I think it was the best culinary experience in Italy. They welcomed me so warmly, and the chef was friendly and kind. After a couple of years of takeout, I can give an honest assessment. The pizza isn't bad, the dough is good, the ingredients are good (although we once stumbled upon some buffalo mozzarella that wasn't the freshest). What makes the pizza hard to stomach, however, is the arrogance of the woman at the cash register, who never smiles and always looks down on me. I guess I'm getting on her nerves...
