I bought a used PR8 roller. I was convinced by the price and the guarantee that it wouldn't fail me for a long time, but after two days a pulley broke. We opened it up to replace it and noticed several problems, all due to lack of maintenance: broken bearings, shafts with play and wear, loose keyways, etc. I asked the seller, David, for help, but his response was, "I'm not authorized to provide support to small businesses."
