Unfortunately, I always have trouble using the app or the kiosk at the piadineria. It's obviously a problem across the entire chain. But I've noticed that since there's a kiosk at the checkout, there's never anyone there.

The piadinas are good, normal, nothing special; online service is good; the staff is... TERRIBLE! Last night, July 25, I went to pick up a takeout order. At home, I found the chips all spilled in the bag, the opened piadina "stuffed" inside roughly, and they were just the bags I picked up and brought home. They put me off piadina altogether.

I went to this piadineria for lunch on a Saturday, I had to grab a quick bite to eat between my various commitments. Quiet atmosphere, I had no problem sitting down and finding a place. He ordered a piadina, some chips and a sparkling water. The piadina was completely empty, there must have been a slice and a half of ham inside, the chips were good. Unfortunately, the quality/price ratio was really not favorable… I won't be back.

E va bene può capitare!. Ritento una seconda volta esperienza ancora più pessima rispetto alla prima. Partiamo dal presupposto che si lavora a contatto col pubblico bisogna mantenere una customer e un servizio di eccellenza anche se sei all'interno di un locale e in quel momento hai di fronte una fila di persone. Non esiste che va in crisi rivolgendoti ai clienti in modo sgarbato. Dopo aver aspettato in fila per più di 10 minuti, mi sento dire dalla cassiera, io non prendo più ordinazioni, andate al display! Personale del genere dovrebbe essere allontanato dal lavoro a contatto con il pubblico, la customer e la gentilezza devono essere al primo posto se scegli di fare questo lavoro. Altrimenti ti metti nelle retrovie! Leggendo le altre esperienze è una cosa che è stata segnalata più volte, da me personalmente confermata dopo questa esperienza e non credo nelle rispostine che poi si metteranno.

Let's start with the service: the clerks are very reluctant to serve customers, and they haven't had whole wheat dough or Coke for over a month. It seems like a place that's selling out. In my experience, it's not a place I'd go back to because they'll put you off piadina.

I've tried many of this chain's locations, but the one in Lissone is by far the worst. Poor food, not-so-fresh ingredients, and dry chips. Despite all this, the service is even worse. I ordered a piadina with vegetable strips, and only after paying (coincidentally) was I told they'd run out of them. I asked the clerk if she could refund me the difference, and she told me it wasn't possible. Beyond that, she was clearly pissed off and annoyed, and didn't help me find a solution to THEIR problem. Unfortunately, when a restaurant lacks politeness and kindness, it's a serious problem, one that goes far beyond the poor quality of the food.

I went there with my daughter who wanted the toy from the children's menu, but the clerk, who was decidedly annoyed at being at work, told me that the toys were out of stock... I continued my order with the same rude clerk and waited about 30 minutes for everything to be delivered. If you can't have the right staff for the peak time, and above all, trained to be courteous, I think there's no point in opening up stores like mushrooms!!... Terrible experience!

For the second time I ordered through Just Eat, they didn't include the drink (a Coke), and I had to drive to get it. When I got home, the piadina didn't have the ingredients I requested, which were listed on the receipt. Terrible, never again.

Rudeness reigns supreme, the clerk is too young and touchy. They force you to order at the kiosk when you want to pay in cash. They make the wrong dough, you tell them again, and they pretend nothing happened for 10 minutes, after which I dared to ask if I had much longer to wait, and the young woman lashed out at me with uncharacteristic frustration. The scarcity of food inside a €8.40 piadina is not to be overlooked. In the Sarca center, the piadina shop is completely different, with the same prices, polite clerks, and above all, a nice, always loaded piadina.

I ordered a Legenda piadina. The prosciutto was sliced ​​very thickly and was reheated along with the piadina; it was practically cooked! Very little cheese. I reported the incident and haven't even received a response. I know the chain and often go to Milan... where I've always had a great experience... It's a real shame, reading the other reviews... I feel like Lissone isn't able to maintain the excellent standards I know.

Let's start with the decidedly terrible and disorganized service, with a particularly rude note from the girl at the cashier (very stressed), who complained that there were only a few people working and she was having trouble hearing because the place was so chaotic. I was also told to calm down for repeating an ingredient twice. Let's move on to the food. As shown in the photo, I ordered a roll that didn't look like a roll, but oh well. The ingredients were paid for but missing, but the really bad thing was that it was so dry that I had trouble swallowing it. Ingredients like the potatoes and eggplant were definitely not fresh, but you can see that from the photos! For what I paid compared to what I got, it's not quite there!
