Just brilliant. Had exactly what I wanted at an excellent price. Think the thing that impressed me most was the young lady in there who was very helpful and also the fact that after mixing paint they put the lid on and then 3 clips to stop it coming off.

Fantastic service from beginning to end, ordered in the morning and collected before midday, lady on customer desk very helpful and knowledgeable. Plenty of parking, open to public not just trade. A true hidden gem. Will definitely be using again.

Very unhelpful & frankly quite off hand. I smart repair for a living & was looking for a new paint supplier. Id asked if they had a list of paints for a paint scheme by either RAL colour numbers or by which ever paint numbers they use & explained I was trade. The reply I got was there are too many to list & I don't know you friend, I can't just supply any paints to anyone, I'll need proof of who you are. I had plenty of proof with me at the time, business cards, invoices, statements etc etc, but I was told to email it to them as he was busy. Frankly very poor customer service as I would have been a regular customer. P.s as to regional paints reply, I thought I'd made it quite clear what the issue I had was.

Went to buy some paint and they were closed for lunch. Spent my money elsewhere. Response to reply: You were closed on Friday 11th April until 12:30, there was a paper sign on the door. There were also other people waiting for you to open. You were closed for lunch. End of.
