I always come here and I always have the best experience fresh food fresh fries everything comes out on time ,always taste delicious but there’s small thing missing and that is a new soda machine. i’ve been coming here for years since I was a kid that’s the only thing it’s been missing that soda machine is so outdated. I wish they would get the new ones and this place would be amazing.

An older location but easy to get to which is a plus. A good burger and great ice cream! If your in Lewisville and want to get an ice cream cone or a burger you can try this location. It's sometimes a bit dirty for me, but it was good this time and the service was great also. They have really good meats, milk, and a few other groceries here too.

This braums wasn’t bad , but needs some work. What was great is the food came out very hot and fresh. However, this location was a disaster. It was way over crowded. Some employees were nice but others were stressed and yelling at each other. It was a very small location so everyone in the dining room can hear the yelling in the kitchen.

The food was great as usual. The cashier on the food side was professional. The employees on the ice cream side were horrendous and created to a terrible experience. They talked about being bored. They laughed at customers and cracked jokes the entire time. I felt like I was being served by toddlers. Thanks to these employees I will never return to this particular location.

I regularly do not like to complain, but this time I am sharing my experience, with the intention to provide feedback and hopefully with that, do better. Disappointed, wanted a quick lunch and dessert to go. Not greeted, even knowing employee saw me walking in. Location not busy, but I decided to walk out, as I felt ignored waiting by the front icecream counter. Thank you and best wishes.

First time going to this location and it will be my last Jaime did not have good customer service. Yolanda the assistant manager seems as if she does not like her job. I blame management for Jaime being so rude and poor customer service. Don’t forget to check your order.

Avoid going to this Braums. The cashier was nice but unable to make a simple cherry limeade after two attempts. No cherries. It tastes like a limeade which I is Not what I ordered. Never going to this location again.

Ive ordered 3 times from here and that was because sadly i have to grab and go since its near my job. However, every time i got my food this is how it looks. Old lettuce, tastes funny & soggy bread. This looks like something that was left behind but even then it takes them 15+ minutes to give me the order. Only fresh thing about this place is the fries. SMH.
