We were a group of 9 adults and a 21-month-old baby who went for lunch on Three Kings' Day. They provided a high chair (which we had requested in advance) without any problem. The food was excellent. We ordered 6 starters for 9 people, but we didn't order enough (our fault). In that case, we should have ordered 2 portions of each and ordered 3 instead of 6. Then we ordered a main course, and some people ordered a 1.5 kg ribeye steak (for 4 people). It was incredible, and the portion was more than enough. Afterward, we each ordered a classic dessert, which was also fantastic. We will definitely be back. The only downside I can mention is that there was little space between the tables, and therefore not enough room to fit the baby's stroller and the high chair they provided. But I understand that it was a very busy day.
I thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant. The welcome was very warm and the service was quick and efficient. The dishes were truly delicious, carefully prepared, and served in generous portions. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the attention paid to the customers. A very good experience; I will gladly return and highly recommend this restaurant.

Located in a prime location on Rua de la Frontera. Delicious food, beautifully presented, and good value for money. All the dishes we ordered were delicious. The location is excellent (with views of the city wall). We ate on the terrace and were very comfortable. The waiters were very attentive and friendly. Without a doubt, a great choice.
A good restaurant for lunch. When the waiters' attention is so good, recommending dishes and being honest about the quantities so as not to try to add more, things start off well. Having honest waiters in a restaurant is essential, and this restaurant has them, and they're among the best. The dishes are sufficient and of high quality. We ordered León black pudding in a scrambled egg, well presented and with a very good mix of flavors. The artichoke skewers were quite delicious. I didn't like the sirloin steak as much because it was too sinewy. The oxtail was DELICIOUS, with a good amount, tender, and with great flavor. The bread was very good, and the atmosphere was very relaxed despite being packed. I do recommend the dishes more for lunch than dinner. We'll be back. Four people, without dessert or wine, just beers, for 25 euros each. A good price considering that León has become a real success.
We discovered this restaurant on our recent visit to León. The place is very pleasant, both the terrace and the interior. The food and the value for money are excellent, both in terms of preparation and the size of the portions. The staff is very efficient and friendly. We liked it so much that we returned for two more days. Highly recommended.
Super.

This was the nicest food we’ve had for ages, with helpful staff. I recommend this restaurant. I read the reviews here and we were not disappointed plus it was easy to book online from their websit…
Just everything is perfect! Caneloni, Hamon, meet balls, macaroni, desserts and best in Spain service. Great authentic Leon kitchen. Must visit!
I went for dinner and ended up celebrating my birthday like it was a national holiday. The wine was inexpensive but good, the kind that goes down easily and makes you talk more than you should. The food was unpretentious but full of soul. And the atmosphere… the kind that stays with you. ENISE week in León, my body was tired, but at Pico Pico everything was fixed with laughter, tapas, and toasts. I don't know if it was the wine, the company, or the magic of the place, but that night I understood that happiness isn't something you search for: it's served by the glass. Five stars. And a toast to places where you eat well and live even better. 🍷
Good for tapas, better for eating in the restaurant. Tucked away next to the wall at the back of the Rúa, its terrace is one of the best in León; weather permitting, it's a marvel. As for the restaurant, it's almost impossible to get in without a reservation, at least from Thursday to Sunday, although you might get lucky at the last minute. There's ample space around the bar, modern decor, and Estrella Galicia beer from the cellar. Very good produce, especially local produce, and everything is generally delicious. They use meat from El Capricho, which is always a plus. The service is attentive, but it generally takes a while to bring the dishes, especially at lunchtime when they're full.
Pure spectacle and pure passion for quality food. A 10-point menu. Excellent service and friendly staff. We had the daily menu and we highly recommend it. The Monday-Friday menu costs less than €20, with a drink and dessert included! If we were there for more days, we'd definitely come back. I'm sharing the photos I took, they speak for themselves. 🤤
In a quiet space with the old city wall on one side and a convent/pilgrim hostel on the other this is a great place for a drink away from the main streets of Leon. Theres a fountain and plenty of shade which adds to the dreamy atmosphere on hot summer nights.
A very well-decorated restaurant, with a good atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff. Everything you could want when you go out for a meal. The menu is limited; the ravioli had only 5 pieces, and the fish and chicken were really more like potatoes than anything else. The price doesn't include any drinks other than water, and since infusions aren't included, at least they should be generous because water isn't expensive, and giving half an infusion is poor. I would appreciate it if you would take note of my humble opinion; improvement is always for the better.
The food was okay — nothing particularly memorable, but decent enough. Unfortunately, the service was genuinely disappointing. I don’t remember the last time I felt so unwelcome at a restaurant. Even…

Overall, the atmosphere and food were good. What we didn't like, and what we considered a mistake, was that we ordered the Okelan ribeye steak and they refused to show it to us, saying "they all weigh the same." Regardless, if a customer asks to see a cut, they should do so, especially when we're talking about €60/kilo. They refused to show it to us three times. We ordered it again, and after placing our order and waiting, they told us they were out of it. In the end, we ordered the Capricho ribeye, which they were happy to show us. In my opinion, this detracts from the restaurant's quality, especially given the repeated refusal of the staff, and considering we were regular customers.
It was a terrible thing for the waiter to do. Before I could even get up from the table, where I'd only been for about twenty minutes and hadn't even finished my drink, he marked it as reserved. His sole purpose was to get us to leave so some customers who had just arrived, and who were perhaps acquaintances of the waiter, could sit there. It was such a poor gesture that one of the people who went to sit down said she wanted us to leave. Before this experience, I was a regular customer, but from now on, I don't think I'll be back. I believe customers deserve to be treated with dignity.
