My wife and I went to this WB location on $0.75 Whataburger Day. It was pretty crowded, but the staff were busier than ants at a picnic, which is all you can ask of them. Overall, our experience was good.

Mercedes at this location is beyond the best! She goes above and beyond for her customers and is always super friendly! I’m in there almost daily for a personal order or picking up DoorDash orders and she always makes sure you’re taken care of. If no one else has helped you, she will stop what she’s doing and make sure that you Are Acknowledged. She definitely keeps the store running smoothly overnight and she deserves to be Bragged on!

We are relocating from the west coast, over there In-N-Out and Burgerville are the good fast food place to go that still have quality food, I never thought I’d find something better.. I was wrong. Whataburger is my new favorite burger place and I cannot wait to be settled in Texas so I can have this whenever I want. The burgers are awesome.

The food is hot and fresh, staff is friendly and hard working, and the atmosphere is a tribute to two things the owner loves...surf boards and guitars. If you like classic cars, you will often see them here certain days of the week. Cool spot!

Inside: 5 Stars Drive Through: 1 Star In the drive through they don't fill orders in the order taken, and it's not a big order holding the line up. I have paid, asked to move up, get my order, but there's a car in front so I can't leave. Today, I was in outside lane. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! There was vomit and urine all over the floor. I would have gotten a picture but it was too disgusting. I called and asked for the managers name and they told me I couldn’t get it over the phone! HORRIBLE.

Ridiculously slow both day and night. Night shift is especially bad. The woman taking the orders says nothing but “okey” the entire time you order (I’ve ordered more than once at night since it’s close to my house). The man cooking at night talks bad about customers while cooking in earshot of patrons, and the other woman is cold and hardly pays attention to people ordering. If you come here expect to wait a while and be ignored. 20 minutes in a drive through is insane. Absolutely ridiculous behavior from any establishment. I understand it’s fast food and the bar is low, but come on.

Grease old, soda flat, and the cook must of thought I ordered the soup, literally put so much sauce on my sandwich it fell apart in my hand. Also... was barely warm, and no where near hot. Only positive was I didn't have to wait to get my food cause I ordered ahead on the app... no wait... even that didnt happen, waited 12 minutes for a sandwich that was ordered ahead and even though I had to wait wasnt hot... and I was the only car here. Smdh

The person at drive thru said the person working on the grill dropped my Patty on the ground and it would take 3 min to grill another. Imagine my skepticism when 45 seconds later they came out with my burger. I suppose they dropped the grilled onions and just used a different patty. Looks like this Whataburger follows the 5 second rule. This Whataburger definitely skimps on their all time favorites when it comes to toppings. A couple months ago I ordered an all time favorite that was suppose to have mushrooms , they put 4 pieces of mushroom on that. I left a message for the manager and never got a response. I'm not going to expect any response this time either. This is Zach Moore channel they don't give a damn news.
