We went as a family to have dinner at Namaste Curry House in Arreiro, and it was a very pleasant and memorable experience. The restaurant has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it a perfect place for a relaxed family meal. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, polite, and attentive, which made us feel comfortable and well cared for throughout our visit. We ordered a variety of dishes, including chicken curry with naan, chicken biryani, momo, and chow mein. Every dish was delicious and full of flavor. The chicken curry was rich and well spiced, and the naan was soft and freshly baked, making a great combination. The chicken biryani was aromatic, flavorful, and cooked perfectly, with tender chicken and fragrant rice. The momo were juicy and tasty, and the chow mein was well seasoned and satisfying. The food was served hot and on time, and the quality was excellent. Overall, everything was great, from the food to the service. We truly enjoyed our dinner together as a family. Namaste Curry House is a wonderful place for good food and friendly service, and we would definitely recommend it and visit again.
Such incredibly delicious food, fast service and big portions. I went here with my colleague and all i could say afterwards was "that was so incredibly good" i will definitely be coming back because oh my god so yummy. The staff was so sweet and when we ordered our garlic naans they came with sauces, the staff was so sweet and explained what each of them were and we left with a satisfied tummy and smile on our faces
Went with my family, Good food, quality with good quantity as well. Staff is welcoming, their recommendations are also good. In lunch time they also have a set menu of Curry with nan/rice and one drink. We tried Paneer tikka masala, Sag paneer with Butter garlic nan.
Excellent food and portion sizes. The waiter was incredibly nice and attentive. The spices and flavour of the dishes were excellent! I'd definitely come back the next time :) highly recommend

Boa comida indiana/nepalesa e bom serviço. Opções vegetarianas. Preços acessíveis numa zona central, no Areeiro, junto à Estação Roma-Areeiro. Restaurante com cerca de 25 lugares. Recomendado.

Neste local já teve o restaurante Manuel Caçador, que não conheci. Há um ano inaugurou um restaurante muito bom (não lembro o nome). Comi um rabo de boi delicioso. O segundo, em outra oportunidade, já não foi tão bom. Depois virou o Namastê, um restaurante indiano como tantos outros pela cidade. Sem nada que lhe dê destaque.
Momos were good but the goa curry was disappointing. The curry is definitely priced way too high for the quantity served. Service and atmosphere were alright.

1 de fevereiro.Hora de almoço.Sala fria e quase vazia.Nenhum empregado à vista.Lá nos sentámos.Lista confusa.Serviço demorado.Dose anã da proteína,muito arroz.Sumo,lassi?Não!Só refrigerantes,água,imperial ou chávena de chá.Cafés servidos nos cantinhos da mesa,porque TODA a loiça suja não foi levantada!

I dined at this restaurant on February 14 through the Fork and the overall experience was horrible. First of all, the weather was cold and the restaurant does not have heat so it was EXTREMELY COLD inside. To offset this, the owners could use some indoor portable heaters so that diners are able to eat in a more comfortable environment WITHOUT the need of a coat. Next, there are only two people working the dining area and they were very overwhelmed and unorganized (we received a 1.5l bottle of water and had to ask 3 times for glasses and ordered a lamb entree, but received chicken). Finally, the taste of the food was "just ok". Average at best, it had flavor but the same flavor that is easily duplicated at home. I have eaten at the restaurant a couple of previous times (under the same name), but I believe there has been a recent ownership change and NOT for the better. I will not return and I do not recommend.....even at 50% discount.
