarrassed by this. I’ve called and left a message, but we’ll see how that goes. For the price I paid, I expected much better. I thought they had revamped and things would be better. NOPE.

Not sure where to start, the service here is horrible. They have no sense of customer service. They should learn what customer service is from HEB next door. There were five people in line when we walked in and only one service guy who kept calling the guy in the back for help; and the response he got was he’s making the bread (in the back?). I mean your making the bread is more important than waiting customers? The way they make the sandwiches and wraps is very sloppy. We had two veggie patty order. There were only two patties left in the front and the guy said for the second order he doesn’t want to get the frozen patties from the back. The wrap that was made was so sloppy you couldn’t hold it in your hands. Very unprofessional. I want to give benefit of doubt due to Covid and all but these guys weren’t even wearing masks right. One didn’t have the mask on and the other had it covering his mouth and couldn’t care less.

I've eaten at subway for years years. Yesterday's experience was the worst ever. I ordered the sweet chicken Teriyaki sub 6 inch. There were literally 5 little pieces of chicken in the sub, barely any lettuce, and very little cheese I thought they had forgotten the cheese altogether. I thought it was some kind of joke. But after seeing the reviews and that this place is consistent in its awfulness I think I complain to headquarters.

Proceed with caution at this Subway! Picture this: one guy behind the counter, wearing a sandwich artist hat and a grimace, who's more interested in sharing his aches and pains than crafting your lunch. Meanwhile, the supposed manager is doodling on a whiteboard, oblivious to the chaos unfolding. After a 20-minute wait I finally ordered, only to discover when I arrived home that my spouse's sandwich has gone on a secret mission with another customer. Cue the sandwich swaparoo! 🥪🔄 Props for the refund, but presentation? Let's just say, it wasn't winning any beauty contests.

My wife and I ate here once and only once. She got her sandwich first and paid in cash. The kid rang her up and then proceeded to finish making my sandwich without putting gloves on. I saw this and requested he make me a new sandwich. I told him he touched money and then touched my sandwich. He even admitted money is filthy. I have never seen this before at any other location. They always ring someone up then wash hands and put on gloves to continue making the food. He didn't give me any trouble for making me a new sandwich and he was nice, but that is very unsanitary and I will never eat at this location again.

Employees are doing their best. I waited for almost 30 mins after my estimated pick up time. This store started working on my order 35 mins after i placed my app order. I understand it gets busy at times. If that’s the case, ETA on the app has to be updated accurately or prioritize app orders equally with in store orders.

I waited over 30 minutes for my sandwiches that i ordered an hour earlier and there was only one person working. He did not acknowledge me and ignored me asking for my order.

$15 for just 1 foot long (not a meal) after tax. You can go to Chipotle, any burger place or any other fast food place and get more bang for the buck. Just a small amount of meat with bread and veggies should not be more than $10. Now worth it at all
