Beside the fact that they are very nice. They got the thickest girl in the world working in there. And she had a nice attitude. Nowadays you can't find them both in one person.

The first time ever iv had a whpr fresh!! I mean grill marks and everything. I asked the guy to make it cooked to order I waited and he did!!! Usually they say we just got some fresh meat and he did. But I asked if he could please make a specific burger cooked to order and he did!!! Out freaking standing! Burger was so hot i had to let it cool a bit. If all BK did this request they would be top burger place because absolutely no one can beat a off the grill fresh Whopper with cheese! Thank you

Burger Kings New management has made a difference! They are accepting app orders again! The food has been hot and fresh, the order was correct too! I placed an order on the app,got there and they had just closed! The female manager on duty, made my entire order fresh and perfect! She explained they close at 9, and 10 on the weekends, very pleasantly. I had to wait a few minutes and it was worth it. The chicken nuggets are very reasonable, my dog loves them. They serve Barqs root beer, I love it. The fries beat other fast food chains! I plan on going back to Burger King in Lincoln again. Thanks new management! Keep up the good work!

This is the best place I have ever been to. I've eaten here EVERY SINGLE DAY since I came here. My order was taken very quickly and my food was finished quickly too. The employee were extremely nice. They are very friendly. They smile at me when welcome me when I came in. I 100% recommend. Will be coming back tomorrow and every other days.

Management was sorta tough on there employees but good food and service

Food was ok, not great. Minimal staff; and they acted like they were bothered by customers being there. Floors were sticky, and almost no one dining in. Drive thru was also slow while I was there, with most folks having to pull up and wait for their food to be brought out.

Ordered a coke through the app for pickup at drive-thru. Drive thru is broken. No one comes to window. Had to go inside. It was Easter Sunday and they only had 2 people working. Kinda surprised they were even open.

My least favorite Burger King! Nothing is the same as the free stranding stores I have visited.. Wait time is longer.. Food is not as fresh tasting.. And service is okay but lacking all the little things that always makes the difference! I speak with over 20 years of experience in every part of the food industry.

Ordered two Whoppers and an Oreo shake. The burgers were fine, even though I wish the lettuce and tomatoes and pickles were spread out over the surface of the meat patty instead of all lumped up in the middle. The Oreo shake, however, may as well have been vanilla with tiny, pepper-like sprinkles of dark in it. No Oreo chunks like from other BK restaurants. Buy at your own risk.

I stop here a few times a week. Food is usually always on point and great...just don't be in a hurry! And don't expect a smile most of the time...that's the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars but the food is great

Most days service here is very slow. Sometimes, it's quicker to go inside instead of using the drive thru! However, you never know. It's definitely not fast food! Also, a large fry is not very large or worth what's being charged!

We ordered our food sat in drive thru for a good min before they told us that they didn't have the chicken sand we had ordered however they did offer us the regular chicken sand in place, ok no problem. Got home the chicken was hard like it had been over cooked, my whopper was dripping literally from ketchup. It was heavy to the point I had to get a knife to scrap some of bc it was coming out all over the place. I think this was our worst food ever from there So far. Other than that we've always had decent service (sometimes very rude but not always) food is usually good for it to be fast food!

The food was delicious and to us in a timely manner. But customer service is quickly becoming a thing of the past. No thank you please come again. No asking do you need any condiments. Just blank faces with no smiles.

Service was terrible. As I was placing my order I had to stop at least 3 times due to the person taking my order was texting on there cell phone. Kept telling me to go ahead and order. As I was called to pick up my order I was missing my milk shake. When I ask about it I was told they would bring it to me. I had eaten probably half of my meal they started yelling strawberry shake. As I was going to pick it up I heard a lady say I'll take it to them, which they did. Need to focus on customers not texting!!!!!

We came here as we were staying at the hotel next door. When we walked in on Saturday morning, they were very under staffed. We tried to leave and go to McDonald’s, but we didn’t have a car (truck drivers) and the lobby is under construction. By the time we walked to McDonald’s and back, the same people were standing in line as when we originally walked in and waited 10 minutes. Customers were saying they waited 20 minutes for food. We sat down and waited for them to get caught up, which they did once another worker arrived. Our food was out relatively fast, but they were out of tater tots and stuff to make frappes. So, they gave my husband a supposed to be large iced coffee , but he got a regular. His burrito was basically an oversized taco. While we were waiting for our food, someone from drive thru came inside because his order was wrong. Then, when they gave him his replacement order, it was still wrong.

I can guarantee you that they are out of whatever you want to order, and whatever they do have is barely edible. I tried this BK 3 different times for breakfast and lunch and they're always out of something. On a positive note, the truck comes tomorrow. If you're hungry now, I suggest a different restaurant. Or you can come back tomorrow and try again.

I heard "no ketchup" repeated four times and confirmed. All four burgers were covered in ketchup. No store number on the ticket, can't even formally complain on the mybkexperience site. I absolutely hate ketchup on a burger.

My last visit here. I pass by here daily and stop occasionally. Today, service was good (only one other customer) but the food was terrible. I do not know when it was cooked but it was way way before I got there. I am not sure how fries turn into what these were, I am guessing put back in the fryer a second time to heat them up. Not sure. Really bad. Next, they were out of more soft drinks than they offered. Only thing in the machine was stuff no one drinks, really. ALL the employees were outside smoking and thanked me for stopping in when I walked out. On the plus side, there were paper crowns on every table.

I ordered a chicken sandwich combo at the drive thru,sat in line 15 minutes. I pull up to the window and was told they were out of chicken..Okay...So I reorder, 2 cheeseburgers,fry..After another 10 minutes, I get a sack of food with 2 fries and 1 hamburger...Total disaster of a experience.I will not be back.Just shut it down(There's always problems at this location)

Kids want to play in the back, service was super terrible! The line was a the way to the door. The people at the registers were nice as could be but they hired kids to cook. Didnt trust the food, came out cold even thought we were the only ones in there because they were playing. Never be back.. period

I ordered a impossible Whooper simple order right. Any thing but that they give Real meat and it should've been a plant base burger I take it back and got a new burger when I bit into it. It was nasty and cold absolutely no heat on it I'll never go back.i wish they would just close the doors.

The frozen drink machine never works and now they tell me they don’t sell them anymore when it is on the sign and I got one yesterday at another location. Then they tell us we have to pull up chicken nuggets are made to order! Since when is a nugget special order!! Terrible location something happens to my order or they are out of something every time I come here! Glad I do not live here and have better options in Oxford!!!

Tonight was not the first or second time that I pulled away from the window with an incomplete order. The manager was very apologetic, and quickly got the missing food to me. I'm sorry, but by the time I got back to hotel, it was all cold. My girlfriend informed me that she has had the same problem.

Waited 25 mins for them to cook fries bc it was breakfast, which i eas fine with, only for them to being me my bag missing fries, one meal and a cold crescent sandwich. When I went inside yo get it corrected the cook argued with me about me messed up order from behind the grill line claiming my sandwich was NOT cold and screaming HOT fries....when the problem was there were NO fries. No apology or kindness at all from the lady that seemed to be in charge 🙄

Sat at front counter for 5+ min before anyone took my order. Employees were bagging food, cleaning dining room, chatting, playing on phones, and doing anything other than take my order. I ordered two whopper Jrs and two guys that came in after me and ordered 10 min after got their food first. Shoulda gone to MCD next door. Lol.

Never coming in again. The cashier’s name was shaneeka. She needs to learn customer service or get a new job. She took my order down wrong, then the cooks messed up the order twice and my “impossible” burger was either severely undercooked or it was actual meat. I am a truck driver and have spent hundreds at this place. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! Also i was told i could not get a refund by said cashier.

Store indicates it's open well into the night, but I stopped there tonight @ 8:23pm. Dining room already closed! There were at least 4 employees inside. How many people does it take to run this business. I have encountered a store open and running smoothly with only 3. Guess this is just poor management or laziness. Either way, won't bother stopping here again!

My husband and I stopped in for lunch at1130 I ordered spicy chicken and he got chicken bacon sandwich my sandwich was cold and drinched in hot sauce and his was just cold the fries where to we where the only people there i would have waited for hot food we did not finish our food so we wasted our $$$

Don’t go here if you want the food you ordered. It’s never right. It’s never hot. It’s never timely. My kids like the chicken fries is the only reason I continue to subject myself to this place. I have zero positive to say about this location. Rude. Slow.

I've done my best to give them second chances. From them being cash only 60% of the time to them getting orders wrong 60% of the time also. I've also witness the owner or manager literally cuss an employee out on the line. Won't go back after today.

Upon arriving I had to wait 10 minutes before someone took my to-go order. Finally a cashier from the drive-thru seen me waiting. She took my order but had to make change from her register at the drive-thru area. Minutes later I heard the cook mention my 2 combo meals as he sent them towards the front desk. At this time they only needed to place my 2 fries into the bag. I then took my drinks to my car & was going to return inside the store & get my order, this giving them time to prepare my fries. Upon going back inside I found out that they gave my order, which was there a minute ago, had apparently been given to a drive-thru customer. At this time no one was near the register so I waited approx 4-5 minutes until I seen a cook look up. As he looked I signaled to him & he came to the front & I told him what had happened. The cook then prepared my order a 2nd time because no one else could be seen. I appreciate the cooks helping me when no one else seemed to care about doing their job. However I was shorted 1 order of fries from the 2 combo meals that I ordered

1 star is being generous. 1. There was so many signs on the speaker that it was not working, found out it was working. 2. Was told there are 15 orders in front of me, so its going to be a while since I did not order through the speaker. Keep in mind no cars behind me. No cars parked in front of location. 3. I have given this place multiple opportunities, they always seem to disappoint.

I'd give negative stars if I could. Night shift staff and especially the "manager" is the most unprofessional, unpleasant, and the rudest person I've personally come across in the food industry. She is closing the store early, refused to make my delivery after I paid, and sent the poor Doordash driver into a frenzy by being rude and cussing him out. Whatever the manager thinks she deserves she definitely doesn't deserve a job. Edited: She now is refusing to cancel the order and another Doordasher came. They messaged me and told me she had them sitting outside. I have screenshots of both delivery drivers and told the second to cancel the order. This is going way too far.

Honestly a 1 star is being nice. We were the only ones in the drive thru. No one was inside. We ordered a #8 plain. Small sweet tea. She calls the order back and says “#4 plan with a small coke” we correct her. We added 2 orders of 8 piece chicken nuggets. One regular. One spicy. And 2 chicken sandwiches. We got our order back and we got a #8 with a large sweet tea (the receipt she gave us said raspberry lemonade) we got 2 spicy nuggets and didn’t get either of the chicken sandwiches. It’s almost impossible to get good service here, so save your money and eat at home. 😂😂😂

Me and my team came in after a game, and right when we walked in, the staff had a really bad attitude toward us. When we got our drinks, the cups had dirty handprints on them. We politely asked for new ones, but the worker yelled at us for even asking. Then when we got our food, the burgers weren’t cooked all the way. I’m not usually the type to complain, but this was a really bad experience. Definitely needs improvement.

So I got in line and waited about 10 min to pull up to window. The cashier was the most unprofessional person I have ever seen she should be fired. She told me that I would have to go all the way around again cause I didn’t stop and have my order taken. I will never come to this sorry excuse for a restaurant again

When I said I was calling the police the older lady jumped on the phone and called someone who told her to refund me in cash! I hate going to places like this where people think you want to spend 32.00 dollars for old cold food. NOT ME. I made sure to leave with my refund and this is my 2nd review of this place. Get better workers!!!! the current ones think a customer asking for fresh cooked food is a joke!!! By the way laugh at yourself when you look in the mirror. That's for precious and her momma! Both working at Burger King poorly educated and got the audacity to laugh. Girrrrll look at your momma retirement plans! Oh ain't none!

The manager was the rudest person in service that I have ever encountered. She was yelling, large fry - large fry.
