Had the Chicken Florentine full dinner. It was delicious. Nice portions. Couldn't finish it all. Brought the rest home. Will be going back very soon !!
not one for fast food, but, Wendy's was very good. Burgers were fresh, as were the fries. The frosty was so thick, we had to eat it with a spoon.
I thought it was a mcdonald they had over here, anyway i was told to run out and get my wife a big mac so i asked the employee if they could make me one, and they figured it out. Anyway i got home, yanked it out of the wrapper and she bought it. Thanks guys for getting me out of that mistake. Happy wife happy life you guys are great!
Breakfast was great! Fresh and hot. I ordered the $3 breakfast Croissant deal with bacon 🥓 and a BEC biscuit 😋. I really enjoyed it. Great customer service at the Drive Thru
The people at the drive-thru we're really very nice. They remembered everything we ordered. Had the taco salad and it's awesome. It's not skimpy and it's very filling in my opinion.
I usually dread going to Wendy's but this one is on point! Never had an order messed up and drive-thru moves fast. Inside is another story. Employees are friendly!
Breakfast seasoned fries are perfect! You can get a large order for two bucks. Definitely beats paying almost two dollars for a hashbrown at competitors. They chicken breast at breakfast is very lacking though.
We usually shop at bjs than make a quick stop at wendy's. Parking for both places are not divided so you dont have to drive out to the mine road. What i like about this please is that food is always consistent. And the employees are nice.
The food was fresh and delicious. Tastes different from the 5 boros wendy's establishment. Idk why, but it does. The staff is polite and helpful. The restrooms were cleaned. Plenty of parking and handicapped accessible.
Great, Fast, Friendly Service. Running around, not enough minutes in the hours to accomplish all I needed to do, same song different day. I needed to eat and feed my daughter and make it to the next event, I was not looking forward to any of my option. I am happy to say this Wendy’s made my day and everything worded out perfect, fast serve, 4 for $5 deal and food was hot and fresh, so fresh the lettuce on the burger was cool and refreshing as the burger was hot, French fries hot, chicken nuggets hot and fresh. First window, quick and efficient, second window handing me drinks and food before I could put my change away. All this at 6:30PM, like a well oiled machine that Tuesday night crew. Good for you, taking pride in your work and it shows. Thank you, we will be back.
Fast drive through and complete order.
I was able to walk up to the drive-in (pickup window) because I had an oversize vehicle. The worker had a paper menu to show me what's available(I was not near the menu board). I received my food relatively fast and it was good. Not sure of the young man's name who was the server but he was efficient, friendly and accommodating!
The food is better than some of the other locations I have visited. The service has always been excellent. Daniel, one of the managers there, is very conscientious, personable, detailed, and cares about his customers. Other locations I have visited, will close 5 to 10 minutes early, as well as breaking down the frosty machine, and chili, sometimes as early as a half an hour before the posted closing time. He works nights so he closes often, and never closes early than the posted time of 3am. When I want Wendy's, I go to this location in Levittown, bypassing three locations near where I reside, because of the reasons listed above.
Most think a Wendy's is a Wendy's, and so on for the other fast food chains out there. But not all locations within the same brand chain are created equal. It comes down to the staff and the company procedure. I find Wendy's locations to be more consistent regarding their quality. One of the major factors in this rating is how their bacon is done. Wendy's does a great job of keeping their bacon crispy, never soggy or fatty, and always gives you nice, solid pieces and the correct amount of strips. I've seen other chains skimp on this often, and seen another location from that same chain do an excellent job. But Wendy's, they just seem to have a procedure down that makes their lettuce, buns, and bacon, almost always fresh and crispy. And this location was no different! So thanks to the staff for their fast and friendly service, and thank you Wendy's for creating a way of doing things that makes every location I've been to a great experience.
Food is always fresh and hot
Not the freshest food. The bathrooms are pretty clean. They have good coffee if you want some and can't find a dunkin.
Wendy's normally great except this time we went there. Food wasn't hot and wasn't done the way we wanted it done. It was a simple request...but they refused to give us new food...they said they were too busy. That's why I didn't give it 5 stars.
This Wendy's could use a bit of help. Always seems to take a while to get your order, as they only seem to have one person on the register during the rush times. Foods ok, not as hot as it should for made to order. The inside could be maintained a little better, but it is a step up from some of the other fast food chains in the area Drive thru always full, but parking for dine in is plentiful. Just needs to have the entrance open out to the parking lot side.
Very nice Wendy's. Modern and new, they have the latest soda dispensers and ordering stations. New tables and chairs with a very modern feel. Order was taken and served fast. Food was typical Wendy's food. Resturante was a little on the cold side, my kids were so cold that they didnt want a frosty. Bathroom was clean. Plenty of parking and a drive through.

I went back recently to this location figuring the help has improved and I’m very impressed by the kind person who served me. She was very polite and I noticed the old staff that used to work there was no longer employed there and was very pleased since the new staff was more polite and has better people skills. The food was good.
I haven’t ordered from Wendy’s for more than six months now. Before that, I ordered almost every other week. Why did I stop? Because the restaurant staff were rude to my kids. My kid was just asking for a missing buttermilk sauce. It’s fine to ask for money, but you don’t need to be rude to a kid.
Food here is good especially the hot fries with a cheese burger. The order came out fast.
It's a Wendy's... However this one is a bit slower than others and the one in farmingdale just about 2-3 miles east has always tasted better/fresher. Also the interior is a bit dated/uncomfortable, but is a very old building. Hell I remember when it was a Roy Rogers in the 80s and early 90s.
Fun place to go with young ones. The help is very patient and the food is hamburgers and French fries. Although I tried the wrap and it was very good
Got food poisoned. Be careful eating from here. I only ate twice the day I got food poisoned - coffee in the morning, and spicy chicken sandwich in late afternoon. Threw up all night. Won't risk eating from here again.
I went specifically for an item that my phone kept advertising for two weeks straight. When i got Wendy's no one had a clue what I was talking about. I settled on an avocado salad but it was disappointing. The staff were professional for the most part, they seemed to want to rush me along although it was not busy. To think about it no one was behind me. My hunger got the best of me because usually if I feel like my money isn't wanted I go somewhere else. To be clear this is the Wendy's in Levittown next to the AMC movie theater. I have been to plenty of Wendy's and never felt like that. I will say that I normally know exactly what I want (and I did) but I guess I appeared indecisive and that always irks fast food staff.
I'd like this location for a while, but the staff has gotten a bit obnoxious over time. I've had managers with severe attitudes on multiple occasions. On the flip, I've had many decent experiences as well. So it's a toss-up of what you're going to get when you get there. Know before you go!
If you have the time to drive a few more minutes down Hempstead Turnpike, there are better locations than this particular chain restaurant, Wendy's. For fast friendly service, I would try the Farmingdale or Copiague locations. The Farmingdale location is the best Wendy's restaurant within a 5 mile radius. Unlike the Levittown location, the dining area in Farmingdale is clean and relaxing.
We just returned to this Wendy’s after its remodel. First thing we noticed when we walked in the door was they have the annoying big computer thing that’s where you dont have to wait on line you put in your order yourself but Its right in the way of getting on line. The food here is great and the wait was not long but that is where it ends . We do not in the least like how they redid the dining area, so much less seating. There is seating for groups and just some for individuals or couples. Most of that seating are the high chairs and tables. When you are very short like me, heavy and handicapped high seating and tables are a big enemy .(bar height). As for the food I had the Apple Chicken Salad which was great and in my opinion a good value including the drink. My husband got burgers and friends off the discount menu which to us looked like the full menu burgers. They do offer a good variety of food, chili and sides. They have a big selection of drinks and you can refill as long as you are eating there. Not a bad deal. I took off a star for the computer order taker and another for the dining area especially the lack of.adequate space and tables that we feel they so badly need.
Good food fine service. But i wont be eating here again. If theres a 🪰 problem in the dining room, im sure its worse where the food is being prepared. My son kept having to shoe away the fruit flys
This location is very hit or miss. The food is always good, but you never know if you are going to get your whole or correct order. I ordered a 6 piece spicy nuggets, my fiance ordered a chicken sandwich combo, and I had ordered a 4 for 4 with a lemon coke zero. My soda was just a regular coke zero, not a huge deal bc I like coke zero, but we got 2 10 piece regular nuggets, and the burger from my 4 for 4. We thought we corrected it at the window before we left, but they handed us the same bag again, and then gave us my fiance's sandwich. We looked through the bag before driving away and knew it was wrong, so we went inside. I decided I eould change my soda while we were inside, so I didn't have to bother them. We got the correct food and they were totally apologetic, but when I selected the lemon coke zero what came out was cherry coke zero. Again, not a bad flavor but it was really just weird that cherry was in the lemon button. I would highly recommend going inside for your order and making sure the flavor of soda is correct when you push the button.
Service could be better at counter
The restaurant was clean and great staff, but the homeless man who had finished his meal just sat and pulled at his hair while people were trying to eat. I understand he is homeless, but the staff could have asked him to leave as he was done eating and was annoying everyone entering.
The food wasn't prepared the greatest but it's fast food so it's not expected to be perfect. $5 biggie bag is a good deal for a quick meal

Food was good. Although, it took up to 10 minutes for my food to be ready and they did not put my food on the proper counter. Kiosks make it easy to order and not have to wait in line. Much more popular than other Wendy's I've gone to.
Dining room was dirty as well as the counter where the ketchup is. Food was not hot. Fries were dry and brown at early afternoon?.
One person taking orders and setting up. Wait in line forever. Kiosk not set up with everything on the menu. Wanted homestyle Go Wrap, only have Grilled or Spicy, could not customize to Homestyle. Thankfully by the time I finished this review, the manager stepped in and quickly took orders. The order came out right and there are some good people who work there.
this is my regular spot, love their chicken nuggets always hot and fresh. I don't know if the timing was not right this time, I had a pack of stale chicken nugget and very rubbery, didn't feel like eating chicken nugget. A little disappointed this time
It's a Wendy's, so on par ith food quality. Place in side a tad run down and the free style soda machine seems to always be out of diet or zero sugar sodas. Maybe this is the Universe trying to tell me to stay away from fastfood and soda.
Food was cold, went to exchange ff, they exchanged them but the woman frying was not happy. Went to bite into my jr bacon cheese burger cheese and bacon was cold. I threw it away. The person cleaning the tables would walk into the cooking area and lean on the counters with the dirty gloves she just cleans the tables with. Very disappointed!
Terrible experience.the place is dirty. The self service machines are broken The customers ahead of me got their orders wrong. And when I got my baconator it had only two small pieces of bacon on it. Would not recommend.
Wendy's was my favorite fast food burger. But it appears that the person that likes too walks into the store and places there order at the counter, is at a big disadvantage. Especially when they only have one person serving the counter, and thar one person is also putting together the orders from the counter and the online orders. We seam to become a Society that likes to use the drive through. Maybe WE just need to find somewhere else that would like to show a little customer appreciation.
Ordered a plain sandwhich through the drive through - asked to confirm with them at the window that there was a plain sandwhich and they told me no. Simple enough, they swapped it for a plain sandwhich. The replacement was old and cold and hard. Wasted my money and short lunch break to have to throw this sandwich away because it was completely inedible. Would not go back to this store.
I usually go to this Wendy's but the last time I was there i order my meal on the app and I asked for ranch for my chicken sandwich, they gave me such a problem about the charge for sauce - i was unaware of the change i was asking for more than one and it says the first sauce packet is on them the guy working finally gave to me, and was giving me an attitude i will never go to this location again i will go elsewhere
I’m standing here waiting for a mobile order and there was a older gentleman waiting and he even said excuse me and the staff just looked at him and ignored him twice and started speaking Spanish to each other. So the older gentleman ended up just leaving. It also took them almost ten minutes to a knowledge me.

I was inside before 10.30am, nobody took my order until 10.39am and then they told me that breakfast is over. Do drive through even though 10 cars ahead of you. Because you are not a customer for them if you are inside.

The Wendy's on Hempstead Turnpike in East Meadow served me a raw burger but I had driven away already before I began to eat it, so I had to throw it out. I won't go back to that location again.

I got two salads and no dressings were in the bag, I went through the drive through.
Didn't get my order right, ordered through the drive thru, picked up order drove away. Fries were cold, 1 part of order was the 4 by 4 but only leave the cheese out, leaving the lettuce and tomato in. Got a plain dry burger. Worse Wendy's ever.
How about learn to answer the phone when customers are calling…. Especially when they feel like something was left in the restaurant and no one answers. Called 3 different times at various times of the day. Totally useless staff.
Waited on drive through for 20 minutes with 3 cars ahead of me. This is fast food not snail food. When i got up to the window to get me food, I asked the person why it took so long (mind you two hungry kids) he said to me because of you people and slammed the window closed. Really this is the way to treat a paying customer? Also they didn’t give me a receipt and I used my cc.
Very bad service, my food order was cancelled, because they close the restaurant 15 minutes before the scheduled time. The motorist went to order at the window, they told him he had to turn around to order by horn, the order doesn't make sense🤔
The cashier Brittany was extremely rude, we forgot something in drive through on 10/30/2010 at 740pm. So my husband went inside to order and was told "what do you want!" Then half the order was wrong. Instead of an 11 with beef- the gave one with chicken. Instead of a spicy chicken sandwich, we go some kind of chicken sandwich instead. Fries are limp and cold. Don't waste your time or money here.
4/9 / 2017 9 pm Real bad experience with my fish sandwich dry as hell , fries old n burned . Felt as if they dont care about spanish people. Went back n told them what happen , n no one apologized , at the end , I wasnt happy with the service. Whole bunch of unprofessional youngsters . I left with a chicken sandwich n finally they had baked potatoes. Where was a manager when u need one . I live about 2 miles from this Wendy , just imagine how pissed that makes me , n then to see everyone acting so Nonchalant on top of all that .

All of the empty tables were dirty. I cleaned a table off while the employees were standing behind the counter talking with each other. On top of that they got my order wrong. Not a lot of motivated people working there. I won't be back anytime soon.
Drive thru can never get it straight. I asked for extra sour cream and got NONE. Two potatoes and no sour cream!! Check your order every time before leaving the window. Make em wait if you have to.
Tried to order for delivery and they still didn’t make the food after an hour the order was placed. The store was closing in 30 mins, so I had to cancel the order because apparently the workers that worked on the weekends don’t do their job. Never ordering here again.
First of all, I walked in everybody is talking to each other speaking in Spanish. I’m like excuse me I need help over here so I had to become louder than what I am normally is I need help someone can you please help me It took for me to get loud for someone to pay attention and serve. Wish I could give this location a lower score smh... These people are nasty and rude and when I asked for breakfast 1 minute after breakfast was over the girl looked at me like I was stupid. I then ordered a meal deal and they got it wrong and we're rude to me and didn't want to correct it and made it seem like I was wrong. I suggest people take the extra few minutes to drive to the east meadow location instead because they understand English and won't give you attitude.
Probably some of the worst possible service I have ever seen. And I work in retail! I understand that Friday afternoons are very busy and to expect a wait, And I made sure to order my food early through the App, but each vehicle was waiting upwards unto 10 mins, wouldn't have mind waiting for my food if it was done correctly, but NO, my pick up via drive thru online order was very detailed and I paid for extras (Lettuce/tomato- NO PICKLES-due to an allergy, I was missing bacon and the sauce on then new hot honey chicken and they put extra bacon-WHICH I CAN'T EAT!) They got it COMPLETELY wrong! The frosty was mostly melted, fries burnt! I had to ask 3 times while waiting in the car after I got my food for spoons as the window person kept chatting and laughing with her buddy. (Don't you realize the drive thru lines are long?!) I tried to call the restaurant to complain that my food was wrong and that I couldn't eat it due to an allergy (I had to throw it away-there goes my hard earned money in the trash) and there was no number to call, and when I did find the customer service support line, It was in-operable! Horrible service! I expected more from a fast food joint that claims to provide fresh food and excellent service! Absolutely Horrible!!!
Always go to this wendys and now I was discussed. First the 2nd person working at the cash register in the Drive-through wasn't even there like he has helping out which I can understand but he didnt give me a sign or anything that he'll be there in a minute just nothing. And when I got the window to get my food he gave me a Attitude and also told me about my coupon even though it isn't expired. So I had to go back to pay. Terrible service probably won't go back even that Manger or superior is there Garbage and a nasty attitude.

Specifically asked for the new fries to be extra crispy. They were soggy AND cold. Went back in to ask if they could correct it. Girl at the counter said "too bad" tried my baconator it was also ice cold. Just take the few minute drive down wantsgh Avenue to go to the Wendy's on sunrise. At least it isn't as poorly run as this branch
Not good. Grilled chicken tasted like boiled breast with too much pepper. Soggy and not tasty. Baconator was more like a soggy sponge with barely a trace of bacon. Bacon was about 2" long, 1 piece . Really should not be called baconator. Fries dry and tasteless. Wanted to return but took it as a loss. Did I say this location is not good? Yeah I did, it is terrible. Not a good location as I know Wendy's can do better . Many food options near this location .
I went to pick up food in evening yesterday . I was waiting for half an hour . Finally I ask them that how long takes to be ready. One girls said five min more. At the right time one from behind very rudly said that I have wait forty min more. ohhh..no. I was gone leave from there but the same girl said just two min. Not only me, other customer lady next me also coplaning at the same time 'who is the manager? such rude...'
Manager is extremely rude. Will scoff and make comments under his breath when you ask to correct their mistake. Girl with pink/red hair at the drive through window was also very rude laughing at his comments
I went through drive thru, and off the bat the cashier was really rude and pretty sure he was the manager, so a little surprising. That's besides the point I asked for a plain crispy sandwich and it came with everything on it. he also asked me for any sauce which I did and he gave me nothing. shoutout the manager great customer service wonder how your employees act based of that.

We go to Wendy's often, and this was the WORST experience ever. We had two coupons for the kid's meals for $1.99 each, but because it was after 9:00 PM, they tried charging us a higher price. Basic math shows us that two kid's meals at $1.99 each should be $3.98 plus tax, which would be around $4.50 including tax. First they tried charging us over $6 for both meals, then the manager came over, and she tried charging us $5.20 for both meals. She said that the computer bases the discount on the discounted price of $2.99 per meal, which is their special offer before 9 PM. But because it was about 9:10 PM, the computer couldn't calculate the discount properly based on the regular price. We kept explaining to the manager that $1.99 x 2 = $3.98 plus tax, but she said that $5.20 was the best she could do. She refused to fix it, and even threatened to call the police because we wouldn't accept her overpriced final decision. In addition, we had a previous meal that we had purchased just prior to this one that had used an app coupon for Free Fries. She gave us our money back for that meal, but stole our coupon for the Free Fries because it never reappeared on the app after the refund, so we couldn't even go to a different Wendy's location. The manager refused to give us her name and a corporate phone number. She told us to find it ourselves. Several other employees joined in with the manager, refusing to honor the coupons, telling us to leave, and threatening to call the police. I hope Wendy's has a video of the incident for corporate to watch so they can see that we were not rude to them, but they were extremely rude to us. We left with no food, a missing app coupon, a threat of calling the police, and a whole lot of anger and aggravation. If this is how Wendy's treats their customers, we will NEVER go back to that Wendy's again, and might even stop going to Wendy's everywhere.
Charged me 5$ after I bought 55$ in food for sauce very nasty people
I ordered a #6, I asked for some honey mustard, the woman asked for 50 cents.. are you kidding me, they say only nuggets and tenders. I have fries. Well I guess ill go to bk and have it my way forget these people
The manager would not give me her first or last name has been extremely rude to me on several occasions I live in the neighborhood and frequent the place regularly. She refused to serve me because I didn’t appreciate the way she was speaking to me and again, nor would she give me her first or last name I will escalate this as far as I possibly can with Wendy’s because the way that you treat her customers is unacceptable and if I’m one example, they’re losing themselves a lot of money having this person as a manager. Additionally the same manager would tell me they were closed when the hours on the door and website indicated otherwise. I also waited to see if other customers were served who were of other ethnicity then Caucasian which I am. The manager is not of another ethnicity and I feel like I’m being racially discriminated against . I do not recommend ever going to this Wendy’s go to the McDonald’s down the block. I will escalate this matter as high as I can because of the flagrant attitude and possible discrimination.
DO NOT ORDER HERE AFTER 8PM I don't think I've ever had an accurate drive thru order from here at night, whether its the toppings you want on a sandwich or even the quantity of items it will almost always be incorrect. you are much better off going to the locations in Farmingdale down Hempstead Tpke. or Wantagh down Wantagh Ave.
Service was good but walked onto yelling between 5 workers so loud it was annoying! They were discussing another worker in Spanish where you couldn’t hear what the cashier was saying. It’s always like this. It’s hot to stop. Eating there was annoying as we couldn’t hear each other.
Ordered online and went to pick it up inside. A group of hispanic ladies were talking to a presumed customer who they knew. As I waited a line backed up behind me because they refused to do their job and take orders. I asked Ava or Eva for my order and she looked at it and let it sit there and get cold she ignored me and went back to her conversation. They took the order of everyone in that line before me and when I got my order it was cold and also wrong. I went back to get the right order and they handed me basically the same thing. I said there was no bacon in my order and I think she didnt understand what I meant and when I went back she tried arguing with me and even talked shit in spanish in front of me. I understood exactly what she said because I speak spanish too. The incredible unprofessionalism was astonishing. Refusing to help customers because they were busy chatting and getting frustrated after THEY were wrong. Never coming here again 👎👎👎👎👎
Horrible food preparation. Large piece of card board box was found in my chicken wrap. I brought it back to the store, the Manager named Chris asked me if that was a piece of "chocolate" . I was dumbfounded to hear that, is chocolate part of ingredients in that wrap???? Manager seemed careless and when I confronted him, he called me rude. Making formal complaint is NOT being rude, and obviously that guy needs to be retrained. I still have stomachache from eating the wrap. Never going back!
