We had a wonderful experience and the most romantic dinner. Overlooking the sea, and watching the sunset. I had sword steak and my husband had pasta stuffed with vegetables and walnut sauce. Valeri(not sure I’m spelling his name correctly ) was so hospitable , friendly and attentive. The prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this restaurant!!

Consigliatissimo. Perfetto per un'ottima cena di pesce a Levanto. Tavoli su una terrazza davanti alla spiaggia con vista incantevole! Servizio veramente ottimo e divertente con Gaia e Silvia. Piatti molto buoni e pesce decisamente fresco. Forse unica pecca la grigliata mista di pesce, per il prezzo mi sarei aspettato una porzione leggermente più ricca. Prezzi nella norma e dolci ottimi! Cena ottima, personale molto gentile, prezzi nella media. Vista mare stupenda. L'unica pecca....un pochino lenti nel servire....ma essendo in ferie si può aspettare un po' in più senza esagerare.

We had a drink at the bar upstairs first (Pinot Grigio for me and my friend had a red that she loved). It was a nice spot for an afternoon drink before we had dinner downstairs. The service downstairs was lovely and the pizza’s are delicious. The only annoying thing was that some presumably local man did not like the fact that we aren’t Italian (I know quite little Italian, but always try to be courteous on where I’m visiting) and intruded our ordering to insult us to the bar tender before walking off. That’s not exactly the venues fault though, but other visitors might experience this if from out of town.

We only had drinks on our first day in Levanto and were happy to sit for an hour to enjoy a cold beer and a refreshing Aperol Spritz in the upstairs bar whilst overlooking the sea and beach. The service was good and the waitress even took time to bring our dog a biscuit treat and a cold bowl of water. Nice spot, not overly expensive.

Good food, friendly staff and great view as it is located right on the beach. Lovanto seems to be overlooked by the big crowds going to the cinque terre hotspots. Parking right on the beach for 2euro/hour. Great value for money! Only improvement would be slightly quicker service. Overall definitely a recommendation!

Nice view of the beach. There are two levels in the restaurant and the upper part seemed to have more ambiance. Staff was helpful but could be a little more friendly and personal. Price was average.

…il bar sul roof-top, devono invidiarlo in tanti per la sua posizione (soprattutto al tramonto), servizio gradevole e cortese, cocktail buoni! …poi sotto ristorante e pizza, quest’ultima una delle più buone che ho assaggiato a Levanto.

Service was almost non existent and we had to wait forever to get served or get attention of the staff. They seemed more interested in washing cups and putting them away than serving you or for that matter getting paid. Certainly not the usual Italian hospitality we have been used to. Ok food but nothing fancy and a lot of ingredients came from cans - sat next to kitchen so could see how it was prepared.

We went here because of the menu card and the high ratings. Unfortunately, our nights wasn't worth a high rating. - We were early and there were few guests present. But when coming in the waiters did not have time to acknowledge our presence - We asked for a table outside (which we reserved), but this wasn't possible anymore. - Instead of telling us where we could sit, she put some menu's on a table assuming we knew that that meant here is your place - There was great surf outside so we asked to sit at another of many empty tables with a view, but this was not possible either - Luckily opening a window was allowed - 30 minutes later we were asked if we wanted a drink. Ofcourse we want it, we've been thirsty and willing to spend money in your restaurant long enough - The food came quick, but in my opinion was little for the price. But then the prices were relatively low as well. - Afterwarda there was plenty of room for some nice deserts somewhere else with a view on the beach and surf The food was decent (not a lot of flavor though), the wine cheap and the location of the restaurant was nice, therefore we appreciate this restaurant with 2 stars.

I paid extra 5 euro for the service for bringing me margarita pizza to the table. In the menu it was clearly 7 euro. Nobody told me that so 12 euro for the margarita is a scam. Not recommend this place.

Despite the great sunset for the aperitif, the restaurant is not to be tried. There is no air conditioning nor ventilation that was unbearable with a 40degree heat. The pizza is not a real pizza but more similar to a biscuit.
