AKA Bistro Lincoln - Permanently Closed Lincoln Reviews
Wonderful restaurant with a tasty Asian fusion and a nice atmosphere. There food and service market your forget that you're in a suburb pretty far outside of Boston. Definitely a little more pricey than other suburban restaurants, but worth the premium.
Our favorite restaurant West of Boston. Christian and Chris offer a sophisticated and always interesting French/Japanese set of delicious and beautiful dishes. We enjoy both having lunch and dinner here. We only wish they had a slightly more extensive wine list (mostly all French now).
I've been once and the service was excellent and the food was both stylish and creative. Entree prices are medium-priced in the $22-$28 range, and there is a prix fixe choice of appetizer, entree, and dessert for $37, with selections varying nightly. I don't think I've been at anything in metrowest comparable to AKA other than Blue Ginger (though the cuisine is different). The menu is mostly french, with mostly bistro type fare. I had a pate that was very good, and they offer unlimited mini-baguettes and house made brought to your table in a basket. Entree were extremely creative, and were on the smaller side. Chocolate mousse ($8) and creme brule ($7) were both very generous and very well done. Wines by the glass varied from $6 to $12, with most in the $9-$12 range. Beer is also offered, but they do not have a full liquor license. It'd consider it sort of a special occasion place - dinner for two with drinks could cost $150+tip, but you could do two prix fixe dinner for $74 without wine. There is also a Japanese sushi menu, and the one item we had (yellowtail sashimi) was fresh and tasty ($15). We went on a weeknight and service was excellent. The place is fairly small, and there were 4-5 servers, plus a host and cheese cart person, and it was nearly full.
Best restaurant in the area. Great fusion and I would recommend this to anyone. Just remember to have a reservation far in advance.
Amazing food, but pricey.
Exquisite French, Japanese and hybrid menu.
Very nice atmosphere. Good food but I just had the omelet. I'd like to try other items on the menu. Omelet was good but not 5 star.
