One of they better burger Kings to stop into. With a very clean store and an over friendly staff this location seems to be doing it all right.

The workers were friendly. I got everything I ordered. The food was great. 11/10

Food came out hot and fresh! There was a gentleman sitting at a table who was charging his phone and watching videos that were very loud. Or the atmosphere would have gotten a higher rate

The customer service was great at this location. I placed a mobile order via BK app, somehow the order was sent to a different BK restaurant. The girl at this location gave me the food anyway!

under new management it's like a whole new restaurant! the food has been hot, the people are friendly and helpful and I didn't mind spending the extra bucks since it was hot and fresh.

What a wonderful experience. Pleasant and attentive workers, very clean restaurant and best part of all Trey and I having dinner out. We do not eat at fast food restaurants often but every now and again you have to treat yourself.

I visited the Leroy NY location on August 2nd 2018 at at about noon. They were extremely busy yet remained calm and focused. Through teamwork and communication everyone got their presentable food in a timely matter! Thanks folks!

We started coming to this Burger King because of the manager Kari she’s just the sweetest! It’s always so clean in here and she’s always working so hard and helping everyone around her! Always very professional and helpful employees, always clean, food prepared quite well! Though I don't live in Leroy I always visit this location when in the area because they have a $5 Duo that other Burger Kings in the area don't offer. You can get two DOUBLE cheeseburgers for $5, when most others only have the junior whopper, the bacon cheeseburger, and the chicken sandwich in that deal. Why? This location is owned by the Carol's Vorporation, and if a Burger King isn't they're ONLY allowed to offer the three duos I mentioned earlier. Maybe TMI, but all I'm saying is two double cheeseburgers for $5 is much more bang for your buck than any other $5 Duo at most other Burger Kings!

As with any fast food restaurant, you know pretty much what you get when you walk in the door. The service was good the food was good and we got our food pretty fast.

Had the Whopper, every bit as good as the regular Whopper. Got a deal on it, $3 instead of the normal $7.49 they're usually asking. My friend got one too, with the app, and got small fry. His bill came to $7 something when mine was $3. Asked why, they said a small fry was $4+ dollars! He cancelled the fries. App gives you a large fries for free once a week and just $1 all other days. Use the app so you don't feel like you're getting ripped off. :-/

Standard Burger King :) In my experience, they typically provide fast turnaround on orders and get the order right.

The food was good. The ketchup dispenser was empty as it was on our last visit. When advised the dispenser was empty no one attempted to exchange the empty for a full one. Flies were very annoying.

Their posted hours are not correct and that is upsetting because you can still put in an app order and pay for it while they are closed. However they have always gotten my food correct when put in through the app.

The chicken on my chicken parmesan sandwich tasted it was chewy like frozen chicken....the rest of the meal was still good. First time trying it and probably won't order it again unfortunately. Staff was very friendly though!

Foods fine, service is usually good. But it closes early as sin. I work night shift out there, and the only things open past 10:00pm on any given night is either McDonald's or tops. Tops being the only place to get food after 11:00 at all, and that's assuming other places haven't closed earlier than 10:30pm. Town is dead after dark!

Not my worst experience but not my best. The food was alright, they at least got my order correct. The chicken nuggets and chicken for my sandwich came out very dark, kinda looked as if they havent changed the fryer oil in a bit. Onion rings were spot on today. The womens bathroom was horrid. It smelled like raw sewage, it was nauseating. You could smell it as you opened the door. Also...whoever designs these places needs to remember that not all people are 4 ft tall! I shouldn't have to shrink down to the height of a child to wash or dry my hands.

If you want cheese on your sandwich, you should order something that comes with cheese already on it. I ordered two offers with cheese on both and never got a slice of cheese on either. Also, one of my sandwiches was supposed to have no mayo and mustard added but did not get the mustard. Had to wait til I got home to put my own mustard on it and have a cold burger. The taste was fine.

By the time I got home the Whopper and onion rings are really cold less than a 2 Mile drive. 3 items I wanted to buy they did not have. I checked the website before I left the house to make sure I wouldn't have a problem with ordering but when I arrived I found out they didn't have the items offered on the Leroy BK page. So ordering was a mess and cold food UPDATE 🤗 came back after 11 months of not going. The food was hot and my order was correct. Everything went smoothly. The bacon and cheese Whopper hit the spot.

This Burger King rarely gets the order accurate or they don't ring it on correctly. The customer service is subpar.

How do you screw up on the entire Order? Two small items. They didn't give me any headache on fixing it but they must've been high lol

Not an up to date menu, they don't participate in alot of the updated foods such as the BK Stacker that was re-released January 2023.....

The food was cold and too expensive for a fast food place. Even using there receipt deal is a bad value. You get a free sandwich but have to spend a fortune on other stuff. I would rather go to Wendy's or McDonald's. At least those places don't rip you off on a drink. Wendy's is free for seniors and Mc Donald's it's a buck.

We usually get drive thru from here; haven't been inside in a very long time. It was unkempt. We struggled to find a clean table, there were no napkins, no soap in the bathroom dispenser, and both the TV and musak were competing for attention. Asked the staff - they did hand us napkins from behind the counter, but couldn't fix the sound, so we ate outside. Chicken sandwich tasted like old fryer oil and there was no salt on the fries. I don't expect much from a BK but this was disappointing.

Myself and my son got sick on undercooked chicken nuggets. I knew they didn't taste right. Very soft texture on the outside. Not crispy. Should of known not to eat but it only took eating a couple to get sick next day. Safe to say won't be visiting this location for awile.

Gave up attitude from the beginning and they got our order wrong then proceeded to give us more attitude. We got a fairly simple order just a couple burgers and a drink nothing fancy and it wasn't busy at all we were the only car there but they still got our order wrong and gave us attitude.

I love Burger King's burgers and Leroy is a great place to live. This drive-thru service is bad. Very rude and rushed.If I can't have a few seconds to look at the menu board then remove it and just have a speaker up. There is one guy there that is very respectful, they need more like him. I hope the customer service improves at this location in the future.

Both inside sets of double doors at the main entrance need a thorough scrubbing. There were layers of grime on and around three pull handles on both sides of the door. I could barely bring myself to open them with my bare hand. I ordered my food and alerted the friendly staff of their oversight, and proceeded into the ladies room to wash my hands. The smell of sulfur or sewer hit me like a wave in the ocean. I held my breath and washed my hands in the filthy, grime covered porcelain sink. The dining room is newly remodeled and by contrast to everything else, was moderately clean. The staff was friendly. The food was two stars as well. Onion rings undercooked, French fries overcooked. Staff was very nice and accommodating, they saved their store from the single star of doom.

Looked at menu before pulling in. Asked for double bundle and was asked for a code. I don’t have a code and menu/site mentioned anything about a code. You have to have app or coupon for that code. So unless you have that code you can’t get several things that are on their updated menu! So double bundle is $19.99 with 2 whoppers, 2 fries or onion rings and 8 pc nuggets. I didn’t have code so couldn’t order that. I ordered two whoopers, fries and onion rings and it was just over $24? I didn’t order chicken nuggets because that would have put me over budget by approx $15. I’d suggest website should show the obligation of a code Advertising the bundle options is definitely false. This location is the slowest "fast food" restaurant you will visit. They are always understaffed. Speed and efficiency do not exist. I left the fast food industry 15 years ago, but I can honestly say the amount of time it took to make 1 sandwich,I could have made 8. I really like burger king, but I dread this location.

Went thru drive thru told to wait in parking lot, ordered a classic melt they came out with a spicy melt I said I ordered a classic melt she took it back in came out gave me my bag I left got home and it was still a spicy melt, never had a good experience in Leroy and I will never go there again.

The Manger I spoke to was very rude. They messed my order up and then refused to fix the whole order bc food got cold due to having to drive back and resolve issue. Will be calling corporate. And these people want $15 an hour? How about learn your job first

Slow service you always have to pull around front, food is luke warm if your lucky and never correct. We have tried this place 3 times now and it is consistently like this.

Work experience I've had, girl was nasty when I asked for my debit card after I paid and she told me to pull out front to wait for my food, then my order was wrong and I had to go in anyways... agreed with me about it first.. I know what I ordered.

I got food poisoning about 2 weeks ago from mushroom Swiss burger.

It was a very unpleasant visit this evening. Number one they need more people working. People waiting at the drive through and people in line with one person behind the counter and working the drive through. I ordered a frappe which he did not know how to make so asked the manager(im assuming she was) she said ill make and the cup sat empty until he was reminded we were still waiting.while she was on the phone and rolled her eyes.. When he said these people have been waiting. Needless to say i paid for my coffee and left empty handed out of frustration. Leroy Burger King needs to step it up get more people and train alot better

I pulled into the drive-through and sat there for 20 minutes before someone before anyone said anything to me. I was the only person in the drive-through and they still got my order wrong.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a single large soda, was told to pull around to the parking lot where I sat for 15 min, no one came out. I proceeded to just go in and do it myself, the server gave me the wrong cup and they all acted to busy to be bothered and there were no other customers.. worst experience ever and very disappointing.

If I could give a negative star I would! Spent $40 on cold food! Asked for NO ketchup on all my burgers! Get home what’s on the burgers! KETCHUP! My family will not eat any of it! Food ice cold! When and ate here yesterday at like 6, all day my family and I were fine not sick nothing as soon as we eat and get make home we all ended up throwing up and everything, the food was nasty tasted like it was old and just reheated non of us ate the fresh fries bc there were stale this really is the worst burger King I had been to. I would listen to the negative reviews. This Burger King needs new leadership. The food is ALWAYS cold and they're rarely open when they say they are. The absolute worst Burger King I've ever been to, and I've been to Burger Kings all over the world.

Twice now my son and I have stopped and went through. Each time the food was ice cold old tasting. The onion rings were cold and felt like I ate a cake of salt. I called to make a complete but never got a call back. Is this how you do business by selling cold old food, and a manager that doesn't care enough to take care of the issues.

Well as far as food and atmosphere are irrelevant. Service sucks. Kids and I woke up decided to go for a Saturday morning breakfast. Their kiosk wasn't working properly. Build the order then go to pay and says see cashier for assistance. Turned around and stood there for a couple minutes. No acknowledgement of us standing there. Walked out. This is not the only time. Went to Wendy's instead. At least they said hello. I guess when you get $15 a hour and charge the same prices as a actual restaurant you expect a little more customer service. Went through the drive through and ordered a breakfast sandwich on Thursday June 16th. The girl working the drive through window made me repeat my order several times and didn’t listen to my order well enough. I got my sandwich and it was completely wrong. Also when I pulled up to the window she never greeted me to say hi, have a nice day, or anything. Just snatched my card and gave it back when I got my food. The customer service was so poor that it made me uncomfortable. I will not be returning to eat here.

Ordered two whoppers extra onion and pickle. Drove all the way home to find out there were none at all. Drove back they fixed it but the burgers were ice cold and they put all the toppings on the bottom. Had to build my own whopper. Almost thought it was a joke. Incompetent is an understatement. Don’t go for at least six months until there’s a whole new crew in there UPDATE: Went back to give them another chance as i was craving some mozz sticks. Got pulled to the parking lot like always waited 7 minutes for 8 mozz sticks that were cold as ice. Cheese was rock hard and they forgot the marinara sauce. these people are actually dumb and do not care. wasted $6 on garbage. do not go here ever!!!

Went there for dinner tonight and the food was terrible. Fries tasted old, and were oversalted and cold. Which was funny since they pulled us and asked us to park. Nuggets were cold. Two of three burgers, none or which had toppings changed, were made wrong..? One was plain and the other had only ketchup on it. No one else was waiting or behind us. Won't be back.

All of my food was cold and the dummy working drive thru charged me for an 8 piece mozzarella sticks. I got 4(I never received marinara sauce either). I upgraded a small fry to a large onion ring with zesty sauce( yes I paid for that too) and I received a small onion ring with no sauce!🤣 seriously? How hard is that? I knew there's a reason I never came here.

What happened to “have it your way” ?! My husband and I just stopped in for lunch and wanted to use a digital coupon for 2 whopper meals. I wanted to substitute a cheaper sandwich (chicken $5.99) (whopper is $6.19) The manager said he couldn’t bc the computer wouldn’t let him. What happened to customer service? How difficult is it to tell the cook “hey, substitute one of those whoppers for a chicken sandwich”?! Incredible! We left and went to the diner next door. Thumbs down for this BK’s “have it OUR way” customer service.

My girlfriend warned me that this Burger King can not get an order correct and I definitely should have listened. She clearly stated that she did not want certain toppings on her Whopper and the other two whoppers were to be normal without changes. Every whopper came the same.. missing certain toppings and all the burgers were cold with browning lettuce. She stated that everytime she has come to this particular restaurant, this is what happens. I will not be back to this particular Burger King.

I went for a vanilla milkshake but was hungry so I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger. The manager kept asking if it was done and kept saying they skipped it. It was the MOST DISGUSTING thing ever. Got home, took a bite and threw it into the trash. NEVER again LeRoy Burger King 🤮

Well there's a one and all those stars for a reason. I haven't eaten any fast food from Burger King or any other restaurant like that and over a year for two main reasons. Food quality and even more so cleanliness of the person making your food and the work environment. For years I went to the drive-thru all the time. I well certainly curious and respectful when ordering my food. First time I've ever said anything online in words about food service. First and last. I was trying to share my details of my experience and they cut my post and then they edit it. I said nothing wrong,or harmful to anyone or anything in any way. It's about the way it and how it appears. It's good to be kind to everyone,just don't let anyone take your kindness as a weakness. B.K. you got this just make fresh food. Thank you for your time, it's all good.. oh yeah I did not eat the food

Waited over 10 minutes for mobile order ,in a near empty restaurant. Only two workers in the building and the one running the grill ran to the drive thru window to chat with friend while other customers left bc they felt ignored . This establishment needs help. Better management and common sense. Don’t waste your money .

I placed my order then I was told wait in the parking and the place wasn’t busy at all then finally got my food thought it was wrong I went and said I think it’s wrong and the preparing the food came and gave attitude and show me the burger was right it didn’t look it to so told wrap up again I’ll take it and I apologize and I got but attitude from her I was eating in the parking two employees came and one was the cook and they were staring me at making comments I didn’t engage them that’s serious disrespectful after I apologized for not realizing the was right all along won’t be back

Could possibly be the worse fast food in the world. Besides having to wait in the parking lot for 15 mins every time you order, the staff is unbelievably rude. The manager was making my drink and fizz was flowing all over the cup so she slammed the lid on and said "i don't even care" and handed it to me.

I placed a mobile order for pickup 5 minutes before getting there. When I got there, it took another 5 minutes to be acknowledged. It took another 10 minutes to get my food. As I saw them taking other orders and handing them out first, including a large order that had been taken after I got my drinks.

Went to burger King this morning at 830am. Waited at the drive thru for 5 minutes. No one answered. 2 cars in the parking lot. I tried to go in and the doors are locked. Also 95% of the time we go to the leroy,ny burger king. We pull up to the drive thru,order our food. Pay. Then they ask can you please pull around,with no cars ever behind us. Then 10 minutes later they bring the food out.

The slowest experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. Only had 3 or 4 customers between the inside and drive through. 20 minutes for 3 burgers and a medium fry. Won't be back any time soon
