I had a wonderful experience at Elysium Immersive Dining – the staff were friendly and attentive, the ambiance felt both elegant and welcoming, and the food was consistently delicious with plenty of variety. The decor added a special touch that made the evening feel memorable, and the overall immersive dining experience exceeded my expectations. Would definitely come back again because of the great service and atmosphere.

We had an incredible dining experience at Elysium. From the moment we arrived—30 minutes early—we were warmly greeted at the door by a wonderful gentleman. We also had a service animal with us, and the staff could not have been more kind and accommodating. We were first seated in a cozy room that had a cigar-lounge vibe, complete with low lighting and a relaxed atmosphere. It looked smoky, but without any smell—just ambiance. Beautiful imagery from different countries and cities played across the walls and bar through projectors, which really set the mood. We were welcomed with a glass of prosecco—light, bubbly, and delicious—before being served appetizers. The shrimp rangoons (absolute perfection—I’m still dreaming about them), veggie egg rolls, and mini beef Wellingtons were presented beautifully and bursting with flavor. Once the party of 18 arrived, we were invited into the main dining room: a stunning circular space where projections surrounded us on the walls, ceiling, and even the table. The presentation was breathtaking, and the table was elegantly set with chargers, polished silverware, and napkins placed for us. The courses came out quickly, each one unique and memorable: Octopus with chickpeas: smoky in appearance, cold in presentation, and surprisingly delicious (the chickpeas were a standout). Seafood & sausage over rice: mussels, shrimp, scallops, and sausage cooked perfectly. Roasted chicken with vegetables: fall-off-the-bone tender with a slightly sweet gravy, paired with roasted carrots and green beans. Homemade pasta with pears & walnuts: truly divine—one of those “wow” bites I’ll never forget. Flaming lamb chops with potatoes: tender and flavorful, served tableside with fire for extra flair. Dessert: an ice cream cake-like dish wrapped in marshmallow, lit on fire individually at the table—spectacular and delicious. Each dish was presented beautifully, with several courses literally set aflame at the table. The service was outstanding—attentive, professional, and genuinely thoughtful (especially when accommodating my husband, who wasn’t feeling his best that evening). ✨ Overall: 10/10. A truly immersive dining experience with exceptional service, stunning ambiance, and food that was as much art as it was a meal. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something unforgettable!

All I can say is WOW WOW WOW. I have never experienced such an amazing dinner- the service and the food were incredible- but the atmosphere of immersive video mapped dining made it an insane memory. From the bar to the dinner room, everything exceeded expectations. I can't wait to go back and celebrate again soon!

Fantastic experience at Elysium. Won’t ruin the surprises for you, but added some photos to share in the ambiance. Tommy is fantastic, and even before the experience, make sure that we were able to have our dietary restrictions and timings accommodating to fit our party. When we arrived, we were warmly created and had a welcome champagne and appetizers before we started dinner. The actual dinner is in a special room outfitted with the immersive experience. There were two other groups who were there as well. As they take you through each country, the waiters explain the pairings and then after many of the dishes, grace you with torching/fire on the course. It’s a fun experience in the food actually it was quite tasty. Was impressed both at the quantity and quality of the food and also of the drink pairings as well. Wishing them great success, and hope to come back soon. If you’re looking for a fun and unique night… This is it!

New place! You have to check it out! The ambience is really cool with all its projections from different places from planet Earth, mostly international cities. It’s really gorgeous to watch it. It does make it a little hard to read the menu though if you sit at the bar because the bar is back lit. They did have a happy hour when we went there which was really good deal. It was 50% off the food items, but they were saying that they want to pivot the menu. Staff was very friendly. The bartender was slow though. The drinks were OK. The food was good with a lovely presentation. But you don’t go to this place for the food you go for the visuals and the experience and for that the food and drinks was good enough! Even going to the bathroom was an experience 😉

My friend and I went to Elysium for dinner on Friday night and genuinely had the most amazing experience. The restaurant places you into an immersive dining space in which you experience the food surrounded by the country it originates through a unique display. The creativity and passion put into everything experienced was top tier, something I haven’t yet found in South Florida. The entire experience was unforgettable, I could not recommend Elysium enough for anyone visiting, looking to celebrate an event, date night, or getting together with family. The menu is perfectly curated, flavorful, and everything from the front bar to the main dining room is an immersive experience you will not forget!

Elysium Immerse Dining truly lives up to its name — “Elysium,” meaning a place or condition of ideal happiness — and from start to finish, that’s exactly how this experience felt. The food was absolutely mind-blowing. Every dish was a standout — from the vibrant, fresh ceviche, to the tender and flavorful lamb, to the rich, buttery lobster — each bite was a journey on its own. The flavors were layered, intentional, and downright unforgettable. And the Elysium Rita? Wow. Spicy, bold, and perfectly balanced, this cocktail added just the right amount of heat and excitement to the evening. A must-try! While I didn’t get to participate in the full immersive experience this time — where guests are transported through storytelling, visuals, and themed settings that align with each dish — I’ve heard it’s next-level, allowing you to taste food while feeling like you’ve been dropped into another part of the world. I absolutely plan to return for that! If you’re a foodie looking for something elevated, creative, and unforgettable, Elysium is it. More than a meal — it’s a destination. Highly recommend.

The whole idea was amazing, and I would definitely recommend this and try it again. Tommy was an amazing host the whole time. Organized a small party of 6 for a birthday dinner last night. Never been there before, but took a shot, and was not disappointed. Service: was attentive and professional with excellent accommodation for dietary restrictions. We felt heard and accommodated perfectly. The Experience: Should be considered a "bucket list" destination, perfect for special occasions. The birthday boy was treated to extra attention & dessert. The Food: The dishes were well curated and presented in a fun and unique way. High praise for the menu's sophistication and balance. I will absolutely return as the menu and experience change serval times a year.

The resolution on the screens were terrible, all of them. I am not sure how they can sell an "Immersive" experience with the screens looking so dated. Think about playing a VHS video today. 2. The chairs need WD40. The room fell silent but anytime someone moved you heard it, followed by giggles. 3. Not sure why, the table vibrated with ever base change of the music. You can hear it and feel it, especially bcs they have a pocket for your phone, which continuously fell out with every vibration. It all felt very dated. That was my take away. Otherwise, we had a pleasant time. Lastly, my husband made the reservation for our Anniversary and listed we were celebrating our anniversary. It was never mentioned. The room was asked as a group, if anyone was celebrating anything and I waited to see if they actually read our reservation. No. I asked my husband if I should say anything and he said nah. They mentioned they showcase new experiences and I believe the next one will include Brazil and neighboring. This is a cool way to keep ppl interested, but they desperately need an update for the price point.

My husband and I were so excited to try this place. We came with a group of friends to celebrate a birthday. We had some drinks by the bar which was pretty cool and had a nice vibe. Then they led us into their immersive dining space which is comparable to a low budget simulation ride narrated by a cheesy dude telling dad jokes all night. The images were grainy and didn’t really add anything to the experience. The food was sub par and of the 7ish courses maybe one was worth eating. Each dish had some “surprise element” included….which was basically just being torched to death once they placed it in front of you. Went back again last night, it’s so close to us so we wanted to give it another try. This time the amount of smoke at the bar made it difficult to even enjoy the ambiance. We ordered the duck breast and it tasted like a tennis ball, luckily it was torched to death as well…so there’s that. The service was good and the drinks were fine, so if you do wanna check this place out just stick to the bar and grab some drinks, but you’re better off eating at chik fil a before you go.

We had already been charged the full amount for six guests, totaling $1,632.83. According to the restaurant’s website, cancellations or changes made more than three days in advance are eligible for a full refund. I emailed Tommy professionally requesting a refund for the four guests, and he confirmed it would be processed within 7–10 business days. After waiting ten business days with no refund, I reached out again via email, phone, voicemail, and text—no response. My husband also emailed since the reservation was on his credit card—still no response. When I finally mentioned needing to do a chargeback, I received a brief reply saying he would “check in the morning.” Nothing happened after that. After waiting an additional two days with no communication or refund, we were forced to dispute the charge through our credit card company. I was genuinely excited to celebrate my birthday here and never write negative reviews, but the lack of communication and accountability was extremely disappointing. Customer service like this is unacceptable, especially given the amount charged.
